Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于熔线元件的熔断导体,其具有缠绕在一个电绝缘芯线周围的熔丝。
用于具有承载特性的熔线保险丝的熔断导体目前通常以线圈熔断导体的形式来实现。一个例如由银或银的合金所制成的熔断导体缠绕在不导电的承载芯线(例如玻璃纤维)上。线缠绕得越紧密,即每单元长度缠绕的匝数越多,每单位长度的熔断导体的电阻就越大,而每单位长度上的热负荷也就越高。
此外,在对线圈熔断导体进行处理期间,以及在将其安装到一个保险丝盒中时,彼此平行缠绕的线绕组可能会移动到绝缘芯线上,从而使绕组密度发生局部改变。这进而会导致局部不同的热负荷。在极端环境下,线绕组的这种位移也可能导致在相邻绕组间发生电气短路。另外,也可能出现“近似短路”,这是因为与熔断导体的电流负载特性相关地,在保险丝工作时在匝与匝之间可能出现故障。
经验表明,以常规方式缠绕的熔断导体的最大绕组密度不能超过大约50%。
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的线圈熔断导体,其中避免了上述缺点。
根据本发明,该目标由具有权利要求1所述特征的用于熔线元件的熔断导体来实现。
根据本发明的熔断导体具有缠绕在一个电绝缘芯线上的熔丝。平行于所述熔丝缠绕在所述芯线上的是至少一根电绝缘的纤维,从而将熔丝固定在位置上,避免了相邻匝之间的短路。与熔丝和至少一根电绝缘纤维构成的平行绕组的特性相关地,避免了熔丝在芯线的纵向方向上或多或少的移动。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,熔丝和绝缘纤维彼此靠得很近地缠绕。这一实施例的结果是,不仅避免了相邻匝之间的短路,而且确保了均匀的绕组和位置固定,使得熔断导体的每单位长度的热负荷保持恒定。
熔丝和绝缘纤维都最好具有近似为圆形的横截面,熔丝的直径与绝缘纤维直径的比值最好在1/3到3之间。在一个优选实施例中,熔丝的直径与绝缘纤维直径的比值在1到3之间,即熔丝的直径至少和绝缘纤维的直径一样大。其优点首先在于,熔丝的外表面超过电绝缘纤维的直径突出出来,从而可以实现可靠的接触,甚至不需要焊接。此外,熔丝直径与绝缘纤维直径的比值相对较高允许实现更高的绕组密度。“3”这个值近似构成了一个仍能保证相邻匝之间可靠绝缘的上限。
在一个实施例中,在缠绕到芯线上的过程中绝缘纤维发生变形(从最初的近似于圆形的横截面开始发生变形),例如变得扁平。然后如此选择所述纤维,使得熔丝各匝之间的间距最好保持在熔丝直径的0.2-2倍之间。
在一个优选实施例中,其上平行缠绕着熔丝和绝缘纤维的芯线具有圆形的横截面,并且所述绝缘纤维的横截面直径,例如在圆形横截面情况下,其直径小于芯线的直径。芯线直径与绝缘纤维直径的比值最好在3到8之间,最好为5。
常规的材料,例如银、银铜合金、银的合金、铜、锡和其他材料,用作熔丝的材料。玻璃、陶瓷材料和耐热材料科用作绝缘纤维的材料。类似的材料可用于芯线。绝缘纤维的材料是有弹性的,并且芯线的材料也可以是一种刚体。在一个优选实施例中,绝缘纤维由一根或多根平行的玻璃纤维或者一根或多根陶瓷纤维构成。芯线最好也由一根或多根玻璃纤维构成。

图1是根据本发明的熔断导体的示意图,其中熔丝2和绝缘纤维3都平行地缠绕在电绝缘芯线1的周围。在所示的实施例中,熔丝2和绝缘纤维3彼此靠得很近地缠绕。绝缘纤维最初具有近似为圆形的横截面,在缠绕过程中发生变形,形成了扁平的带状,其宽度近似为熔丝2的直径的两倍。
图2是缠绕有熔丝和绝缘纤维的绝缘芯线1的表面的另一实施例的一部分的示意性截面图。其中分别示出了相邻的两匝。即使在缠绕过程之后,熔丝和绝缘纤维也仍然具有近似为圆形的横截面,熔丝的直径近似为绝缘纤维直径的两倍。这些匝彼此靠近缠绕。熔丝的相邻匝被标注为2A和2B,而绝缘纤维的相邻匝被标注为3A和3B。在图2所示的绕组模式中,可以计算出在熔丝的相邻各匝之间产生的间距约为直径的0.4倍。这种高绕组密度用常规的方法不能实现。例如,如果在一个替代实施例中,绝缘纤维的直径是熔丝直径的1/3,则计算表明在熔丝各匝之间产生的间距约为熔丝直径的0.16倍。
当对熔丝和绝缘纤维的尺寸和横截面轮廓(圆形或其它横截面形状)进行选择时,特别要注意这样的事实:可以与熔丝的外部表面形成良好的接触,使得只有很少的热量扩散到平行缠绕的绝缘材料中,并保证了尽可能简单地进行制造。作为可根据本发明实现的高绕组密度(每单位长度的匝数)的结果,熔线元件的特性得以改善,特别是实现了相对较小的额定电流和相对较高的脉冲电阻,例如额定电流为1.6A,脉冲电阻达到1kA以上。此外,根据本发明的熔断导体更便于保险丝的制造,因为在进一步处理过程中避免了各匝的移位。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于熔线元件的熔断导体,其中所述熔断导体具有缠绕在电绝缘芯线(1)周围的熔丝(2),其特征在于,平行于所述熔丝(2)缠绕在芯线(1)周围的是至少一根电绝缘的纤维(3),从而使所述熔丝固定在位置上,避免了相邻匝之间的短路。
2.如权利要求1所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,熔丝(2)和绝缘纤维(3)彼此靠近缠绕。
3.如权利要求2所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,熔丝(2)和绝缘纤维(3)都具有近似为圆形的横截面,并且熔丝的直径与绝缘纤维直径的比值在1/3到3之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,熔丝的直径与绝缘纤维直径的比值在1到3之间。
5.如权利要求2所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,熔丝(2)具有近似为圆形的横截面,并且绝缘纤维位于所述熔丝的相邻各匝之间,从而使各匝之间的间距为熔丝直径的0.2到2倍。
6.如权利要求5所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,相邻各匝之间的间距小于熔丝的直径。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,所缠绕的熔丝的外部表面超过绝缘纤维的外部表面突出出来。
8.如权利要求3-7中任一项所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,所述芯线(1)具有圆形的横截面,并且绝缘纤维(3)的横截面尺寸小于芯线(1)的直径。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,所述绝缘纤维(3)由一根或多根玻璃纤维构成。
10.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,所述绝缘纤维由一根或多根陶瓷纤维构成。
11.如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的熔断导体,其特征在于,所述芯线(1)由一根或多根玻璃纤维构成。
