本实用新型涉及一种自行车零部件，具体是一种新型自行车两用后车座。其技术方案是：在后座固定架的上方设有车座板，车座板的前端由插条铰链固定在后座固定架前部，车座板的两侧边和后座固定架的两侧边分别铰链可折叠的支撑杆，支撑杆中部的转折点由锁定套固定。在车座板的两侧边和后座固定架的两侧边对应的部位分别设有插槽和卡口相插合。当该车座竖起时，可用做骑车人的靠背，减少疲劳，放倒后可以用做自行车后车座。该产品结构简单，使用方便，能广泛应用在自行车、电动自行车上。

一、技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种自行车零部件，具体是一种新型自行车两用后车座。
二、背景技术：
目前，轻便小巧的自行车，由于使用方便，深受广大群众的喜爱，是我国主要的交通工具之一，但是由于其结构简单，普通自行车的后座没有可供骑车人倚靠的靠背，长时间的骑车会造成骑车人的过于劳累。
三、发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种既可以作为靠背使用，又可以作为座垫使用的新型自行车两用后车座。
其技术方案是：在后座固定架的上方设有车座板，车座板的前端由插条铰链固定在后座固定架前部，车座板的两侧边和后座固定架的两侧边分别铰链可折叠的支撑杆，支撑杆中部的转折点由锁定套固定。在车座板的两侧边和后座固定架的两侧边对应的部位分别设有插槽和卡口相插合。
本实用新型的效果是：当该车座竖起时，可用做骑车人的靠背，减少疲劳，放倒后可以用做自行车后车座。结构简单，使用方便，能广泛应用在自行车、电动自行车上。

五、具体实施例：
参照附图，在后座固定架5的上方设有车座板1。车座板1的前端由插条7铰链固定在后座固定架5前部。插条7起到转轴的作用。车座板1的两侧边和后座固定架5的两侧边分别铰链可折叠的支撑杆3，支撑杆3中部的转折点由锁定套4固定。在车座板1的两侧边和后座固定架5的两侧边对应的部位分别设有插槽2和卡口6相插合。
通常情况下，支撑杆在转折点处折叠后，可将车座板放平，通过插槽和卡口相配合，锁定为后车座使用。
需要立起车后座作为靠背使用时，将车座板后端提起，同时支撑杆展开，此时锁定套4套在折点两侧，支撑杆保持为直线，给车座板以支撑。

1、一种新型自行车两用后车座，其特征是：在后座固定架的上方设有车座板，车座板的前端由插条铰链固定在后座固定架前部，车座板的两侧边和后座固定架的两侧边分别铰链可折叠的支撑杆，支撑杆中部的转折点由锁定套固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型自行车两用后车座，其特征在于：在车座板的两侧边和后座固定架的两侧边对应的部位分别设有插槽和卡口相插合。
