- 수지가 이동되는 수지이동통로를 포함하는 매니폴드;상기 수지이동통로와 연통되도록 매니폴더에 설치되어 수지를 금형 내부로 토출시키는 노즐;상기 매니폴드 상측에 설치되어 상기 매니폴드의 수지이동통로와 노즐 중심을 승강하면서 노즐을 개폐하는 피스톤이 구비되며, 한쌍의 에어라인이 구비된 실린더;상기 실린더에 설치되어 피스톤의 승강거리를 제어하는 수지량조절부재로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 상기 실린더는 중앙부위에 샤프트홈이 형성된 실린더커버와, 상기 실린더커버의 샤프트홈과 대응하는 샤프트홈이 형성되며 저면에 나사부가 돌출 설치된 실린더캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 러너 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 수지량조절부재는 실린더의 샤프트홈에 설치되며 선단에 구동기어가 형성된 회전샤프트;상기 회전샤프트와 치합되어 회전되며 내면에 키이홈이 형성된 종동기어부;상기 종동기어부의 중앙부위를 통과하면서 실린더캡의 나사부와 결합된 나사결합부가 구성되며, 상기 나사결합부의 외주면에 키이홈이 형성된 피스톤승강제어구;상기 종동기어부와 피스톤가압체의 키이홈에 결합된 키이; 를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 러너 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 회전샤프트와 종동기어부에는 스트로크 컨트롤기어 및 웜기어가 각각 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 러너 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 실린더커버에는 종동기어부의 승강을 구속하는 단턱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 러너 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 회전샤프트와 종동기어부는 랙기어와 피니언기어가 각각 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출기용 핫 러너 시스템.
