图8和9的流程图图解了本发明方法的可选择实施例,其能够用在任何所描述的和其它的分配器中。首先,处理等待分配请求(框250),其是利用基于是否接收到循环信号的确定框252。一旦接收到循环信号,处理测量一个因素,该因素至少部分地指示将配料分配到使用该配料的机器内的效力。在一个实例中,在将配料分配到贮集槽中的使用溶液内的机器中,测量使用溶液的pH表明使用溶液中所含去污剂 (例如,碱性去污剂)的量。这样,通过测量一个因素,例如pH,分配器能够预测配料的量,在该实例中,是待分配到机器内的去污剂。可以意识到并且可以理解,使用溶液的pH只是许多可以指示所分配配料效力的众多因素中的一个实例。例如对于餐具洗涤机器,其它的实例能够包括温度、紊流度(turpidity)、导电率、水压或者其它与使用溶液本身无关的因素,例如盘子污染的程度或者距离上一个循环的时间长度。 
在图9中,测量pH(框254),并确定测得的pH是否大于设定的上限(框256)。如果pH大于上限,则机器已经有了过多的去污剂,跳过本分配循环,并且处理返回框250,并等待下一个分配请求。然而,如果测得的pH不大于上限,则确定pH是否小于下限(框258)。如果不是,则去污剂量处于正常的范围内,且处理为当前的分配循环分配正常量的去污剂(框260)。然而,如果测得的pH小于下限,则确定pH是否低于新鲜水的限度(框262),其指示机器的贮集槽已经排干并且重新填充了新鲜水。如果是,则重新分配较大量的去污剂(框264)。如果不是,则去污剂的量低于正常范围,但还不低至需要重填分配量。在这种情况下,增加常规分配量(框266),以解决去污剂量低的问题。在框260、264和266之后,处理返回到图8,并分配所需量的去污剂(框268)。 
图10是一般地图解在先前图3所示的分配方法中如何能够合并图9的预测处理的流程图。并不设定待分配的配料量(而图3中则这样做),处理而是等待一个分配请求(框250)并确定是否需要一个分配循环(框252)。如果已经请求了一个分配循环,则用图9所示的技术预测需要分配的配料量(框270)。基本上用图9的预测处理替换了图3的手动设定之后,图10的处理从框112开始基本上与图3所示的处理相似,没有框124和128所代表的可选择步骤。 
尽管在本说明书中说明的本发明的方法分配的是用于清洗业装置,例如餐具洗涤机器,的配料,但是应当意识到和理解,本发明的方法在其它的应用中同样有用。 
在Bryan Maser等的共同审查美国专利申请中说明了与本发明有关的可选择分配方法,该专利申请的题目为“基于测量地管理实际使用产品的方法”(Methods of Managing Based on Measurements ofActual Use of Product),申请日期一致并且代理律师备案号117-P-1792US01,本文应用其内容作为参考。 
除了已经讨论的领域之外,本发明能够应用于许多的领域。下文列举了可以使用本发明的至少一部分领域。在除虫剂分配设备领域中,能够利用载荷室测量预定量的准备使用的杀虫剂,其使用户能够以文件的形式获得根据规章加以释放的证明,同时保证每次使用都确实一致。在机车清洗市场中使用,能够包括使用用于机车护理产品分配器的化学测量设备。产品能够处于固体、液体或者凝胶的形式。可以用传统的装置加以释放,例如用于固体产品的再循环系统或者用于液体或凝胶的泵系统。载荷室精确地测量所释放产品与一个浓缩物的重量差异,从而产生一个准备使用的溶液或者一个能够便于用户稀释的中间溶液。先前技术的程序需要产品操作者进行化学或体积测量,以便保证可重复的产品释放。因为在每种产品类型中,用于机车清洗产品的化学成分很大的不同,所以需要为每种新的产品开发和验证不同的化学测试。每批之间的固体融解率不同,需要非常苛刻的质量控制测量和非常严格的固体系统新产品开发。在机车清洗市场中,由于季节温度改变造成的产品使用温度的巨大变化,对液体产品粘度具有负面影响。机车清洗场所内水压的变化导致产品释放产生宽的改变,因为许多稀释系统都是基于虹吸技术。这些变化经常导致产品释放的不可接受的差异。所有这些变化都需要人类干预,以便调节化学释放系统。载荷室技术的使用将允许可重复地释放产品,而不管其化学成分。这有可能提高灵活性和产品配方设计。可消除固体产品溶解度差异或者液体粘度随着温度而改变的差异,因为测得的重量只有微小的变化。因为对于每种产品不需要考虑化学测量系统,所以对许多的成品化学品能够使用相同的分配技术,从而能够简化分配器的设计。 
能够使用本发明的再一个领域是办公室管理(janitorial)和保健领 域。办公室管理业能够利用本发明的技术为地板护理精确地分配两种成分的化学品以及交联化学品。对于保健,本发明能够用于检验消毒杀菌剂和消毒剂的释放。这还需要用于为设备护理和硬表面清洁输送非常精确量的化学品。该技术能够同时用于液体和固体产品。本发明还能够用于家务管理。当与能够量化通过管子的水的量的设备一起使用时,本发明能够用作精确的固体、液体或浓缩物配比的平台。例如,如果使用已知体积的水,则载荷室将检测所分配的浓缩物的量。因此,在这种类型的精确分配器中,用户设定一个比例。当水填充工作容槽时,分配浓缩物。浓缩物的分配能够持续进行到得到满意的比例。如果在固定的时间内将已知量的水通过一个管子,那么分配器将分配浓缩物以满足该比例。例如,如果100毫升水通过分配器,那么需要已知量的浓缩物以满足设定的比例。分配已知量的浓缩物,并且当载荷室满足时结束分配。 
本发明还能够用于洗衣系统。目前的洗衣系统以相对高的成本提供两种机器。系统既复杂又成本高昂。本发明的载荷室技术将降低当前洗衣分配器的成本和复杂度。而且,当前的液体洗衣系统还具有显著的缺点,即没有空贮集槽警报,不能够补偿降低了的蠕动泵分配输出。本发明的载荷室技术将允许蠕动泵在一定时间内精确地分配,提供何时需要更换挤压管(squeeze tube),并且允许设备的空警报。这是对先前技术的显著改进。前述并不是完尽的举例,而只是本发明应用性的进一步实例。 
对于本领域的技术人员,在不背离本发明范围和精神的前提下可以对本发明进行各种修改和替换。应当理解,本发明并不仅限于前述的例证性实施例。 

Claims (2)

1.一种从容器分配需要量的固体配料的方法,包括如下步骤:
测量所述容器内所述固体配料的初始重量;
以预定的时间周期将稀释剂从所述固体配料的下方喷射到所述固体配料上来侵蚀所述固体配料从而从所述容器分配所述固体配料,测量所述容器内所述固体配料和所述稀释剂的峰值重量,测量距离峰值重量的重量损失量;
关闭阀门,等待一个延迟时间,从而允许所述稀释剂从所述固体配料中排出;
测量所述容器内所述固体配料的最终重量;
利用所述最终重量与所述初始重量之间的比较,确定所述固体配料的分配量;和
为随后的分配循环调节所述预定时间周期,所述预定时间周期被调节成当所述重量损失量等于所述分配量减去附加量时停止向固体配料喷射稀释剂,所述附加量为从稀释剂喷射到固体配料开始到固体配料和稀释剂的重量达到峰值期间所分配的配料量与阀门关闭后所分配的配料量之和,这个值能够从先前分配循环中经验地加以确定,
其中在所述随后的分配循环中:
设定需要量;
将稀释剂从所述固体配料的下方喷射到所述固体配料上来侵蚀所述固体配料;
测量所述容器内所述固体配料和所述稀释剂的峰值重量;
等待重量丧失,测量距离峰值重量的重量损失量;以及
当所述重量损失量等于所述需要量减去附加量时停止向固体配料喷射稀释剂。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,进一步包括如下步骤:
比较所述初始重量与一个表示容器为空的已知重量;和
如果所述比较步骤的结果表明所述容器是空的,则在所述分配步骤之前替换所述容器。
