Claims (7)
- 엔진에서 발생된 배기 가스를 모아 외부로 배출하도록 설치된 배기 파이프(1)와;상기 배기 파이프(1)에 장착되면서 엔진 쪽으로 가까이 위치된 한 쌍의 촉매 컨버터(2,3);상기 촉매 컨버터 중 후단에 위치된 제2 촉매 컨버터(3,UCC)에 간격을 두고 배기 파이프(1)에 장착되어져, 보강 파이프(13)가 관통해 서로 결합되는 상·하 케이스(5',5")로 이루어진 하우징(5)과, 상기 하우징(5)의 내부 공간을 배기 가스가 유입되는 챔버(5b)공간으로 형성하도록, 하우징(5)의 양쪽 부위로 채워진 선·후단 충진재(11,12), 상기 선단 충진재(11)를 관통해 하우징(5)의 챔버(5b)공간으로 배기 가스를 유입시키는 한 쌍의 유입 튜브(7,7'), 상기 하우징(5)의 챔버(5b)공간으로 유입된 배기 가스를 외부로 배출하도록, 후단 충진재(12)를 관통해 설치된 배출 튜브(9,9') 및 상기 유입·배출 튜브(7,7',9,9')를 감싸는 커버(8,8',10,10')로 이루어진 센터(Center) 소음기(4) 및;상기 센터(Center) 소음기(4)에 간격을 두고 배기 파이프(1)에 장착되어, 배기 파이프(1)를 빠져나가는 배기 가스의 소음을 저감시키는 메인(Main) 소음기(20);로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 방사 음 저감 타입 차량의 배기 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 하우징(5)의 상·하 케이스(5',5")는 등 간격으로 함몰된 포밍 글로브(5a)를 형성함과 더불어, 상기 상·하 케이스(5',5")의 결합 부위로는 글래스 울 매트(BULKY Glass Wool Mat)가 더 구비되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 방사 음 저감 타입 차량의 배기 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 유입 튜브(7,7')는 유입되는 배기 가스의 흐름 경로를 보다 길게 하도록 입구 부위에서 경사진 구간을 형성한 후 직선 구간을 갖도록 함과 더불어, 경사진 구간과 직선 구간으로 각각 배출 홀(7a,7a',7b,7b')이 뚫려진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 방사 음 저감 타입 차량의 배기 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 배출 튜브(9,9')는 하우징(5)의 후단 충진재(12)를 관통하는 직선 구간으로 이루어지면서 배출 홀(9a,9a')이 뚫려짐과 더불어, 배기 가스가 유입되는 입구 부위로는 벨 마우스를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 방사 음 저감 타입 차량의 배기 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 선·후단 충진재(11,12)는 글래스 울(BULKY Glass Wool) 타입이고, 상기 커버(8,8',10,10')는 스테인레스 울(Stainless Wool)타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 방사 음 저감 타입 차량의 배기 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보강 파이프(13)는 하우징(5)을 이루는 상·하 케이스(5',5")에 함몰된 용접 홈(5c)을 형성 한 후, 상기 용접 홈(5c)부위를 보강 파이프(13)가 관통한 상태에서 양단을 각각 고정하는 용접부(K)로 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 방사 음 저감 타입 차량의 배기 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 보강 파이프(13)는 하우징(5)의 선단 흡음재(11)가 충진된 위치와, 하우징(5)의 챔버(5b)공간을 이루는 위치에 각각 결합되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 방사 음 저감 타입 차량의 배기 장치.
