技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布术领域,尤其涉及一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维构成,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布,随着近年来的科技发展,无纺布的使用越来越广泛。
但是现有的无纺布结构多是简单的多层贴合结构,这样就造成内部结构稳定性差,容易断裂或者剥落,影响使用的稳定性,而且现有工艺结构不利于稳定控制,也就不利于无纺布的生产,有待提出一种新的方法来改进无纺布的结构特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,包括PE内层,所述PE内层的内部固定镶嵌有横向加强筋,所述横向加强筋的下表面固定缠绕有第一纵向加强筋,所述横向加强筋的上表面固定缠绕有第二纵向加强筋,所述第一纵向加强筋和第二纵向加强筋均固定镶嵌于PE内层的内部,所述PE内侧的外表面设有通孔,所述PE内层的外表面上端和下端均固定涂布有粘合剂层,所述粘合剂层的内部表面形成有粘合胶条,所述粘合胶条的外表面固定粘连于通孔的内侧表面,所述粘合剂层的外表面固定复合有PP外层。
优选的,所述横向加强筋、第一纵向加强筋和第二纵向加强筋均采用尼龙制成,且均等间距均匀排布于PE内层的内部,间距为三厘米至五厘米。
优选的,所述通孔位于横向加强筋和第一纵向加强筋的空白位置,且等间距间隔排布。
优选的,所述环保无水无纺布生产工艺包括如下步骤:
P1、将横向加强筋、第一纵向加强筋和第二纵向加强筋按照间距进行排布,形成网状结构;
P2、将PE原料加入压延机,将网状结构铺设到压延辊上,挤出PE原料到网状结构上,并且通过压延辊压延成型,得到PE内层坯料;
P3、在网格结构的网孔位置进行切割,形成通孔,即可得到PE内层;
P4、利用喷涂装置将粘胶剂喷涂到PE内层的两侧表面,部分胶液进入通孔内部形成粘结胶条,外部形成粘合剂层;
P5、将PP外层进行预热,然后贴合到粘合剂层,并且使用热压复合机进行热压贴合,得到无纺布坯料;
P6、对无纺布坯料进行冷却,然后切边、绕卷,即可得到无纺布成品。
优选的,所述P4步骤的粘胶剂包括有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液40%-50%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液20%-30%、环氧树脂10%-25%、增稠剂2%-5%和助溶剂5%-10%。
优选的,所述粘胶剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按照质量百分比称取各原料,备用;
S2、将机硅改性聚氨酯乳液和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液加入搅拌机,均匀搅拌5分钟至8分钟,得到混合溶液;
S3、将环氧树脂和助溶剂加入到混合溶液中,均匀搅拌20分钟至三十分钟,得到混合胶液;
S4、将增稠剂加入到混合胶液中,调节浓稠度,得到胶水原液;
S5、将胶水原液静置3小时至5小时,进行分层,去掉上层澄清液,并且过滤出底部沉积物,即可得到粘胶剂。
优选的,所述P5步骤的预热温度为75摄氏度时85摄氏度,预热时间为30秒至45秒。
优选的,所述P5步骤的热压贴合温度为150摄氏度至175摄氏度,热压压力为0.5MPa-1MPa,热压时间为3分钟至5分钟。
优选的,所述P6步骤的冷却采用自然冷却方式。
本发明提供的一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺通过在PE内层内部向前加强筋,可以有效提高结构强度,避免断裂,同时开设通孔,结合粘合剂层来复合粘结PP外层,可以保证复合强度,避免剥落,而且采用分层加工的方式,并且采用无水原料配置粘结,利于控制加工流程,有效提高生产效率,利于使用和大面积推广。

实施例1
一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,包括PE内层1,所述PE内层1的内部固定镶嵌有横向加强筋11,所述横向加强筋11的下表面固定缠绕有第一纵向加强筋12,所述横向加强筋11的上表面固定缠绕有第二纵向加强筋13,可以通过横向加强筋11、第一纵向加强筋12和第二纵向加强筋13进行复合镶嵌,有效提高结构强度,减少断裂,利于使用,所述第一纵向加强筋12和第二纵向加强筋13均固定镶嵌于PE内层1的内部,所述PE内侧1的外表面设有通孔14,在空白位置冲切形成通孔,避免将横向加强筋11、第一纵向加强筋12和第二纵向加强筋13切断,同时利于形成粘合剂条16,提高于PE内层粘接的稳定性,避免剥落,提高结构稳定性,所述PE内层1的外表面上端和下端均固定涂布有粘合剂层15,所述粘合剂层15的内部表面形成有粘合胶条16,所述粘合胶条16的外表面固定粘连于通孔14的内侧表面,所述粘合剂层15的外表面固定复合有PP外层17,两侧均复合粘连PP外层17,并且通过热压复合的方式操作,利于控制,提高复合稳定性,避免剥落,而且可以提高表面质量。
优选的,所述横向加强筋11、第一纵向加强筋12和第二纵向加强筋13均采用尼龙制成,且均等间距均匀排布于PE内层1的内部,间距为三厘米至五厘米,采用尼龙制成,结构强度高,不易断裂,而且利于缠绕成网状结构,方便生产。
优选的,所述通孔14位于横向加强筋11和第一纵向加强筋12的空白位置,且等间距间隔排布,通孔位于空白位置,避免将横向加强筋11、第一纵向加强筋12和第二纵向加强筋13切断,提高安全稳定性。
优选的,所述环保无水无纺布生产工艺包括如下步骤:
P1、将横向加强筋、第一纵向加强筋和第二纵向加强筋按照间距进行排布,形成网状结构;
P2、将PE原料加入压延机,将网状结构铺设到压延辊上,挤出PE原料到网状结构上,并且通过压延辊压延成型,得到PE内层坯料;
P3、在网格结构的网孔位置进行切割,形成通孔,即可得到PE内层;
P4、利用喷涂装置将粘胶剂喷涂到PE内层的两侧表面,部分胶液进入通孔内部形成粘结胶条,外部形成粘合剂层;
P5、将PP外层进行预热,然后贴合到粘合剂层,并且使用热压复合机进行热压贴合,得到无纺布坯料;

优选的,所述P4步骤的粘胶剂包括有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液45%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液30%、环氧树脂10%、增稠剂5和助溶剂10%。
优选的,所述粘胶剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按照质量百分比称取各原料,备用;
S2、将机硅改性聚氨酯乳液和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液加入搅拌机,均匀搅拌5分钟至8分钟,得到混合溶液;
S3、将环氧树脂和助溶剂加入到混合溶液中,均匀搅拌20分钟至三十分钟,得到混合胶液;
S4、将增稠剂加入到混合胶液中,调节浓稠度,得到胶水原液;
S5、将胶水原液静置3小时至5小时,进行分层,去掉上层澄清液,并且过滤出底部沉积物,即可得到粘胶剂。

1.一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,包括PE内层(1),其特征在于:所述PE内层(1)的内部固定镶嵌有横向加强筋(11),所述横向加强筋(11)的下表面固定缠绕有第一纵向加强筋(12),所述横向加强筋(11)的上表面固定缠绕有第二纵向加强筋(13),所述第一纵向加强筋(12)和第二纵向加强筋(13)均固定镶嵌于PE内层(1)的内部,所述PE内侧(1)的外表面设有通孔(14),所述PE内层(1)的外表面上端和下端均固定涂布有粘合剂层(15),所述粘合剂层(15)的内部表面形成有粘合胶条(16),所述粘合胶条(16)的外表面固定粘连于通孔(14)的内侧表面,所述粘合剂层(15)的外表面固定复合有PP外层(17)。
2.根据所述权利要求1的一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述横向加强筋(11)、第一纵向加强筋(12)和第二纵向加强筋(13)均采用尼龙制成,且均等间距均匀排布于PE内层(1)的内部,间距为三厘米至五厘米。

5.根据所述权利要求4的一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述P4步骤的粘胶剂包括有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液40%-50%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液20%-30%、环氧树脂10%-25%、增稠剂2%-5%和助溶剂5%-10%。
6.根据所述权利要求5的一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述粘胶剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按照质量百分比称取各原料,备用;
S2、将机硅改性聚氨酯乳液和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液加入搅拌机,均匀搅拌5分钟至8分钟,得到混合溶液;
S3、将环氧树脂和助溶剂加入到混合溶液中,均匀搅拌20分钟至三十分钟,得到混合胶液;
S4、将增稠剂加入到混合胶液中,调节浓稠度,得到胶水原液;
S5、将胶水原液静置3小时至5小时,进行分层,去掉上层澄清液,并且过滤出底部沉积物,即可得到粘胶剂。
7.根据所述权利要求4的一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,其特征在于: 所述P5步骤的预热温度为75摄氏度时85摄氏度,预热时间为30秒至45秒。
8.根据所述权利要求4的一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述P5步骤的热压贴合温度为150摄氏度至175摄氏度,热压压力为0.5MPa-1MPa,热压时间为3分钟至5分钟。
9.根据所述权利要求4的一种环保防水无纺布及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述P6步骤的冷却采用自然冷却方式。
