技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分所述的由复丝线(Multifilamentfaden)制成的多轴向复合体(Multiaxialkomplex)。
此外,本发明涉及一种按权利要求2的前序部分所述的用于制造由复丝线制成的多轴向复合体的装置。
最后,本发明涉及一种按权利要求3的前序部分所述的用于制造由复丝线制成的多轴向复合体的方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,复丝复合体的制造例如已知于“Multi-AxialeKettengewirke als textile Verstrkung in Faserverbundwerkstoffen”,Melliand Textilberichte,International Textile Reports,DE,MelliandTextilberichte K.G. Heidelberg,Vol.70,Nr.2,Page(s)109-112XP000026288 ISSN:0341-0781(“在纤维复合材料中作为纺织加强物的多轴向经编织物”,Melliand纺织报告,国际纺织报告,德国,海德堡Melliand纺织报告两合公司,第70卷,编号2,第109-112页)。通常这种多轴向复合体或多轴向布(Multiaxialgelege)由长丝构成的复丝制成,所述长丝由易弯曲易折断的纤维制成。这些由长丝制成的复丝线具有一定的扭转趋势,该扭转趋势导致这些复丝线在铺置于底层上之后不是位置固定的。
为了实现这样的位置固定,在现有技术中通常将0°层的复丝线作为最上面的层单独引导地设置在布上,然后在成品的布卷绕到卷布辊上时,超负荷进入复丝线的纤维中。所以在多轴向布具有多个单层例如六或七层的情况下,至今如此采取措施,使得人们制造具有例如二或三个层的布,其中0°复丝设置在最上面的层,然后其中一个布旋转,使得然后两个布相互叠置,此时0°复丝设置在中间,即理论上在所谓的中性区。即在两个布合在一起时,这些已经缝纫过一次的布必需缝纫第三次。这导致由于多次缝纫过程使损伤进入复丝的纤维中。
由DE 39 10 245 A1已知一种用于制造纱格(Fadengitter)的方法和装置。为了实现纱格的尽可能的各向同性,在此建议,将附加的线沿纵向导入在已经铺置的并且在横向及对角线方向上延伸的线的集合的上方、下方或之间。当0°线应该放置到各单根横线之间时,然后沿纵向即0°的复丝线直接在缝纫点之前的喂给是可能的。但是这些在任何一个任意的部位上喂给的0°线不保持其所要求的位置和期望的均匀分布,而是发生移动,使得在布的横向看必然引起不同的厚度并且从而不同的强度。
另外在此建议,铺置的线借助于粘胶薄膜或粘液通过胶合相互连接。这样的附加处理当然限制了纱格的使用范围。
由EP 1 112 400 B1已知,在缝纫针织机之前的区域内借助于位置固定的或分布固定的辅助装置来引导0°层的线。在此附加的耗费是必需的。
虽然会实现有利的布,但是附加的耗费提高了生产成本。
在DE 199 13 647 A1中说明了一种用于制造由多层构成的针织的或缝纫的多轴向布的方法和装置,其中设有至少两个在工作方向上一个接一个地设置的针座(Wirkfontur),这些针座基本上直接在针座之前铺置的线层被铺置之后将这些线层固定。因此应该实现的可能性是,地经层穿入到纬纱层之间,该地经层直接在铺置在纬纱层上之后通过分开的针座固定。通过在引纬系统之间的附加的针座可能的是,实现关于0°线层在各传统的线定向的层之间的布置方面的高柔性。
由DE 101 33 622 C1已知一种用于将纤维层铺置到纺织的平面组织的底面上的方法和装置。在此解决的问题是,优选由多个纤维切片构成的纤维层引导到纺织的平面组织尤其是衬纱的底面上并且该纤维层在唯一的工作步骤中与衬纱一起和可能与上面的纤维层一起加固。在多轴向布的任意部位上的0°线的穿经在该文件中即没有说明又没有暗示。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务是,提出一种由复丝线制成的多轴向复合体,该多轴向复合体在没有附加化学物质如粘胶等的情况下可被制造出并且其中在没有大的机械耗费的情况下可实现在0°层中的复丝线的位置固定。另外,本发明涉及一种用于制造这样的复合体的装置并且涉及一种用于制造这样的复合体的方法。
本发明的第一个任务如下解决,即0°层的复丝线置入到以不同取向分层的其余复丝层之间并且在其铺置之前撑开地和无扭曲地喂入,并且在该形式下铺置到此前的复丝层上。
用于制造这样的布的装置的特征在于,张力辊接入到复丝线的喂给中,复丝线通过所述张力辊进行引导。
用于制造这样的多轴向复合体的方法的特征在于,0°层的复丝线通过张力辊在其铺置在此前的复丝层上之前进行引导,所述张力辊使复丝线撑开并且因此使复丝线无扭曲。
出人意料地发现,在采用0°层的无扭曲的复丝线时,位置固定是足够的并且另外使复丝线保持无扭曲的措施可以按最简单的方式如下实现,即所述线通过张力辊进行引导,张力辊在需要时引起线的撑开并且因此使所述线平整地伸展,否则所述线作为绞纱进行喂给。

具体实施方式
图1描述了一种用于制造多轴向布的缝纫机或针织机1。用2、3、4、5和6表示用于+/-45°~90°线的引纬系统并且用7和8表示在0°层中延伸的复丝线。
张力辊9和10接入到这些0°复丝线的喂给中,复丝线7和8经由所述张力辊导入布中,这样构成的布输送到缝纫点16,从缝纫点出来的成品布输送到卷布辊等。
在图2显示张力辊的不同定向和形式,应该清楚的是,张力辊的类型和结构可根据相应的工作条件进行设置。

Claims (3)

1.由复丝线制成的多轴向复合体,所述复丝线由长丝构成,其中所述复丝线以不同取向地相互叠置并且0°层的线在生产方向上延伸,其特征在于:0°层的复丝线置入到以不同取向分层的其余复丝层之间并且在其铺置之前撑开并且无扭曲地铺置到此前的复丝层上。
2.用于制造由复丝线制成的多轴向复合体的装置,所述复丝线由长丝构成,其中所述复丝线以不同取向地相互叠置并且0°层的线在生产方向上延伸并且置入到以不同取向分层的其余复丝层之间,其中针织或缝纫机在多轴向机械的末端加固由纬纱和多个0°层的线构成的布,其特征在于:张力辊接入到复丝线的喂给中,复丝线通过所述张力辊进行引导。
3.用于制造由复丝线制成的多轴向复合体的方法,所述复丝线由长丝构成,其中所述复丝线以不同取向地相互叠置并且0°层的线在生产方向上延伸并且置入到以不同取向分层的其余复丝层之间,其特征在于:将0°层的复丝线在其铺置在此前的复丝层上之前经由张力辊进行引导,所述张力辊使得复丝线撑开并且所述张力辊将复丝线无扭曲地输送去缝纫。
