本实用新型涉及真空阻阀,尤其涉及真空阻阀的密封装置。
背景技术
在国内外蝶阀制造技术中,蝶阀阀门轴与碟板都采用刚性联接方式,即把阀门轴与碟板用过盈配合的轴套和平键联接,再用限位锁定螺母定位,这样的联接方式虽然牢固可靠,但不能消除碟板密封面和阀体密封面之间在制造和安装过程中的行为误差,其密封性能将大打折扣。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种真空阻阀浮动密封装置。本实用新型在不增加驱动转矩的情况下能够加大密封比压,使密封副的密封性能和使用寿命得到大大提高。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种真空阻阀浮动密封装置,所述的密封装置设在阀板和连杆之间,该连杆连接在轴上,所述的密封装置为浮动密封装置,它包括一个万向节,该万向节固定在阀板上,其球头关节连接连杆一端。
所述的真空阻阀浮动密封装置,它还包括一个碟形弹簧,该碟形弹簧套在球头关节上并位于所述万向节和连杆的相对面之间。
本实用新型将主轴与球状蝶板之间的连接方式设计成类似万向联轴器状的万向连接装置,当球状蝶板从90°~0°关闭将要到达终点时,由于球状蝶板的密封面类似于球状,当球状蝶板的密封面与阀座密封面接触时通过万向连接装置自动定心,同时球状蝶板沿阀体通道轴线作少量直线移动,随着连杆驱动力矩的不断加大,密封副球状蝶板的密封面与阀座密封面之间的密封比压而增大,使真空主阀在关闭后密封副球状蝶板的密封面与阀座密封面之间的泄漏率为零的效果。

从图1可以看到本实用新型一种真空阻阀浮动密封装置,所述的密封装置2设在阀板1和连杆4之间,该连杆4连接在轴5上,所述的密封装置2为浮动密封装置,它包括一个万向节,该万向节固定在阀板1上,其球头关节21连接连杆4一端。它还包括一个碟形弹簧3,该碟形弹簧3套在球头关节21上并位于所述万向节和连杆4的相对面之间。

2、根据权利要求1所述的真空阻阀浮动密封装置,其特征在于,它还包括一个蝶形弹簧,该蝶形弹簧套在球头关节上并位于所述万向节和连杆的相对面之间。
