Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的雨刷装置,它带有至少一个雨刷轴承和一个与车身连接的固定元件,其中在所述至少一个雨刷轴承和所述固定元件之间设置一个用于噪声解耦的解耦元件。
在与汽车碰撞时,行人完全不受保护。在行人碰撞到汽车上时,尤其是在发动机罩下方的非弹性的硬的零件经常导致严重的受伤。雨刷装置位于一个在行人碰撞到汽车上时经常碰到的区域内。通常由现有技术已知的雨刷装置具有下列缺点,即在碰撞到汽车上时它对于行人表现为很大的受伤危险。
本发明的任务是如下改进开头所述类型的雨刷装置,使得以后在碰撞到汽车上时降低对于行人的受伤危险。
本发明通过一种用于汽车的雨刷装置解决提出的任务,所述雨刷装置带有至少一个雨刷轴承和一个固定在车身上的固定元件,其中在所述至少一个雨刷轴承和所述固定元件之间设置一个用于噪声解耦的解耦元件,其中解耦元件和/或雨刷轴承按本发明可拆地与固定元件连接。通过解耦元件和/或雨刷轴承与固定元件的可拆的连接,解耦元件和/或雨刷轴承可以通过行人的碰撞从固定元件上松开,使得解耦元件和/或雨刷轴承在碰撞时退让,并且从而在碰撞到雨刷装置上时降低行人的受伤危险。
在本发明的改进方案中,固定元件和/或解耦元件设有一个底部切口,其中固定元件和/或解耦元件由一种可变形的材料制成。在固定元件和/或在解耦元件上的底部切口起作用的是解耦元件在固定元件上沿雨刷轴承轴的轴向方向的锁止。该锁止是必要的,以便在雨刷装置工作时保证其正常的工作。通过固定元件和/或解耦元件由一种可变形的材料制成,在行人碰撞到汽车上时尽管有底部切口还是可以松开在固定元件和解耦元件之间的锁止。因此解耦元件和/或雨刷轴承回避碰撞。因此显著降低对行人的受伤危险。
底部切口可以结构非常简单地通过在固定元件端部区域上的一个材料凸起实现。该材料凸起可以有利地构成为一个凸缘。与凸缘的尺寸有关地确定必需的碰撞力,它必须能够使解耦元件与固定元件松开。
为了碰撞能量可以均匀地而不是有冲击地下降,在固定元件端部区域内的材料凸起可以具有多个串联设置的齿。如果行人碰撞到按本发明的雨刷装置上,解耦元件由于碰撞在串联设置的齿上推移,它在解耦元件的推移期间产生一个相对较高的抵消碰撞力的摩擦力。因此碰撞能量转化为热能并且从而下降。
在本发明的另一结构方案中,底部切口可以具有解耦元件的钩形端部区域。在该钩形的端部区域上在碰撞时雨刷轴承可以压靠解耦元件,使得雨刷轴承在碰撞时与解耦元件一起沿着雨刷轴承轴推移并且从而与固定元件松开。
为了能够更好地确定用于松开在解耦元件和固定元件之间的锁止的必需的力,在固定元件端部区域内的材料凸起和解耦元件的钩形端部区域之间可以设置一个盘片。出于相同理由也可能的是,在固定元件上的底部切口具有一个倾斜的支承面,盘片或者解耦元件支承在该支承面上。与该倾斜的支承面的角度有关,可以确定用于松开解耦元件与固定元件的力。
合理的是,在碰撞到雨刷装置之前在雨刷臂和固定元件之间存在一个位移路径。
由于在碰撞时最优的可变形性的原因,解耦元件可以由一种塑料,尤其是由一种弹性体制成。出于相同的理由也可能的是,固定元件由一种塑料制成。也由于可容易制造的原因,解耦元件和固定元件的相对复杂的结构是有意义的,此时解耦元件和固定元件由一种塑料制成。
为了在零件数量很多时节约费用并且在高度自动化的生产概念时优化过程控制,有利的是,所述至少一个雨刷轴承和/或固定元件和/或解耦元件是标准化的通用件。

在图1、2、3a和3b中显示一个雨刷装置100,它带有一个雨刷臂10,雨刷臂借助于一个雨刷轴承轴11与一个雨刷轴承12连接。在雨刷轴承12上设置一个卡接销13用于安装一个在图中未详细示出的薄板管(Platinenrohr)。在雨刷轴承12上方设置一个固定元件14,按本发明的雨刷装置100通过它可以固定在一个在图中同样没有示出的汽车车身上。在固定在车身上的固定元件14和雨刷轴承12之间设置一个用于噪声解耦的解耦元件15。解耦元件15在装配时沿轴向推入到雨刷轴承12内。在解耦元件15内同样沿轴向推入固定元件14(见图2)。由图2可知,固定元件14具有一些接片20,它们在装配时可以插入到解耦元件15的开孔21内。解耦元件15具有一些接片22,它们在装配时可以推入到雨刷轴承的开孔23内。因为解耦元件15和雨刷轴承12可拆地与固定元件14连接,雨刷臂10可以通过碰撞力F以位移路径15朝后按压。
图4显示一个雨刷装置400,它带有一个雨刷轴40,雨刷轴上插上一个雨刷臂41。雨刷轴40支承在一个雨刷轴承42上。一个解耦元件43装配到雨刷轴承42上并且一个固定元件44设置在解耦元件43上。固定元件44具有一个凸缘45,它由一个在解耦元件43上的相应成形的底部切口46环绕嵌接。底部切口46和凸缘45因此构成解耦元件43与固定元件44的锁止。该锁止取决于凸缘45和底部切46的厚度构成。另外,解耦元件43具有一个钩形的端部区域47。在碰撞时,雨刷轴承42支承在该钩形的端部区域47上。因此在碰撞时,雨刷轴承42可以向后推移解耦元件43。在解耦元件43向后推移时,解耦元件43以其底部切46在凸缘45上推移。因此,凸缘45和底部切口46确定一个必需的松开力,以便松开由凸缘45和底部切口46形成的锁止。因为解耦元件经常由弹性体制成,所述必需的用于松开凸缘45和底部切口46之间的锁止的力除了取决于其尺寸之外还取决于弹性体的硬度。
图5和6显示一个雨刷装置500,它带有一个雨刷轴承50、一个固定元件51和一个解耦元件52。在固定元件51和解耦元件52之间设置一个盘片53。盘片53沿轴向的下游方向通过一个凸缘54锁止。在碰撞事故时,雨刷轴承50与解耦元件52一起向下按压,因此盘片53在凸缘54上推移并且从而松开锁止。
图7和8显示一个雨刷装置700,它带有一个雨刷轴承70、一个固定元件71和一个解耦元件72。在解耦元件72和固定元件71之间设置一个盘片73。在盘片73下方延伸一些串连设置的齿74。在行人碰撞时,雨刷轴承70与解耦元件72以及盘片73一起向下推移。在推移时,盘片73在串联设置的齿74上推移,使得提高的摩擦力抵消碰撞力。因此碰撞能量转换成热能并且因此均匀下降。对应于齿74的齿面的倾斜,可以确定抵消碰撞力的摩擦力。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于汽车的雨刷装置(100,400,500,700),它带有至少一个雨刷轴承(12,42,50,70)和一个与车身连接的固定元件(14,44,51,71),其中在所述至少一个雨刷轴承(12,42,50,70)和所述固定元件(14,44,51,71)之间设置一个用于噪声解耦的解耦元件(15,43,52,72),其特征在于:所述解耦元件(15,43,52,72)和/或雨刷轴承(12,42,50,70)可拆地与固定元件(14,44,51,71)连接。

7.按权利要求2至6之一所述的雨刷装置(500,700),其特征在于:在固定元件(51,71)端部区域内的材料凸起和解耦元件(52,72)的钩形端部区域(55,75)之间设置一个盘片(53,73)。
8.按权利要求2至7之一所述的雨刷装置(400,500,700),其特征在于:在固定元件(44,51,71)上的底部切口具有一个倾斜的支承面,盘片(53,73)或者解耦元件(43)支承在该支承面上。
