本发明公开了一种聚合物极耳焊接方法,该方法包括以下步骤:a.根据工艺要求裁切极耳长度;b.将负极极耳放置在电芯对应的铜箔中间,并对齐密封膜和隔膜的上沿;c.移至超声波焊机上,将电池下压,使电池上平面与超声波焊机焊座呈水平,进行焊接;d.将正极极耳放置在电芯对应的铝箔中间,并对齐密封膜和隔膜的上沿;e.移至超声波焊机上,将电池下压,使电池上平面与超声波焊机焊座呈水平,进行焊接;f.剪掉多余的铜箔和铝箔;g.将焊接区向电池侧面弯折90度,弯折极耳使极耳与焊接区呈90度,保持两极耳平行。该方法,减少操作工步,提高焊接速度,焊接后极耳位高低一致。

卡扣式滤芯聚合物极耳焊接方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及叠片式聚合物电池的生产方法,尤其是涉及一种聚合物极耳焊接方法。
背景技术:
现有焊接工艺为:首先将同极刑的各层级流体金属箔1焊接在一起(如图2所示),然后剪掉多余的金属箔(如图3所示,再将金属箔与相应的、带封膜3的极耳2焊接(如图4所示),最后再将焊接点弯折成90度。这种焊接工艺要焊接两次,工步多,继而焊接定位难,容易造成两极耳高低不一,焊接速度慢。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种聚合物极耳焊接方法,减少操作工步,提高焊接速度,焊接后极耳位高低一致。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种聚合物极耳焊接方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a,根据工艺要求裁切极耳长度;
b,将负极极耳6放置在电芯对应的铜箔5中间,并对齐密封膜和隔膜的上沿;
c,移至超声波焊机上,将电池下压,使电池上平面与超声波焊机焊座呈水平,进行焊接;
d,将正极极耳7放置在电芯对应的铝箔8中间,并对齐密封膜和隔膜的上沿;
e,移至超声波焊机上,将电池下压,使电池上平面与超声波焊机焊座呈水平,进行焊接;
f,剪掉多余的铜箔和铝箔;
g,将焊接区向电池侧面弯折90度,弯折极耳使极耳与焊接区呈90度,保持两极耳平行。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明聚合物极耳焊接方法有隔膜上沿作为定位参考,极耳定位容易,焊接完成后极耳高低一致,极耳在电芯上焊接,操作方便、快捷,只需焊接一次,操作工步少。

聚合物极耳焊接方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a,根据工艺要求裁切极耳长度;
b,将负极极耳6放置在电芯对应的铜箔5中间,并对齐密封膜和隔膜的上沿4;
c,移至超声波焊机上,将电池下压,使电池上平面与超声波焊机焊座呈水平,进行焊接;
d,将正极极耳7放置在电芯对应的铝箔8中间,并对齐密封膜和隔膜的上沿4;
e,移至超声波焊机上,将电池下压,使电池上平面与超声波焊机焊座呈水平,进行焊接;
f,剪掉多余的铜箔和铝箔;
g,将焊接区向电池侧面弯折90度,弯折极耳使极耳与焊接区呈90度,保持两极耳平行。
该方法有隔膜上沿作为定位参考,极耳定位容易,焊接完成后极耳高低一致,极耳在电芯上焊接,用一只手就可以操作,操作方便、快捷,只需焊接一次,操作工步少。

1、一种聚合物极耳焊接方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
a,根据工艺要求裁切极耳长度;
b,将负极极耳(6)放置在电芯对应的铜箔(5)中间,并对齐密封膜和隔膜的上沿;
c,移至超声波焊机上,将电池下压,使电池上平面与超声波焊机焊座呈水平,进行焊接;
d,将正极极耳(7)放置在电芯对应的铝箔(8)中间,并对齐密封膜和隔膜的上沿;
e,移至超声波焊机上,将电池下压,使电池上平面与超声波焊机焊座呈水平,进行焊接;
f,剪掉多余的铜箔和铝箔;
g,将焊接区向电池侧面弯折90度,弯折极耳使极耳与焊接区呈90度,保持两极耳平行。
