Claims (16)
- 流動製品用の容器にして、直径d 1 の大断面積部分を有する本体(1)と、該本体(1)の頂部に設けた、内径d 2 の少なくとも一つのネック(2)とを有し、該ネック(2)は、容器内に収容された流動製品の流出を遮断するとともに該流動製品を分配するための手段(3)により閉止され、前記本体(1)は、全体的に凸形状を有するものであり、前記ネック(2)から該本体(1)の前記直径d 1 の大断面積部分まで断面積が増大し、しかる後に該本体(1)の底部に向けて断面積が減少するような形状を有する流動製品用容器において、前記容器の本体(1)のほぼ全体を形成する壁(4)は、ほぼ一様な厚さの可撓性プラスチック製であり、該容器が一点または一つの支持面に接触して支持された際に該容器内の流動製品の重量の作用により、その接触部分で少なくと局所的にほぼ一定の面積が変形し、少なくとも一つの非平面部分(5)が形成されるようになっており、かつ前記直径の比d 2 :d 1 が1:3から1:10であることを特徴とする容器。
- d2:d1の比が1:4〜1:10に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された容器。
- 円形または実質的に円形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された容器。
- 卵形または実質的に卵形の全体形状を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載された容器。
- 球形または実質的に球形の全体形状を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載された容器。
- 前記壁(4)が一点または一つの支持面によって支持されたとき、容器の凸形状が少なくとも局部的に反転され、またこの逆が生じることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された容器。
- 壁(4)を形成するために使用されたプラスチックが結晶化の遅い半結晶性プラスチックであり、そのガラス転移温度(Tg)は70゜C以上で、結晶化温度Tcは大体140゜Cであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された容器。
- 壁(4)を形成するのに使用されるプラスチックがPET(ポリエチレン・テレフタラート)およびPEN(ポリエチレン・ナフタラート)から形成される群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された容器。
- 本体(1)を形成する壁(4)の肉厚が30μm〜100μm、好ましくは50μm〜70μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された容器。
- 容器の本体(1)およびネック(2)が単一の部材として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された容器。
- 5リットルの実用容積に関して前記容器を製造するのに使用されるPETの量は、約65kgの垂直荷重に耐えるために約30gであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載された容器。
- 本体(1)が平坦または大体平坦な部分を示す底部(6)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載された容器。
- 片手で操作できる分配タップの形態に製造された蓋および(または)分配手段3がネック2に取付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載された容器。
- 水または飲料、特にミネラル・ウォータを収容することを意図されたあらゆる種類の容量の請求項1から請求項13までのいずれか一項に記載された容器の使用。
- 炭酸水または炭酸飲料、特に発泡ミネラル・ウォータ用を収容することを意図されたあらゆる種類の容量の請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載された容器の使用。
- 前記本体1の製造に適当とされるPET予成形体を20〜50、好ましくは25〜35の面積ストレッチ比にてストレッチ−ブロー・モールド成形して前記本体(1)が得られることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載された容器の本体1の製造方法。
