背景技术
专利号WO 01/15560 A1说明如下:“人类具有高度复杂的韧带-肌肉-腱系统和敏感、直立的脊柱,其如此构成,以致其天生就可以在不平坦的地面上行进。人类已经按照这种天然状态使用和维持其身体达数千年。”在所述专利申请中,详细描述了鞋的鞋底夹层和鞋底的形状和构造。人们已经对所述鞋底中的嵌入物进行了研究。这些研究的结果和结论导致了本专利申请。
试验和观测表明自然的动作或多或少地遵从如下顺序。当足跟置于地面上时,脚搁在足跟外侧。然后脚向内转动一定角度到达步行方向,直到再次离开足部的圆形部位(the ball of the foot)并且大脚趾朝向两脚的中间。加在脚底上的负载穿过其对角线移动。负载线从在外侧加载的足跟对角地向内移动穿过脚底,直到足部的圆形部位和大脚趾。

在习惯穿鞋并习惯于硬质平坦路面的文明社会的人中,没有发现所述施加在脚上的负载的这种扭转。当行走在平坦路面上时,平整的鞋底迫使脚进行直接的足跟到脚趾的运动。随着时间的过去,所述横向负载变化和横向转动变得微不足道。这种错误的转动必须通过膝关节和髋关节以及脊柱获得补偿,这又产生由于脚的不完全转动导致整个运动系统被错误地加载的后果。其后果是,我们的社会经受着各种伴随痛苦的关节病和脊柱问题的涉及体态状况的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明现具有通过下述方式纠正行走中的不正确的足跟放置和不正确的足跟到脚趾动作的目的,即在行走中,温和地强制脚底进行具有对角的负载曲线的自然转动,并温和地强制膝关节和髋关节以及脊柱进行自然的和动力学的动作和加载。
该目的通过具有专利权利要求1的特征的对角扭曲的鞋底来实现。根据本发明的更多特征在从属权利要求中阐明,其优点在下面的描述中说明。

专利说明书WO 01/15560 A1记述了(图1)如何能通过大底12中的坚硬嵌入物15实现脚的各种类型的加载。其主要焦点在于用这种鞋底3和鞋1能够实现特定的治疗措施。现在已经发现在上述介绍中所描述的总的来说是正确的:特别在遭受膝、髋或背部疼痛的人中,所述脚的负载线在行走中不再对角地横过脚部。向前一“踏”,可以说,在这么做时在所述在行走方向行进的带有负载线的脚上加置了一定重量。结果,膝关节和髋关节总是在相同的点被加载。在行走中缺少所述完全的动力学动作。这导致痛苦的磨损,并在很多情况下导致关节病。

现已显示出大底12优选抵着鞋底底部13设置,从而后者呈现出图2和图3中所描述的理论上的对角扭转形态。在这些视图中,扭转很明显,以说明本发明的原理。实际上,相对于水平面H的扭转,在脚趾区域Z用角d表示,在后跟区域A用角β表示,将只有几度。此外,鞋底底部13的扭转总是适应病人的需求并自由成形。在特殊情况下,可以想象它不是系统地扭转,而是适应足部的畸形、不正确的姿势或缺陷。

如图2和图3所示的扁平的扭曲的平板16,或者连接到鞋底底部13,例如图5、6、7、8、9、10所示,或者连接到鞋底夹层底部11,那时其呈现出扭曲的平板的形态。
通过本发明,可以通过向其提供适应其所遭受的情形并被设计用于日常使用的鞋子,帮助经受各种涉及体态问题之苦的病人。其主要优点在于,病人不必进行任何训练或特殊的体操,而是通过以日常方式穿上这种鞋子即可得到治疗。

Claims (7)

1、一种对角扭曲的鞋底(3),包括大底(12)和鞋底夹层底部(11),后者连接到所述大底(12),不同的坚硬嵌入物(15)插入所述大底(12),所述大底(12)由坚硬且耐磨的鞋底底部(13)封闭,其中,扭曲的平板(16)嵌入到由鞋底夹层底部(11)、大底(12)和鞋底底部(13)组成的所述鞋底(3)内,与所述大底(12)一起形成鞋底夹层(12,16)。
2、根据权利要求1的对角扭曲的鞋底(3),其中,所述鞋底夹层(12,16)包括若干部分。

6、根据权利要求1、2或5所述的对角扭曲的鞋底(3),其中,在后跟区域(A),在鞋底夹层底部(11)和鞋底底部(13)之间,所述大底(12)横穿所述行走方向并横穿水平面(H)形成向内变厚的楔形物,并且,在脚趾区域(Z),在鞋底夹层底部(11)和鞋底底部(13)之间,所述大底(12)横穿所述行走方向并横穿水平面(H)形成向外变厚的楔形物,并且,从所述后跟区域(A)到所述脚趾区域(Z)的所述楔形构造从一种形态成为另一种形态与规定的外形融合在一起。
7、根据权利要求1、2或5所述的对角扭曲的鞋底(3),其中,在后跟区域(A),在鞋底夹层底部(11)和鞋底底部(13)之间,所述大底(12)横穿所述行走方向并横穿水平面(H)形成向外变厚的楔形物,并且,在脚趾区域(Z),在鞋底夹层底部(11)和鞋底底部(13)之间,所述大底(12)横穿所述行走方向并横穿水平面(H)形成向内变厚的楔形物,并且,从所述后跟区域(A)到所述脚趾区域(Z)的所述楔形构造从一种形态成为另一种形态与规定的外形融合在一起。
