本发明公开了一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,所述制备方法如下:步骤一:材料准备:导带用布料基材;基材采用底层布、芳纶布、网格布;步骤二:布料裁切:底层布、网格布按8%缩率下料,芳纶布按5‰缩率下料;步骤三:分层压合:每2层进行压合;步骤四:做接头:自动打齿、熨平、涂粘合剂、固定接头;步骤五:覆面胶:将压延好的的胶片均匀覆在结构布表面,进行低温压实;步骤六:硫化:将覆好胶片成型好的导带进行硫化;本发明,在13‑17MPa压力下,温度110‑130℃下每2层进行压合,层间结合不用胶水粘合,导带不易分层;采用挤出压延的方式生产的芳纶印花导带,密度大,耐温高,表面更平整;导带结构更致密,更耐腐蚀;降低了分子流动性,接口更牢固。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于印花导带技术领域,具体涉及一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带。
背景技术
与传统橡胶导带不同,新一代的印花导带强力层采用Polyester聚酯材质或者Aramid芳纶材质。芳纶印花导带特点:芳纶材质:适合双马达伺服传动的平网,较长尺寸导带,一般导带长度在45米以上。
现有的印花导带制备时存在着强度低,不平整以及导带分层的问题。
为了增加印花导带的强度、平整度以及降低导带的分层,为此我们提出一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的芳纶印花导带制备时存在着强度低,不平整以及导带分层的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,所述制备方法如下:
步骤一:材料准备:导带用布料基材;基材采用底层布、芳纶布、网格布;
步骤二:布料裁切:底层布、网格布按8%缩率下料,芳纶布按5‰缩率下料;
步骤三:分层压合:每2层进行压合;
步骤四:做接头:自动打齿、熨平、涂粘合剂、固定接头;
步骤五:覆面胶:将压延好的的胶片均匀覆在结构布表面,进行低温压实;
步骤六:硫化:将覆好胶片成型好的导带进行硫化;
步骤七:打磨:使用自动打磨机打磨至标准厚度。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述步骤一中,底层布1层、芳纶布1层、网格布2层,芳纶布为印花导带的强力层。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述步骤三中,在13-17MPa压力下,温度110-130℃下每2层进行压合。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述步骤四中,涂粘合剂前需要平整基层面。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,涂粘合剂的施工温度为1-38℃。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述步骤六中,将覆好胶片成型好的导带在140-160℃下硫化25-35min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)在13-17MPa压力下,温度110-130℃下每2层进行压合,层间结合不用胶水粘合,导带不易分层;
(2)采用挤出压延的方式生产的芳纶印花导带,密度大,耐温高,表面更平整;导带结构更致密,更耐腐蚀;降低了分子流动性,接口更牢固。

实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,制备方法如下:
步骤一:材料准备:导带用布料基材;基材采用底层布、芳纶布、网格布;底层布1层、芳纶布1层、网格布2层,芳纶布为印花导带的强力层;
步骤二:布料裁切:底层布、网格布按8%缩率下料,芳纶布按5‰缩率下料;
步骤三:分层压合:在13MPa压力下,温度110℃下每2层进行压合,层间结合不用胶水粘合,导带不易分层;
步骤四:做接头:自动打齿、熨平、涂粘合剂、固定接头;涂粘合剂前需要平整基层面,涂粘合剂的施工温度为1℃,更好的实现固定接头的紧固;
步骤五:覆面胶:将压延好的的胶片均匀覆在结构布表面,进行低温压实;
步骤六:硫化:将覆好胶片成型好的导带在140℃下硫化35min;
步骤七:打磨:使用自动打磨机打磨至标准厚度。

实施例2

步骤二:布料裁切:底层布、网格布按8%缩率下料,芳纶布按5‰缩率下料;
步骤三:分层压合:在15MPa压力下,温度120℃下每2层进行压合,层间结合不用胶水粘合,导带不易分层;
步骤四:做接头:自动打齿、熨平、涂粘合剂、固定接头;涂粘合剂前需要平整基层面,涂粘合剂的施工温度为19℃,更好的实现固定接头的紧固;
步骤五:覆面胶:将压延好的的胶片均匀覆在结构布表面,进行低温压实;
步骤六:硫化:将覆好胶片成型好的导带在150℃下硫化30min;
步骤七:打磨:使用自动打磨机打磨至标准厚度。
采用挤出压延的方式生产的芳纶印花导带,具有以下优点:密度大,耐温高,表面更平整;导带结构更致密,更耐腐蚀;降低了分子流动性,接口更牢固。
实施例3

步骤四:做接头:自动打齿、熨平、涂粘合剂、固定接头;涂粘合剂前需要平整基层面,涂粘合剂的施工温度为38℃,更好的实现固定接头的紧固;
步骤五:覆面胶:将压延好的的胶片均匀覆在结构布表面,进行低温压实;
步骤六:硫化:将覆好胶片成型好的导带在160℃下硫化25min;
步骤七:打磨:使用自动打磨机打磨至标准厚度。
采用挤出压延的方式生产的芳纶印花导带,具有以下优点:密度大,耐温高,表面更平整;导带结构更致密,更耐腐蚀;降低了分子流动性,接口更牢固。

1.一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,其特征在于:所述制备方法如下:
步骤一:材料准备:导带用布料基材;基材采用底层布、芳纶布、网格布;
步骤二:布料裁切:底层布、网格布按8%缩率下料,芳纶布按5‰缩率下料;
步骤三:分层压合:每2层进行压合;
步骤四:做接头:自动打齿、熨平、涂粘合剂、固定接头;
步骤五:覆面胶:将压延好的的胶片均匀覆在结构布表面,进行低温压实;
步骤六:硫化:将覆好胶片成型好的导带进行硫化;
步骤七:打磨:使用自动打磨机打磨至标准厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,底层布1层、芳纶布1层、网格布2层,芳纶布为印花导带的强力层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,在13-17MPa压力下,温度110-130℃下每2层进行压合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,其特征在于:所述步骤四中,涂粘合剂前需要平整基层面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,其特征在于:涂粘合剂的施工温度为1-38℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种印花机高强度芳纶印花导带,其特征在于:所述步骤六中,将覆好胶片成型好的导带在140-160℃下硫化25-35min。
