技术领域
本发明涉及一种操作安装在载体上的电子元件的装置,该装置包括至少两个接合元件,当这些元件接合在载体上时相互作用。本发明还涉及用于操作安装在载体上的电子元件的操作元件,根据本发明操作元件能够可替换地结合到装置上。本发明更涉及一种用于这样的装置的与产品相关的调整的方法。
背景技术
安装在载体的操作过程,尤其是具有连接其上诸如集成电路块的半导体组分的载体(ICs),在工业规模上发现有广泛的应用。尤其在集成电路块被制造期间这样的载体(也称为″引线框架″或″板″)被接合,在(半成品)产品的储存,(半成品)产品的传送,和执行一些操作,例如建立电连接(导线耦合),封装部件(模制),产品部件的分离和变形(修整和成形),产品测试等的期间。现有的用来操作安装在载体上的装置通常仅仅适合操作规定尺寸的载体,或者它们用相当大的努力仅仅用来进行修改,以操作不同尺寸的载体(尤其根据产品尺寸通过移去和设置可互换的部件)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供用于操作安装在载体上的电子元件的一改进的装置和方法,通过该装置和方法不同形状的产品能够连续进行操作,而不需要相当大的转换工作和为该目的所需的转换装置。
本发明为了该目的提供了用于操作安装在载体上的电子元件的装置,其包括至少两个接合元件,这些接合元件相互作用以便于接合在载体上,该接合元件依照用于接合的载体的尺寸,以可调整的方式设置在相对方位,其中接合元件提供有至少一个基准位置,用来与定义了相对方位的基准装置相互作用。为了固定接合元件的一组相对方向,接合元件优选提供了固定装置。可置换的接合元件使调整该装置成为可能,从而使得该装置适合于操作具有规定尺寸的产品(具有电子元件安装在其上的载体)。两个或两个以上接合装置相互作用,当接合到单个载体上时,必须在所有这些装置在它们的相互作用都适合于所接合的产品的尺寸之后。在此基准装置定义了确定产品的情况下用于调整所需的尺寸。除了接合装置的简单,快速和可靠的与产品相关的调整优点之外,进一步产生了所需的与产品相关的可替换部件数目的大量的减少,还产生了成本优点,简化的保障和/或装置的减少的运行成本。
在一特定的优选实施例中,装置还提供有可替换的操作元件,用来操作具有电子元件的载体,该操作元件提供有完整的基准装置。这样的操作元件,例如由制模模块,切口模块,切板,凸模固定板,变形模块或者产品固定器组成。必须能够处理不同产品的装置无论如何也通常提供了操作元件,为了该目的该操作元件可用来与装置相互替换。因此在正常情况,操作元件必须在装置的转换期间已经被互换,另外有利的当操作部件同时定义用于该装置的其它的部件的调整的尺寸(即形成基准装置)时,该装置具有与产品相关的尺寸。具有与产品相关的操作元件的定位(无论如何已经必要),因此该接合元件同时进入关联的相对方位。除了减少工作负荷之外,还具有调整的错误结合更少机会的优点。该装置通常包含包括框架,相对该框架接合元件可以进行替换并且相对该框架操作元件也可替换。然而在此需要注意到在另一方面也可能选择使用单独的基准装置。
在该装置另一个优选的变化中,接合元件与框架相接合,从而使得第一接合元件相对框架的位移导致了至少第二接合元件的被迫的位移。例如这能够借助杆系统(杆装置)通过装配多个接合元件来实现。该优选实施例的优点在于单个(第一)接合元件的位移导致了与此同步的一个或多个(第二)接合元件的位移,而不要为了该目的所需的特定额外关注或者为了第二接合元件的调整(确定方向)所需的基准装置。
该接合元件能够由传送装置的部件形成,例如导向槽的相对侧。另外可能的是接合元件由供应容器形成,例如供应软管的两个或更多的壁部分。
例如基准位置能够由停止表面,基准销,基准开口或者这些元件的联合形成。为了接合元件的精确定位,有必要在基准装置和接合元件之间实现精确的(可复现的)接触。为了增加精度,有利的而不是必要的,为了该目的在接合元件和基准装置之间产生外形配合的相互作用。
本发明还提供用于操作安装在载体上的电子元件的操作元件,如前所述的,操作元件能够可互换地与装置相结合,其中操作部件提供有完整的基准装置。例如这样的半型,切削工具或者变形元件的优点已经在上面描述,参见根据本发明的装置。需要清楚说明的是,但是根据情况,也可能选择使用单独的基准装置,例如基准板,基准销等等。
本发明还提供了用于操作安装在载体上的电子元件的装置的与产品相关的调整方法,其包括下面操作步骤:A)选取确定装置调整所需的基准装置,和B)移动用于产品的接合元件直到接合元件的位置通过基准装置进行确定。用于操作产品的装置可理解为一个装置,通过该装置产品例如可以被传送,变形,铸模,切割,但是通过该装置产品还可以保持现有状态。由于根据本发明的方法,这样装置的与产品相关的调整比在此以前所需的转换装置变得更加简单,迅速和需要更少的技能。这样导致了比现有技术中更少的成本和更少出错可能性。
转换操作的更进一步简化能够实现,当根据操作步骤A)的基准装置的选择通过选择一可替换的操作元件发生时,其中操作元件用来操作具有完整基准装置的电子元件的载体。在根据本发明方法的该优选应用中,操作元件的(必要的)转换直接而没有另外操作的导致了接合元件的转换。在此两个相互作用的接合元件的相对位置在进行步骤B)期间可同时进行调整。
在根据操作步骤B)的移动至少一个接合元件之后,被移动的接合元件的位置在接下来的步骤C)中进行固定,这样以便于防止接合元件在正确位置产生变化。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于操作安装在引线框架上的半导体的装置1的一部分,其中工具2部分设置在装置1中。装置1为了这目的在其它组件中提供有导向装置3,通过导向装置3工具2能够精确的设置在装置1中。还示出了传送轮4,5,6,通过这些传送轮,传送到工具2和从工具2移去的引线框架可以被接合。在两个相互作用的轮4,5彼此之间的距离必须根据引线框架的尺寸进行调整以便于传送。根据本发明,工具2提供有基准销7,8(基准装置),当工具2被完全设置在装置1中时,这些基准销与轮载体9,10相互作用,这些轮载体相互支撑着对应的轮4,5。在此轮载体9提供有开口11作为基准销8的通道,从而使得基准销8能够接合在轮载体10上。当工具2完全设置在装置1中时,基准销7将接合在图中的最前的轮载体9上。当基准销7,8接合在轮载体9,10上时,后者被相反的推动到一个位移,进入到一个位置,其中它们方向与工具2相一致。该内容参见图2将得到进一步说明。
图2再次示出了工具2,相反的产生一位移(counter to a bias),该工具2凭借基准销7,8推动轮载体9,10向后越过一导向杆12。在此可以清楚的看到基准销7确定了最前的轮载体9的末端位置,同时另一个基准销8确定了最后的轮载体10的末端位置。因此基准销7,8确定了轮载体9,10所设置的位置。明显的,轮载体9,10的位置与传送轮4,5相互间的距离和位置直接相关,通过传送轮引线框架可以被接合。在该图中还可以看出开口11设置在最前的轮载体9中,以允许基准销8通过,在所示的情况中销8接合在后轮载体10上。
最后,图3示出了用于引线框架的供应容器20,该引线框架具有安装在其上的半导体,其中两个相对的,垂直的侧壁21,22的位置通过基准板23进行确定。提供用于该目的的基准板23具有规定尺寸。该尺寸尤其通过接触面24和/或在基准板23中的开口25进行确定,基准板23在调整侧壁21,22相互间的位置方面起基准尺寸的作用。

Claims (15)

1.用于操作安装在载体上的电子元件的装置,其包括至少两个接合元件,这些接合元件相互作用以接合在载体上,该接合元件依照用于接合的载体的尺寸,以可调整的方式设置在相对方向,其中接合元件提供有至少一个基准位置,用来与定义相对方位的基准装置相互作用。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于接合元件提供有固定装置,用来固定接合元件的一组相对方位。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于装置提供有可互换的操作元件,用来操作具有电子元件的载体,该操作元件提供有完整的基准装置。
4.如前述权利要求任一的装置,其特征在于该装置还包括一框架,相对该框架接合元件可以进行替换。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于接合元件与框架相接合,从而使得第一接合元件相对框架的位移导致了至少第二接合元件的被迫的位移。
6.如前所述的权利要求任一的装置,其特征在于接合元件由传送装置的部件形成。
7.如前所述的权利要求任一装置,其特征在于接合元件由供应容器的部件形成。
