本实用新型涉及一种橡胶软管总成，确切的说是一种用于连接中冷器与增压器的硅橡胶软管。
背景技术
目前，常用硅橡胶软管结构为简单的夹布管，在抗压强度与使用寿命方面，存在一定的不合理性，耐缓冲及疲劳强度差，使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种能够有效增加橡胶软管强度，又能有效延长软管使用寿命的新型硅橡胶软管。
为了改进当前使用寿命短，导致整车的使用寿命，本使用新型在节约成本的基础上，对其结构及配方上进行了改进，首先，在橡胶软管1上设有多个圆弧型的凸起，在各凸起的底部设有圆形的不锈钢圈3，在橡胶软管1的两端均设有铝制法兰环2和内金属接头4；其次，使用耐油配方，使软管具有耐发动机油、耐高温的作用，从而延长了软管的使用寿命。
通过以上设置，不锈钢圈的设置缓冲了增压器和中冷机之间的相对运动，独特的设计不但可以减少挠曲阻力并且可增加软管的耐疲劳性；还可以使车辆在启动瞬间负压达到15KPa时，软管不易被吸扁等多种优点；铝制法兰环2和内金属接头4的设置，可增强软管总成与其他部件连接的紧密性与安全性。
