螺旋型液体环式泵
本发明涉及螺旋型液体环式泵,其包括具有入口和出口的泵壳体和在壳体内旋转的螺旋状螺旋转子,该转子与共同为其以及形式为马达,优选为电动马达的驱动单元提供的轴连接,由此具有泵壳体的泵表现为具有马达壳体的马达的延长,并且因此表现为整合的或整体的单元。
上述类型的液体环式泵通常在泵和通常为电动马达的驱动单元构造在一起形成一个单元的领域已知。用这样的解决方案,简化了生产并且减小了成本,这主要是由于与泵和转子作为两个独立的单元制造,每个单元具有两个轴承的传统的解决方案相比,需要较少的构造部分,诸如仅一个轴和两个轴承。用整体解决方案,泵的构造长度大大缩短,由此泵需要较少的空间,并且相对于泵的尺寸更加有效率。

本发明提供了改进的轴密封件解决方案,其消除或者至少基本上减小了马达的泄漏问题,其基本上更加容易装配,并且其提供了泵和马达的总构造长度基本上更短的解决方案。
本发明特征在于,轴密封件全部或部分地提供在转子内的环形空间内,由此,该密封件在一端靠在提供在转子和轴之间的环形空间内的螺旋转子的环形部分上,并且在其另一端提供为紧密靠着在泵的出口端向内伸出的部分,如在附上的独立权利要求1中限定的。

图1示出了以上提到的根据本发明的泵和马达解决方案。其包括形式为马达,优选为电动马达2的驱动单元,和形式为液体环式螺旋泵(具有螺旋状螺旋(螺杆)转子8)的泵单元20,电动马达单元2和泵单元20构造在一起成为整合的单元。这样的泵单元还包括具有入口(入口连接件)15的入口部分3,在其前面的部分与共同用于马达和泵的轴7连接的螺旋转子8,转子壳体9和具有出口(连接部分)19的出口部分或压力腔室部分11。出口部分形成为类似在泵20和马达2之间的中间零件,形成在该两个单元之间的连接,由此,出口部分19通过螺栓14通过螺纹连接与马达2的壳体连接。
泵单元20的主要部分,即,入口部分3、转子壳体9和出口部分11,另一方面,通过适合的螺栓13以紧密连接与中间密封元件(没有示出)保持在一起。
在图中示出的示例中,泵20还包括提供在马达的外端部的具有刀具的磨碎机(grinder)4和在入口部分3内的泵轴7,从而,入口部分3在当前情况下为适合于磨碎机4的磨碎机壳体的形式。入口部分或磨碎机壳体3还通过螺栓18装备了可移除的端板5,端板5使得可以容易地通向磨碎机壳体内的空间,以能够清洁磨碎机和其中的区域。磨碎机4的刀具元件可通过螺栓16、17更换。
如图2进一步示出的,本发明的独特性涉及轴密封件22、23的设计和提供,轴密封件22、23设置在通过适合的方法在转子8内,转子和轴7之间加工形成的环24内,由此,该密封件在其内部端,通过弹簧驱动(机械的)的密封元件22,被压靠在环24内的环形部分25上,并且在其另一端,分别通过可旋转的磨损和密封环23、静止的磨损和密封环26,保持紧密地靠在出口部分11内的向内伸出的部分上。这里在图2所示示例中,由于安装和生产的原因,该向内伸出的部分通过连接到出口部分11的衬套21形成。通过此解决方案,在出口部分11(衬套21)和马达壳体之间形成较大的中间空间,使得如果存在通过密封件22、23、25、26的泄漏,湿气或流体可以容易地从泵内排出。因为密封件提供在转子的环内,泵的构造长度进一步减小。基本上,马达和泵单元的构造长度的减小量等于转子的环24的长度,密封件提供在环24内。密封件提供在转子内的事实还导致转子不暴露于流过泵的液体或气体,这减小或消除了对转子的腐蚀。这还意味着转子可以用较便宜的材料制造,例如平铁,其比制造泵的其它部分和部件使用的材料便宜。本发明的再一个优点为泵由较少的部件制造,这又使得该泵的生产更加简单且更加便宜。
应该注意,即使图中所示和上述示例包括磨碎机,然而在权利要求书中限定的本发明不限于具有磨碎机的泵,而是也可以用于没有磨碎机的泵。

Claims (4)

1.螺旋型液体环式泵,包括具有入口部分(3)和出口部分(11)的泵壳体(9)和在壳体内部旋转的螺旋状螺旋转子(8),该转子与共同为转子以及形式为马达,优选为电动马达(2)的驱动单元提供的轴(7)连接,由此具有泵壳体(9)的泵(20)表现为具有马达壳体的马达(2)的延长,表现为整合的或整体的单元,
其特征在于,轴密封件(22,23)全部或部分地提供在设置在转子(8)内的环形空间(24)内,由此该密封件在其一端靠在提供在转子和轴之间的环形空间(24)内的螺旋转子的环形部分(25)上,并且在其另一端提供为紧密靠着在泵的出口端向内伸出的部分(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋泵,
其特征在于,轴密封件包括弹簧驱动(机械的)的密封元件(22),密封元件(22)在其一端侧提供为靠在环(24)内的环形部分(25)上,并且在其另一端侧,分别通过可旋转的磨损和密封环(23)、静止的磨损和密封环(26),提供为紧密靠着在泵的出口端(11)向内伸出的部分(21)密封。

其特征在于,向内伸出的部分(21)为可释放地接附到出口端(11)的衬套。
4.根据权利要求1和3所述的螺旋泵,
其特征在于,出口端(11)由独立生产的部分制造,其在其一端提供为接附到马达(2),但是其在其另一端形成泵的压力腔室并且可释放地接附到转子壳体。
