技术背景

所描述的这种芯的主要缺点是在生产过程中需要大量的人力以及需要精密复杂的仪器来不连续地注入纤维。

通过在给定领域检索与所要求保护的技术方案的特征部分相同的技术特征,检索结果表明所要求保护的技术方案的特征部分的技术特征并不是来自于现有技术。从申请人尽力揭露的现有技术来看,所确定的必要技术特征对所声称的技术效果没有影响。因此,本发明所要求保护的技术方案满足专利性中的“创造性”条件。

具体实施方式
夹板芯呈三维结构1,它由坯件2例如由聚合的“NOMEX,,纸制成,并沿着标志线弯折,以特定的折叠方式折叠而成。为了提高结构强度,坯件2的两侧具有涂层,该涂层是通过把例如以酚醛树脂为基础的液态的粘合剂层5涂敷至纸表面上然后经热硬化而形成。由于聚合纸对酚醛粘合剂具有相当低的粘性,芯1的坯件2在涂敷粘合剂和成形之前被穿孔,以其粘合剂层在孔3的位置粘合在其间,从而形成三维结构,该三维结构在芯结构中作为单一整体。这就可以提高芯结构的强度和刚度,或在给定强度下减小粘合剂层的总厚度,从而也就减小了粘合剂的量;最终可以改善机身中所用的具有给定芯的夹板的单位重量性能。
工业实用性
所要求保护的技术方案所获得的经济效果有:减小了粘合剂层的总厚度3,从而减小了层数,减小了用于使所涂敷的粘合剂逐层硬化所用的功率输入,从而提高了芯的生产效率。

Claims (1)

1.一种三维结构的夹板芯,它由两侧涂有粘合剂的聚合纸制成,其特征在于:为减小在给定强度下的粘合剂层总厚度,夹板芯包括穿孔的聚合纸基底,所述粘合剂层在所述孔的位置处粘合在其间,其中粘合层的厚度减小值、穿孔的数量及其直径满足下列条件:
