Abstract
本发明提供一种无须另外的计时器而只以机械结构来设定正确的树脂流出量的射出成型机用流体缸的树脂量控制方法及其装置。在使流体缸动作来调节树脂量的射出成型机用流体缸中,缸盖紧固连结而固定在固定板上,在缸盖的中央部紧固连结而固定有缸帽,在缸帽的中央部,设置有紧固连结着行程控制齿轮的旋转轴,在旋转轴的下端部形成有螺纹部,在行程控制齿轮的一侧,设置着形成有蜗杆齿轮的控制轴,通过电机或手动可使控制轴旋转,在行程控制齿轮的下端部设置着在内侧形成有螺纹部的行程板,以便和在旋转轴上形成的螺纹部紧固连结,使行程板的高度能够调节,通过调节活塞的升/降长度,而调节阀销的上下动作间隔,从而超精密地调节树脂的流出量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种射出成型机用流体缸(cylinder)的树脂量控制方法及其装置,在射出成型机用流体缸中,可对能调节树脂量的阀销的间隔进行调节,在通过电机或手动而旋转的旋转轴上设置蜗杆齿轮,在活塞的上侧设置行程板,能以机械方式调节间隔,从而无须另外的计时器,只以机械结构来设定正确的树脂的流出量。
背景技术
一直以来,通过在射出成型机用流体缸中设置计时器来控制流体缸的工作时间,从而控制树脂的流出量。因此,没有计时器就不能进行控制,另外,因为是利用计时器的方法,细微量的树脂利用时间差不能进行调节。
如前所述,因为使用计时器的现有方法是利用时间差来调节树脂量的方法,所以存在不能控制正确的树脂量的缺点,或存在通过使用计时器从而使制造成本上升的缺点。
另外,如前所述的现有方法存在如下等较大的问题:为了调节树脂的射出量,必须确保对计时器的技术能力,因此,要求高度的技术,这样,由于在公司需要与计时器相关的专业人才,造成了不必要的人事费用的浪费。
而且,如前所述的现有的利用计时器的方法,由于利用时间差不能进行细微控制,因此不能精密地调节树脂量。
发明内容
本发明是为解决前述的问题而提出的,其目的在于提供一种无须另外的计时器而只用机械结构就能超精密地调节树脂的流出量的射出成型机用流体缸的树脂量控制方法及其装置。
为了解决前述问题,本发明提供一种射出成型机用流体缸的树脂量控制方法,其特征在于,包括:使控制轴旋转的步骤;形成在前述控制轴上的蜗杆齿轮旋转而使行程控制齿轮旋转的步骤;通过前述行程控制齿轮进行旋转,从而设置在内侧中央部的旋转轴旋转的步骤;通过前述旋转轴的旋转,从而行程板进行上下动作的步骤;流体缸动作的步骤;在下端部设置有阀销的活塞进行上下动作直到行程板的步骤。
另外,为了解决前述问题,本发明提供一种射出成型机用流体缸的树脂量控制装置,其特征在于,在使流体缸动作来调节树脂量的射出成型机用流体缸中,在紧固连结而固定在固定板上的缸盖的中央部紧固连结而固定有缸帽,在缸帽的中央部设置有紧固连结着行程控制齿轮的旋转轴,在旋转轴的下端部形成有螺纹部,在行程控制齿轮的一侧,设置着形成有蜗杆齿轮的控制轴,通过电机或手动而能够使控制轴旋转,在行程控制齿轮的下端部设置着在内侧形成有螺纹部的行程板,以便和在旋转轴上形成的螺纹部紧固连结,通过调节行程板的高度而能够调节活塞的升/降间隔。
如上所述,本发明是一种有用的发明,在缸帽的中央部设置有紧固连结着行程控制齿轮的旋转轴,在行程控制齿轮的一侧设置着形成有蜗杆齿轮的控制轴,通过电机或手动可以使控制轴旋转,在行程控制齿轮的下端设置着在内侧形成有螺纹部的行程板,利用旋转轴调节行程板的高度,进而调节活塞的升/降间隔,从而调节阀销的上下动作间隔,由此超精密地调节树脂的流出量,其构造简单且制作容易,通过机械结构调节树脂量,所以可以节省制作费用,由此,可以细微地调节树脂量,在金属模外部可以简单地设定或修改活塞的上下动作间隔,因此,作业容易且简单,由此可以使工作效率达到最大。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图来详细地说明本发明。
本发明是这样的装置,在使流体缸动作来调节树脂量的射出成型机用流体缸中,缸盖12紧固连结而固定在固定板1上,在缸盖12的中央部紧固连结而固定着缸帽2,在缸帽2的中央部,设置有紧固连结着行程控制齿轮3的旋转轴4,在旋转轴4的下端部形成有螺纹部9,在行程控制齿轮3的一侧,设置着形成有蜗杆齿轮5的控制轴6,通过电机或手动可旋转控制轴,在行程控制齿轮3的下端部设置着在内侧形成有螺纹部7的行程板8,以便和在旋转轴4上形成的螺纹部9紧固连结,使行程板8的高度可调节,通过调节活塞10的升/降长度,进而调节阀销11的上下动作间隔,从而超精密地调节树脂的流出量。
如下说明像上述那样构成的本发明的动作。
为了控制树脂量,设定已设置了阀销11的活塞10的高度后,使形成有蜗杆齿轮5的控制轴6旋转。
这样,如果控制轴6旋转,则与控制轴的蜗杆齿轮5紧固连结着的行程控制齿轮3旋转。
此时,设置在行程控制齿轮3的中央部的旋转轴4一起旋转。
即,形成有螺纹部9的旋转轴4在可旋转地固定在缸帽2上的状态下,通过行程控制齿轮3而进行旋转。
这样,如果形成有螺纹部9的旋转轴4旋转,则与旋转轴4的螺纹部9紧固连结着的行程板8就上下动作。
如果更详细地说明,在行程板8紧固连结于缸盖12的状态下,如果与行程控制齿轮3紧固连结着的旋转轴4旋转,利用在旋转轴4上形成的螺纹部9,行程板8以在缸盖12上形成的紧固连结孔为导轨而上下动作。
即,因为在旋转轴4上形成的螺纹部9和在行程板8的中央部内侧形成的螺纹部7相互紧固连结,所以如果形成有螺纹部9的旋转轴4旋转,则行程板8就以在缸盖12上形成的紧固连结孔为导轨而上下动作。
如前所述,如果行程板8进行上下动作,则设定设置有阀销11的活塞10可以进行上下动作的间隔,活塞在这个间隔之内进行上下动作。
这样的方法由于通过形成有蜗杆齿轮5的控制轴6的旋转,可以使行程板8细微地进行动作,所以通过精密地控制活塞10的动作间隔,从而可以超精密地调节树脂量。
上面用前述的具体例对本发明进行了说明,但是对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在本发明的技术思想范围内可以进行多种变形以及修改,这种变形及修改是属于由权利要求书决定的本发明的范围内的。
本发明能够适用于无须另外的计时器而只以机械结构来设定正确的树脂的流出量的射出成型机用流体缸的树脂量控制中。
Claims (3)
1.一种射出成型机用流体缸的树脂量控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
使控制轴旋转的步骤;
在前述控制轴上形成的蜗杆齿轮旋转而使行程控制齿轮旋转的步骤;
通过前述行程控制齿轮旋转,从而在内侧中央部设置的旋转轴旋转的步骤;
通过前述旋转轴的旋转,从而行程板上下动作的步骤;
流体缸动作的步骤;
在下端部设置有阀销的活塞直到行程板为止进行上下动作的步骤。
2.一种射出成型机用流体缸的树脂量控制装置,其特征在于,在使流体缸动作来调节树脂量的射出成型机用流体缸中,在紧固连结而固定在固定板(1)上的缸盖(12)的中央部紧固连结而固定有缸帽(2),在缸帽(2)的中央部设置有紧固连结着行程控制齿轮(3)的旋转轴(4),在旋转轴(4)的下端部形成有螺纹部(9),在行程控制齿轮(3)的一侧,设置着形成有蜗杆齿轮(5)的控制轴(6),通过电机或手动而能够使控制轴(6)旋转,在行程控制齿轮(3)的下端部设置着在内侧形成有螺纹部(7)的行程板(8),以便与在旋转轴(4)上形成的螺纹部(9)紧固连结,通过调节行程板(8)的高度,从而能够调节活塞(10)的升/降间隔。
3.如权利要求2所述的射出成型机用流体缸的树脂量控制装置,其特征在于,通过机械结构调节行程板的高度,从而能够调节活塞的升/降间隔。
