Abstract
一种吸尘器的旋风分离装置,包括上游旋风分离装置和多个并列的下游旋风分离装置,所述上游旋风分离装置和下游旋风分离装置之间通过气体通道连通,所述上游旋风分离装置具有第一旋风桶,所述下游旋风分离装置具有第二旋风桶,所述各个下游旋风分离装置为躺着的并且完全设置在所述的上游旋风分离装置的上方。此装置进一步降低了整个旋风分离装置的高度和径向的尺寸,使上游旋风分离装置和下游旋风分离装置之间的结构更加紧凑。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种从流体气流中分离颗粒的装置,特别的是一种从空气流体中分离灰尘等颗粒的吸尘器的旋风分离装置。
背景技术
旋风分离装置是一种通过旋风桶中高速旋转的气流产生的离心力分离气体和灰尘污物的装置。现有技术中,通常采用将两级旋风分离装置串联,使含有灰尘的空气通过上游旋风分离装置初步滤去大颗粒的灰尘,再通过下游旋风分离装置进一步滤去灰尘微粒,从而达到净化空气的作用。
但是,两级旋风分离装置串联的结构在提高了清洗效率的同时也必然增大装置的体积,给用户操作带来了不便;另外两级旋风分离装置之间的很长的气体连接通路也使制造过程显得很复杂,使部件数目和制造成本增加。
针对这个问题,美国专利No.4,373,228公开了一种下游旋风分离装置被部分安装到上游旋风分离装置内部的结构,该种结构的旋风分离器必须制作成圆柱形,并且由于下游旋风分离装置插在上游旋风分离装置的内部,使得整个的分离器的径向尺寸很大。专利号为200410049368.3的中国专利公开了一种下游旋风分离装置安装在上游旋风分离装置外侧的结构。这样的改进固然从一定程度上减小了整个装置的高度,但是这种结构直径很大,很多吸尘器在造形设计时,无法使用这种矮而胖的旋风分离装置。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供吸尘器的旋风分离装置,其结构紧凑。
本发明的技术方案是:一种吸尘器的旋风分离装置,包括上游旋风分离装置和多个并列的下游旋风分离装置,所述上游旋风分离装置和下游旋风分离装置之间通过气体通道连通,所述上游旋风分离装置具有第一旋风桶,所述下游旋风分离装置具有第二旋风桶,所述各个下游旋风分离装置为躺着的并且完全设置在所述的上游旋风分离装置的上方。
所述第二旋风桶的轴心线与第一旋风桶的轴心线之间的夹角α为45度到135度。
所述第二旋风桶的轴心线与第一旋风桶的轴心线之间的夹角α为85度到105度。
所述第二旋风桶的轴心线与第一旋风桶的轴心线大致上相垂直。
所述第一旋风桶侧壁上设有第一抽吸口,且第一旋风桶的内部同轴地设有圆筒形或圆锥形滤网。
所述第一旋风桶的内部同轴地设有集尘桶。所述第二旋风桶上设有开有出尘口,所述出尘口与所述的集尘桶相连通。
所述各个第二旋风桶的轴心线大致上相交于一点,该点大致上位于所述的第一旋风桶的轴心线上。所述各个第二旋风桶的轴心线处大致上位于同一水平面上。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:本发明的径向的尺寸较小,而在高度上为上游旋风分离装置的高度加躺着的下游旋风分离装置的高度,因此其高度也降低了。

具体实施方式
参见附图1至3,一种吸尘器的旋风分离装置,包括上游旋风分离装置1和多个并列的下游旋风分离装置2,所述上游旋风分离装置1和下游旋风分离装置2之间通过气体通道3连通,所述上游旋风分离装置1具有第一旋风桶6,所述下游旋风分离装置2具有第二旋风桶8,所述各个下游旋风分离装置2为躺着的并且完全设置在所述的上游旋风分离装置1的上方。所述的躺着可以是半躺着或全躺着,例如所述第二旋风桶8的轴心线17与第一旋风桶6的轴心线18之间的夹角α为45度到135度是半躺着的,而最好是所述第二旋风桶8的轴心线17与第一旋风桶6的轴心线18之间的夹角α为85度到105度基本上是全躺着的,附图所示的实施例中,所述第二旋风桶8的轴心线17与第一旋风桶6的轴心线18相垂直。
所述第一旋风桶6的侧壁上设有第一抽吸口7,带有灰尘的气流从这里进入第一旋风桶6内,第一旋风桶6内同轴设有圆柱状或圆锥状滤网13。所述第一抽吸口7相对于第一旋风桶6的内侧壁成切向设置,使得从第一抽吸口7进入的空气以与侧壁成切向的方向进入第一旋风桶6,以便在上游旋风分离装置1内部建立涡流。滤网13设置在第一旋风桶6中央,其上端通过隔板14与第一旋风桶6的顶壁相连。所述第一旋风桶6内部还可以设置集尘桶5,所述集尘桶5在上游旋风分离装置1底部和下游旋风分离装置的出尘口11之间延伸,并与滤网13紧密套合。上游旋风分离装置1初步净化的空气能通过滤网13进入下游旋风分离装置2。
从滤网13通过的气流进一步通过设置在上游旋风分离装置1和下游旋风分离装置2之间的气体通道3进入各个下游旋风分离装置2。
所述各个下游旋风分离装置2是由上模块20、下模块21上下扣合形成。所述下游旋风分离装置2还可以进一步包括导流管19。
所述第二旋风桶8上设有第二抽吸口9、出气口10和出尘口11,所述第二抽吸口9吸入的气流以切向进和入第二旋风桶8。所述出尘口11设置在集尘桶5上部。在本实施例中,所述出气口10设置在导流管19的外口部。所述各个第二抽吸口9还与气体通道3连通,从气体通道3流出的气体通过第二抽吸口9进入各个第二旋风桶8,再次净化后的空气经过导流管19的内腔从出气口10排出,而再次分离的灰尘则通过出尘口11掉入集尘桶5内。
如附图5所示,所述各个第二旋风桶8的轴心线17相交于一点,该点位于所述的第一旋风桶的轴心线18上。附图3中,所述各个第二旋风桶8的轴心线17处于同一水平面上,且与第一旋风桶的轴心线18垂直,各第二旋风桶8呈放射状排列。这样的设计能最大程度减小整个装置的高度。
所述各个下游旋风分离装置2上部还可以连有顶盖4,且所述顶盖4上设有气流输出口12。从多个第二旋风桶8排出的净化空气通过气流输出口12导入到旋风分离装置外部,再进入负压源。可以将上模块20用螺栓或其它连接方式固定在顶盖4上。
所述上游旋风分离装置1下部还设有底盖15,所述底盖15对应于集尘桶5的位置凸起形成柱状集尘室16,用于收集集尘桶5中的灰尘。
Claims (9)
1、一种吸尘器的旋风分离装置,包括上游旋风分离装置(1)和多个并列的下游旋风分离装置(2),所述上游旋风分离装置(1)和下游旋风分离装置(2)之间通过气体通道(3)连通,所述上游旋风分离装置(1)具有第一旋风桶(6),所述下游旋风分离装置(2)具有第二旋风桶(8),其特征在于:所述各个下游旋风分离装置(2)为躺着的并且完全设置在所述的上游旋风分离装置(1)的上方。
2、根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的旋风分离装置,其特征在于:所述第二旋风桶(8)的轴心线(17)与第一旋风桶(6)的轴心线(18)之间的夹角α为45度到135度。
3、根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的旋风分离装置,其特征在于:所述第二旋风桶(8)的轴心线(17)与第一旋风桶(6)的轴心线(18)之间的夹角α为85度到105度。
4、根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的旋风分离装置,其特征在于:所述第二旋风桶(8)的轴心线(17)与第一旋风桶(6)的轴心线(18)相垂直。
5、根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的旋风分离装置,其特征在于:所述第一旋风桶(6)侧壁上设有第一抽吸口(7),且第一旋风桶(6)的内部同轴地设有圆筒形或圆锥形滤网(13)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的旋风分离装置,其特征在于:所述第一旋风桶(6)的内部同轴地设有集尘桶(5)。
7、根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器的旋风分离装置,其特征在于:所述第二旋风桶(8)上设有开有出尘口(11),所述出尘口(11)与所述的集尘桶(5)相连通。
8、根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的旋风分离装置,其特征在于:所述各个第二旋风桶(8)的轴心线(17)大致上相交于一点,该点大致上位于所述的第一旋风桶的轴心线(18)上。
9、根据权利要求8所述的旋风分离装置,其特征在于:所述各个第二旋风桶(8)的轴心线(17)大致上处于同一水平面上。
