Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于诸如门的关闭设备的制动装置,其包括旋转地固定连接至用作卷轴的输出轴的蜗轮以及与输入轴相连的自锁蜗杆。
背景技术
此类制动装置用于作为防止关闭设备落下的安全设施,所述关闭设备配备有以旋转地固定连接至用作卷轴的输出轴的蜗轮以及与输入轴相连的自锁蜗杆。
此类制动装置用在门扇重量不是通过弹簧进行补偿的门中,以确保门的安全操作。这样,在驱动装置的支承元件断裂的情况下,可以防止门扇落下。此类制动装置可以直接地附接到门轴上或者与驱动装置一体设置。
已经公知一体式的制动装置,在支承元件断裂的情况下,其通过第二蜗轮截取载荷,该第二蜗轮在没有载荷的情况下运行。还已知一种制动机构,其中辅助蜗轮(几乎)无载荷地运行并且在支承元件断裂的情况下相对于工作中的蜗轮旋转。因此,可以释放弹簧加载的螺栓,一方面,用以通过形状相匹配的方式锁扣入相应的槽中,所述槽适于截取载荷。根据另一个实施方式,以可旋转方式受到支承的夹件可旋转而使得它们径向地接触壳体壁并通过摩擦将载荷施加于一止挡件。
例如,根据DE 22 22 503 C已知一种自动操作的锁定装置,例如,用于防止起初提及的类型的带滚轮的门、带滚轮的格栅、卷帘等意外滚落,其中制动装置由设置在卷轴上的两个蜗轮组成,每个蜗轮由一个单独的蜗杆驱动。因此,一个蜗杆驱动作为工作驱动恒定地处于载荷之下,而另一个蜗杆驱动作为辅助蜗杆驱动在无载荷的情况下离开。以可进行受限轴向移动的方式受到支承的自锁辅助蜗杆与没有任何自装载的辅助蜗轮相连。当工作中的蜗杆驱动失效时,载荷被传递到辅助蜗轮驱动,同时,驱动转矩向辅助蜗轮的推动作用在所指定的期望断裂点处中断。于是,由于辅助蜗杆驱动的自锁,载荷变为静态的,且辅助蜗杆与固定到壳体上的支座螺栓相接触。在此已知的制动装置中,驱动蜗杆和辅助蜗杆固定至相互分离的平行轴,所述平行轴的运动连接由正齿轮构成。由于作为其驱动的第二蜗杆轴和必要的轴承,该已知的制动装置的结构很复杂。
根据DE 34 33 561 C,此复杂的结构可以简化为仅仅设置一个蜗轮,其一方面与自锁蜗杆相啮合,另一方面与辅助蜗杆相啮合。此时,两个蜗杆做成球状半蜗杆。自锁蜗杆和辅助蜗杆在一个共同的工作轴上连续地设置。自锁蜗杆与驱动轴形成一旋转固定单元,而辅助蜗杆通过驱动器无载荷地恒定运行并以可轴向移动的方式承在固定到壳体的支座之间来补偿自锁蜗杆处的磨损。在自锁蜗杆断裂的情况下,在此用作制动蜗杆的辅助蜗杆对抗其支座而支承该载荷。
所有前述的带有一体式制动装置的变例都具有大量的单个部件,其导致组装工作量大,并且因此有相对较高的组装成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种开头指定类型的制动装置,其使得操作的安全性尽可能得好并且结构尽可能得简单。
根据本发明,通过一种用于关闭设备(例如门)的制动装置实现该目的。该制动装置具有旋转地固定连接至用作卷轴的输出轴的蜗轮和与输入轴相连的自锁蜗杆。另外,一辅助蜗轮以一定间隙设置在输出轴的偏心区域,同样地,该辅助蜗轮具有与输出轴相同量的偏心率,并安装成各偏心率相对于输出轴的轴线互相抵消,辅助蜗轮能够通过带齿区而在无载荷的情况下跟随所述蜗轮的运动。因此,用作安全设施的辅助蜗轮在通常的操作期间不会遭受任何磨损。如果现在由于磨损或者过载,带有旋转地固定连接至输出轴的蜗轮的支承元件断裂,则辅助蜗轮相对于输出轴的偏心部分旋转。由此,辅助蜗轮的外径脱离同心位置。就此而言,输出轴的偏心率和辅助蜗轮的偏心率设计成使得自锁发生。
根据本发明的一个优选方面,辅助蜗轮移离其同心位置而朝向变速箱壳体的圆柱区移动。偏心率设计成使得在辅助蜗轮和变速箱壳体之间发生自锁。
由于制动装置总体上仅由一个部件构成,即,放置在其上的辅助蜗轮。其组装很简单并且节约成本。制动装置的工作与速度、旋转方向和变速箱的安装位置无关,并且以无极方式响应,即与任何锁定件的划分无关。
特别优选地,根据本发明的进一步的优选方面,在辅助蜗轮处设置可以直接变形的区域。

具体实施方式
根据图1中的分解视图,制动装置设置在输出轴10上,图1中仅部分地示出该输出轴10。蜗轮12安置在该输出轴10上,该蜗轮12可以通过槽舌连接件14以旋转固定方式推到该输出轴上。另外,该输出轴具有相对于输出轴的轴线18偏心排列的区域16。具有偏心孔22的辅助蜗轮20被推到该偏心区域16上,并且其间带有微小的间隙。输出轴的区域16的偏心率和辅助蜗轮20的孔22的偏心率大致相对于输出轴的轴线18而相互抵消,使得蜗轮12的外径和辅助蜗轮22的外径是同心的。在没有载荷、进而没有磨损的情况下,辅助蜗轮20可以利用其带齿区24跟随由连接至输入轴的蜗杆26施加给蜗轮12的运动。
如果此时由于磨损或者过载在蜗轮12处产生支承元件的断裂,则辅助蜗轮20由于载荷而相对于输出轴10的偏心区域16旋转。通过偏心孔22和偏心区域16之间的间隙使得能够进行此旋转。由于此旋转运动,辅助蜗轮20的外径26脱离其同心位置并压抵变速箱壳体的圆柱区28(见图4)。
输出轴10的偏心区域16的偏心率和辅助蜗轮20的偏心孔22的偏心率设计成使得在辅助蜗轮20和变速箱壳体之间发生自锁。产生的径向力在变速箱处由附接至输出轴10的轴承30和32支承,从而防止输出轴10相对于辅助蜗轮24进一步地旋转。在输入轴10上起到转矩作用的载荷因此通过摩擦制动。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于关闭设备的制动装置,其包括旋转地固定连接至用作卷轴的输出轴的蜗轮以及与输入轴相连的自锁蜗杆,其特征在于:
在所述输出轴的偏心区域上带有间隙地安置辅助蜗轮,所述辅助蜗轮具有与所述输出轴相同量的偏心率并且组装成这些偏心率相对于所述输出轴的轴线相互抵消,且所述辅助蜗轮能够经由其带齿区而在无载荷情况下跟随所述蜗轮的运动,
所述辅助蜗轮具有偏心孔,所述输出轴的偏心区域的偏心率和所述辅助蜗轮的偏心孔的偏心率设计成使得在所述辅助蜗轮和变速箱壳体之间发生自锁,
如果由于磨损或者过载而在所述蜗轮处产生支承元件的断裂,则所述辅助蜗轮相对于所述输出轴的偏心区域旋转,由此所述辅助蜗轮的外径脱离其同心位置并压抵变速箱壳体的圆柱区,产生的径向力在变速箱处由附接至所述输出轴的轴承支承,从而防止所述输出轴相对于所述辅助蜗轮进一步地旋转。
2.如权利要求1所述的制动装置,其特征在于:在所述辅助蜗轮处设置能够直接变形的区域。
3.如权利要求1所述的制动装置,其中,所述关闭设备是门。
