本实用新型请求保护一种微型轿车前地板横梁焊接总成，包括前地板横梁和前座椅固定加强件，前地板横梁为一”U”状长条零件，在前地板横梁上有两个夹具定位圆孔，其上有加强筋，零件周边为用于焊接的翻边。前座椅固定加强件为盒状零件，内镶在前地板横梁的“U”形内凹中，前座椅固定加强件上开有两个与前地板横梁定位焊接的定位孔，中间有安装座椅的焊接螺母。本实用新型通过在前地板横梁与安装前座椅焊接螺母之间增加一个加强件，受力时，螺母把力传到加强件上，再通过加强件把力传到前地板横梁，由于接触面积比较大，减少了前地板横梁的受力。另外还增加了总成受力地方材料厚度，减少前地板横梁的受力，使该处获得更强的支撑强度，能较好地满足国家强制碰撞法规的要求。

本实用新型属于汽车车身配件技术领域，具体涉及一种微型轿车的地板横梁焊接结构。
背景技术
在现有的汽车前地板横梁焊接总成中，都使用螺栓来安装前座椅。由于前座椅要过国家强制碰撞法规，对安装强度要求很高。但一般前地板横梁焊接总成中无加强件，在其上直接焊接螺母，受力面积偏小，焊接后强度不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的上述不足，提供一种微型轿车前地板横梁焊接总成，增加安装前座椅的强度。
本微型轿车前地板横梁焊接总成包括有前地板横梁和前座椅固定加强件，前地板横梁为一”U”状长条零件，在前地板横梁上有两个夹具定位圆孔，其上有加强筋，零件周边为用于焊接的翻边。前座椅固定加强件为盒状零件，内镶在前地板横梁的“U”形内凹中，前座椅固定加强件上开有两个与前地板横梁定位焊接的定位孔，中间有安装座椅的焊接螺母。
本实用新型通过在前地板横梁与安装前座椅焊接螺母之间增加一个加强件，并与前地板横梁焊接，受力时，螺母把力传到加强件上，再通过加强件把力传到前地板横梁，由于加强件和前地板横梁接触面积比较大，减少了前地板横梁的受力。另外由于增加了一个加强件，增加了总成受力地方材料厚度，也减少前地板横梁的受力。
通过采用上述结构，可以使前地板横梁焊接总成安装前座椅处获得更强的支撑强度，使该处能较好地满足国家强制碰撞法规的要求。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图4，汽车前地板横梁焊接总成由前地板横梁1和前座椅固定加强件2组成，其中，前座椅固定加强件1通过两个定位孔3安装固定在前地板横梁的“U”形底部。
参见图2可见，前地板横梁1为一”U”状长条零件，在前地板横梁1上有两个夹具定位圆孔6，其上有加强筋4，零件周边为用于焊接的翻边5。
前座椅固定加强件2的具体结构参见图2，前座椅固定加强件2为一盒状零件，其周围有处理出来的翻边5，底面为与前地板横梁1搭接(见图4)。同时，在前座椅固定加强件2上开有两个定位孔3，用于与前地板横梁1定位焊接，中间有安装座椅的焊接螺母7。

1、微型轿车的前地板横梁焊接总成，包括有前地板横梁，前地板横梁为一”U”状长条零件，在前地板横梁上有两个夹具定位圆孔，其上有加强筋，零件周边为用于焊接的翻边，其特征在于：还设计有盒状的前座椅固定加强件，内镶在前地板横梁的“U”形内凹中，前座椅固定加强件上开有两个与前地板横梁定位焊接的定位孔，中间有安装座椅的焊接螺母。
