本实用新型公开了一种硅橡胶软管，主要由橡胶软管3组成，其特征在于，在橡胶软管3上设有多个圆弧型的凸起，在各个凸起的底部设有圆形的不锈钢圈4，在橡胶软管3的两端均设有将橡胶软管3紧密压合的内金属接头1和外金属接头2。通过以上设置，不锈钢圈的设置缓冲了增压器和中冷机之间的相对运动，还可以使车辆在启动瞬间负压达到15KPa时，软管不易被吸扁等多种优点。

本实用新型涉及一种橡胶软管总成，确切的说是一种用于连接中冷器与增压器的硅橡胶软管。
背景技术
目前，常用硅橡胶软管结构为简单的夹布管，在抗压强度与使用寿命方面，存在一定的不合理性，耐缓冲、疲劳强度差，在车辆运行时，容易老化，导致车辆不能正常工作，使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种能够有效增加橡胶软管强度，又能有效延长软管使用寿命的新型硅橡胶软管。
为了改进当前使用寿命短，导致整车的使用寿命，本使用新型在节约成本的基础上，对其结构进行了改进，在橡胶软管3上设有多个圆弧型的凸起，在各凸起的底部设有圆形的不锈钢圈4，在橡胶软管3的两端设有内金属接头1和外金属接头2。
通过以上设置，不锈钢圈的设置缓冲了增压器和中冷机之间的相对运动，独特的设计不但可以减少挠曲阻力并且可增加软管的耐疲劳性；还可以使车辆在启动瞬间负压达到15KPa时，软管不易被吸扁等多种优点；内、外金属接头的设置，可增强软管总成与其他部件连接的紧密性与安全性。
