技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于冷藏产品和冷冻产品的单件式可挤压容器,其中,消费所述产品不需要使用勺子。
背景技术
市场上已经存在具有柔性袋的包装件,所述柔性袋可以被挤压以便消费容纳在其中的产品。这种容器-尤其是用于苹果蜜饯的容器-的问题是,包装件本身包括具有一个或两个膜盒(bellow)的袋并且在出口侧包括具有封闭系统的配件,所述封闭系统完全是包装件的一部分并焊接到包装件颈部上。这种容器包括两个必须密封在一起的部件。这是一个缺陷,因为生产成本较高,首先是由于两个部件,其次是由于所述容器的生产线更加复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是获得一种仅包括一个部件的可挤压容器。本发明的容器特别用于从液体到糊状质地的冷藏产品和冷冻产品,但也可用于分配例如化妆品领域内的任何糊状乳剂。
本发明涉及一种用于冷藏产品和冷冻产品的单件式可挤压容器,该容器包括体部和封闭装置,所述体部由壁形成,所述体部具有在其较大截面处的尺寸d1和内径为d2的颈部,壁的厚度在30和500微米之间,所述体部由半结晶PET制成,其中,容器体部的容积与体部的PET克数的比值在20和100之间。容积单位为毫升。
根据本发明,上述比值是指每克PET可以充填20至100毫升的产品。对于体部,我们理解为没有颈部的容器。关于壁的重量与底部的重量的比值,对于市场上的瓶子,例如150厘升的瓶子,该比值为31.5g∶10.5g(3),对于50厘升的瓶子,该比值是12.2∶3.3(3.5),对于1升的瓶子,该比值是25.70∶6.80(3.78)。
本发明书中的半结晶PET是指结晶度在10%和60%之间的PET。更优选地,结晶度在20%和40%之间。
用于形成壁的塑料是PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)。已经注意到,对PET进行拉伸对于所获得的容器的防水性没有负面影响,并且约30微米以及更小的厚度能够保证容器本身以及所容纳的物质的良好安全性,同时能够保持良好的可挤压性。
为了保证上述变形所需的柔性以及足够的机械强度,根据本发明的容器的特征还在于,根据所要容纳的产品,形成容器体部的壁的厚度在30和500微米之间,优选在50和200微米之间。壁的厚度取决于所要容纳的产品的粘度。对于糊状产品,所述厚度优选在30至100微米的范围内,而对于液体,厚度更优选在300至500微米的范围内。
如已经提到的,也可以在所述容器的体部上设置小的较厚的壁区域或部分,尤其在靠近颈部和/或底部的位置处,以便局部地增强这些部分的强度并允许很好的消费。这种增强措施尤其有利于所述容器的充填或提高它们在储存期间的稳定性。
当使用很小容积的容器时,例如约0.6厘升,塑料材料的量约为1.5-2.5克。这种容器能够承受大于约100千克的纵向载荷。容器承受纵向载荷或横向载荷是指所给出的重量不会破坏包装件的完整性,即,不会导致破坏所述容器的危险。
容器具有卵形或大体上卵形的整体形状,该形状设计成有利于消费者用手指压力挤压或吮吸产品进行消费。该技术也允许顶部或底部的尺寸显著不同的侧边弯曲的任何形状。作为一种基本设计,具有狭窄部分的草莓形状和/或倒置的(草莓)形状都可以用于包装件。
根据本发明,优选地,容器的体部大体上具有该体部所容纳的水果或蔬菜的形状。使用彩色塑料显著增强了水果外观和相似性。
以特别有利的方式,根据本发明的容器具有圆形的或大体上圆形的横截面。
根据本发明的容器的特征在于,所述体部具有包括平的或大致平的部分的底部。该部分可以使用在合成容器制造领域惯用的所有方法制成(具有或没有加强肋的平的底部、花瓣状底部等)。
根据一个实施例,容器在底部可以具有与所述体部成一体的支脚。三个支脚为包装件在充填有产品和封闭时保持直立提供了好的解决方案,但是应该设计成包装件在打开时具有良好的可挤压性。
在本发明的优选特征中,d2和d1的比值在1∶3和1∶10之间。
所述冷藏产品选自基于牛奶的产品、基于水果的产品和基于蔬菜的产品。更具体地,所述冷藏产品选自酸奶、鲜奶酪、奶油甜品、水果蜜饯、果酱和任何其它糊状产品或半液体状产品。
冷冻产品选自冰激凌、冷冻蔬菜、冷冻水果蜜饯、冷冻果泥以及任何其它冷冻产品。
根据另一特征,也可以包装化妆品或香料领域的任何类型的产品。
容器的容积不是关键的。在本发明的优选实施例中,容器的体部具有在5和250毫升之间的容积。
本发明的目的是获得一种容易挤压的容器,以便消费者能够想到在没有勺的情况下随时随地吃到内部的产品:进行消费。容器内的产品优选具有在2000和50000厘泊之间的粘度。虽然容器本身具有很薄的内壁,但是当内部封闭有产品时,该容器对纵向载荷和/或横向载荷具有很高的抵抗力,从而对于运输具有良好的抵抗力。
根据本发明的特征,所述容器包括模拟水果籽的凸起。也可以将商标或公司标志放在这些凸起上。
封闭装置可以是盖子或密封膜。这些装置特别适合于消费者的消费,因为它们使得消费者放置嘴唇的区域有良好的卫生保护。盖子可用于任何直径的颈部开口,因此允许产品具有较大的块(从浆到25mm以下的水果块)。为了避免盖子被儿童吞下,直径较小的颈部—例如10mm的区域—优选使用密封膜。
根据本发明的容器的制造方法是拉伸吹塑法。
在本实施例中,体部是通过吹塑与标准预拉伸件相比具有较高拉伸系数的PET预制件获得的。与吹制压力在30和40巴之间的塑料瓶的吹制相比,根据本发明的工艺,在低3或4倍的压力下吹制就足够了。这降低了生产成本和所使用的机器的成本。关于拉伸系数,它取决于成品容器的容积。例如,对于容积小于100厘升的容器,拉伸系数在100和300厘米之间。对于容积为500到1000厘升的容器,拉伸系数在500和700厘米之间。对于容积为2000厘升或更大的容器,拉伸系数约为1000厘米及以上。

在所述和所示的第一实施例中,用于冷藏奶制品例如酸奶的容器3主要由体部1和一个颈部2构成,并具有草莓的形状。在本实施例中,容器内充填有草莓酸奶。容器的壁4具有70微米的厚度并由PET制成。容器的封闭件是膜5。容器的容积为60毫升。在本实施例中,颈部的内径d2与较大截面处的直径d1的比值是1∶4.5。容器的外侧具有模拟草莓籽的凸起6。该容器具有非常好的可挤压性,并允许充分倒空糊状产品。使用非常方便。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于冷藏产品或冷冻产品的单件式可挤压容器,该容器包括体部和封闭装置,所述体部由壁形成并具有在其较大截面处的尺寸d1和内径为d2的颈部,壁的厚度在30和500微米之间,所述体部由半结晶PET制成,其中,容器体部的容积与体部的PET克数的比值在20和100之间。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述体部的壁具有在50和200微米之间的厚度。

7.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述冷冻产品选自冰激凌、冷冻蔬菜、冷冻水果蜜饯、冷冻果泥和任何其它冷冻产品。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述体部具有在5和250毫升之间的容积。
9.根据权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述产品为粘度在2000和50000厘泊之间的产品。
10.根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器在封闭时对纵向载荷和/或横向载荷具有很高的抵抗力,从而对于运输具有良好的抵抗力。
