背景技术

具体实施方式
图1示出的儿童座椅10具有座椅背12和座部14。儿童座椅10通过车辆安全带的搭接带18和肩带20固定到车辆座椅16。儿童座椅10配置有吊带，其具有搭接带22和一对肩带24，每个肩带凸出穿过座椅背12中各自的狭缝26。吊带将儿童28保持坐在座椅10上。根据本发明的肩垫30设置在每个肩带24上。
参考图2到图6，每个肩垫30包括由硬的弹性材料制成的主体32和有孔的保持带322，所述弹性材料例如合成橡胶。这些部分在周缘由边缘或滚边带(binding tape)324缝合323在一起。系带部分以双倍背部长度的窄系带34的形式通过缝合处323被缝到主体32和保持带322之间。系和带从中途点36沿主体32延伸至到主体和保持带的顶端之外。它穿过袖部62，该袖部也缝合到带子上。经过袖部之后，系带部分设置在肩带24的顶部上，并穿过座背中的狭缝26，在此处通过棒状物(未示出)固定，该棒状物被系带部分中的绳扣38接纳。肩带可以自由地穿过肩垫，只要两者都限制在狭缝26之后。
从图2和图5可以清楚地看出，面对儿童乘坐者28的肩垫主体32的那一侧包括六个突起40-50，突起的厚度从系和带34从其凸出或伸出的那一端起厚度递增。主体可以与相对密实的衬一起模塑制成，通常厚度为1毫米，而突起较不密实，并从衬延伸4毫米到10毫米。在与突起40-50相对的那一侧上，即，与突起相对的肩带的那一侧，有孔的保持带322具有一系列5个开口52-60，用于提高有孔保持带322的柔韧度。
再参考图1，所述肩垫30这样置于肩带24上，即，较薄的突起40和42接触儿童28的肩部，而较厚的突起48和50接触儿童的胸部。从图7中可以看出，在事故的初始阶段，由这些相对薄的突起所提供的摩擦力不足以阻止儿童的躯干向前弯曲，从而减少了儿童颈部的负荷。
在事故接下来的阶段中，系带部分34将较厚的突起46、48和50拉到儿童的肩上，如图8所示。肩垫和儿童衣服之间所产生的增大的摩擦力和肩带24中增大的张力足以减小儿童躯干的进一步前移，因此减小了儿童头部的整个前移运动。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于车辆座椅安全带或吊带的肩垫(30)，所述肩垫包括肩垫主体(32)，在使用中，所述肩垫用于安装在安全带或吊带的佩带者侧上，所述肩垫的特征在于：当使用时，佩带者以大致垂直的姿势坐立时，所述肩垫提供从佩带者肩部区域到躯干的下部与所述佩带者(28)接触的接触区域，所述肩垫在垂直于与其一起使用的安全带或吊带的平面方向上的肩垫厚度从第一区到第二区逐渐增厚，其中所述第一区用于靠着佩带者的肩部定位，而所述第二区用于靠着佩带者躯干的下部在较低的高度定位。
2.如权利要求1所述的肩垫，其中所述肩垫(30)进一步包括衬，该衬具有在所述肩垫主体(32)的两端之间的一系列高度递增的突起(40、42、44、46、48、50)。

7.如前面任一项权利要求所述的肩垫，其中所述肩垫主体(32)由合成橡胶制成。
8.如权利要求2所述的肩垫，其中所述衬的厚度在0.5到1.5毫米之间的范围。
9.如权利要求2所述的肩垫，其中所述衬的厚度是1.0毫米。
10.如权利要求2所述的肩垫，其中：
所述第一区即较薄区的较小突起的厚度在3到5毫米之间，所述第二区即较厚区的较大突起的厚度在8到12毫米。
