Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有整体研磨器或粉碎器的螺杆型液体环泵,包括具有进口和出口的泵壳体,以及所述壳体内的旋转的螺旋状螺杆转子,在所述转子的一端处,泵壳体的进口端设有研磨器,并且在另一端处,泵壳体的出口端连接到轴,所述轴可以通常地设置为转子以及马达形式的驱动单元(优选为电动马达)。
背景技术
带有上述种类研磨器的液体环泵是众所周知的,其中,泵和驱动单元构造在一起形成一个单元,该驱动单元通常为电动马达。以这种方案,主要由于需要更少的结构部件的事实,生产简化,费用降低。现在,这些类型的泵是市场上最广泛应用的泵,以用于产生真空并同时在真空污水系统内研磨污物。
在具有欧洲专利号0454794的申请中示出了示例,所述示例是关于上述的常规的液体环型螺旋状螺杆泵,其由电动马达驱动,并设置有整体的粉碎器。粉碎器包括与泵壳体的进口端附连的固定部件以及与转子轴的进口端连接的旋转部件。固定和旋转部件的每一个均设置有相互作用的切割刀,所述切割刀设计为在材料进入泵的转子和转子壳之前,将较大片的材料(如纸、纤维材料或排泄物)切割为小片。
粉碎器的这种已知类型关于粉碎能力非常有效,但是,粉碎器对通过泵的污水的流动表现出障碍,并因此降低泵的泵送效率。
发明内容
关于本发明提供一种改进的粉碎器方案,其中粉碎能力和效率得到维持,但泵的效率极大地提高。

具体实施方式
如上所述,图1示出了根据本发明的液体环泵的方案1(马达未示出)。它包括泵壳体2和螺旋状螺杆转子4。如此的泵单元还包括带有进口(进口连接件)5的进口部件3。螺旋设置有翼16的螺杆转子4设置在轴18上,该轴18可以为独立的组件或为马达和泵共用。转子壳体2还与出口部件或带有出口(连接部件)7的压力腔室部件6连接。
泵单元1的主要部件(即,进口部件3、转子壳体2和出口部件6)设置有中间密封元件8、9(参见图2),并借助适当的螺栓10以紧连接的方式被保持在一起。
如图1和2所示,泵1还包括研磨器11,该研磨器11包括旋转切割器12和固定部件13,该旋转切割器12借助螺纹螺钉14附连到螺旋状螺杆轴4的外端,该固定部件13借助其它适当的螺纹螺钉16附连到研磨器壳体板15。
旋转切割器12在固定切割器13内自由旋转,并当泵运行时,包含任何较大颗粒(如织物等)的液体经过切割器,由此,颗粒(通过切割器)被研磨为细块,避免了堵塞及最终泵的停止。
图3和4分别以放大比例示出旋转切割器12和固定切割器13。固定切割器13设置有(相对于螺旋状螺杆)向内凸出的指部17,所述指部17带有具有正切割角度边19的切割边或刀。另一方面,旋转切割器12的发明性特征为切割工具的设计,其中,每个工具具有设置在相应弯曲翼21上的切割边或刀20,所述翼如同泵叶轮上的翼而成形。如图4所示,每个翼21从切割器的前部(相对泵的进口端)伸展,在法兰或圆形后部22处终止,该法兰或圆形后部22与螺旋状螺杆4的前部24(参见图2)互补,所述前部24附连到所述螺旋状螺杆4。优选地,旋转切割器13的螺旋翼21对应螺旋状螺杆转子的翼16并具有与其相同的方向。另一方面,在固定切割器13的指部17之间的槽的方向为相反的方向。
此外,在翼21中一个的前部上设置鼓出部或凸出部23,其向前伸展,并超出翼切割器工具21。凸出部23的目的是抵制任何致密的金属件或类似物,并由此保护研磨器以防损坏。
因此,利用以上述新颖的设计,根据本发明的旋转切割器12不仅成形用于研磨软的材料,还同样设计为有助于泵送液体通过粉碎器,并由此使泵更有效率和有效果。
测试
以Jets的95MB泵执行测试,将对于带有旧型旋转切割刀的泵的效率、容量和研磨(切割)能力与相同的但是带有根据本发明的新型旋转切割器刀的泵做比较。
两台分别带有旧式和新式粉碎器的两台测试泵在相同条件下测试,即,以相同的气/液比率和相同的运行条件。在每次测试中,以地板清洁布或织物拖布形式的、60厘米长的“颗粒”被吸入到泵内,并用作研磨测试的材料。织物拖布研磨的结果经“人工”研究,通过测量每次测试的研磨颗粒的大小进行比较,通过视觉地比较来自每次测试的颗粒的外观并通过检查,通过检查泵的内部,并通过测量完全粉碎织物拖布所用的时间,来进行比较。
进一步地,测量被完成以对两次测试比较泵的容量和效率。图5是图表,其示出了效率Q/P,即流体体积/效能对真空度(百分比)。图6显示了容量Q,即,对于每个泵将流体体积对真空度相。
结果
视觉检查显示,带有旧式切割器和旧式刀的泵与带有其刀的新式切割器相比,其研磨颗粒之间的差别较小或没有,因为颗粒大小以及外观基本上相同。将泵拆解并视觉检查每个泵的内部,也显示没有材料颗粒留在泵内,它们二者都是完全空的。此外,对于每个泵研磨织物拖布所用的时间接近90秒。因此,基于人工检查的结论是对于新式粉碎器和旧式粉碎器,研磨属性是相同的。
然而,对于效率和容量,新式粉碎器显示了极大的改善。因此,图5显示了Q/P关系(流体体积和效能的关系)对真空度方面的增加在10%(在10%真空)和25%(在60%真空)之间变化。此外,图6显示了容量的改善,即,泵送流体体积对真空度在8%(在10%真空)和15%(在60%真空)之间变化。
应该注意的是,即使显示在附图中和以上描述的示例包括带有特定曲率、长度和视觉设计的翼21,但翼的形状可以在权利要求的范围内取决于泵的尺寸、泵设计的角速度(RPM)之中的而变化。因此,旋转切割器12的翼21与附图所示的可具有不同的长度以及曲率。此外,切割器的翼21可以与螺旋泵的螺杆4的翼相对应,由此形成如图5所示的连续的螺杆设计,图5中箭头指示组合的切割器和螺旋状螺杆转子的穿过固定和旋转切割器13和12并进一步沿着泵螺杆4的连续流动图案。
Claims (4)
1.带有整体研磨器或粉碎器(2)的螺杆型液体环泵(1),
包括带有进口(5)和出口(7)的泵壳体(3),和所述壳体内的旋转的螺旋状螺杆转子(4),在所述转子的一端处,泵壳体的进口端设有研磨器(11),并且在另一端处,泵壳体的出口端与压力腔室(6)连通,螺杆转子设置在轴(18)上,所述轴(18)连接到马达形式的驱动单元(未图示),其优选为电动马达,
其特征在于:
