目前，国内内燃机消声效果不好，噪音较大，形成了严重的噪音污染，它不仅干扰了居民的正常休息，也给驾驶员的工作带来了很多不舒适的感觉。
发明内容
由于上述原因本实用新型设计了一种复合多级消声器，其目的是降低内燃机工作时排出的噪音。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，设计一种复合多级消声器，它是由壳体，进气管，进气消声管，排气消声管，排气管，消声片等部分组成，在进气消声管，排气消声管，消声片上设有透气孔，其特征是：将两个碗形消声片的开口外沿扣合后与壳体焊合在一起。在壳体的内壁用钢网装有的石棉层。将两个碗形消声片的碗底分别与进气消声管和排气消声管相焊接。
由于采用了上述方案，复合多级消声器具有：消声效果好，工作时消声器壳体的表面温度较低，排气烟度小的优点。

具体实施方式
参见附图复合多级消声器是由壳体1、进气管8、进气消声管2、排气消声管4、排气管7、消声片3、部分组成，在进气消声管2、排气消声管4、消声片3上设有透气孔9，它将两个碗形消声片3的开口外沿扣合在一起后与壳体1相焊合，在壳体1的内壁用钢网6支承装有石棉层5，两个碗形消声片3的碗底分别与进气消声管和排气消声管相焊接。
在内燃机工作时，由内燃机排出的废气经进气管8、进气消声管2、进入壳体1的内腔，声波在经过透气孔9时便会减弱，并沿透气孔9向外辐射，当到达壳体1内壁的石棉层时，石棉层会吸收和不定向的反射部分声波，从而大大的消弱了声波的强度，当声波经透气孔进入两个碗形消声片3扣合后的内腔后，声波在其内部产生部分抵触，又起到了消除一定声波的作用，当排气和声波进入到排气消声管4和外壳1的空间后，由于石棉层和声波的传入与反射又将声波消去了一大部分，最后，声波再经排气管7排出壳体1外，从而起到了消声的作用。
