Abstract

Description
本发明涉及在洗碗机中清洗物品的方法,包括碱性和酸性清洗步骤,以及至少一个附加的碱性清洗步骤。
本发明还涉及罩式(hood)洗碗机,其具有与盛放碱性清洗液的容器相连接的用于喷射漂洗液的漂洗臂以及用于喷射碱性清洗液的喷射臂。
洗碗机,特别是工业洗碗机,最初被用于公共餐饮业,其早已为人所知,并且基于这样一种观点,将洗涤用水和清洗剂的混合物喷射到被洗物品上。在罩式洗碗机中,被洗物品被固定在洗涤室的适当装置上。洗涤过程开始于泵抽动洗涤用水。当洗涤用水获得合适的压力和流速时,通过泵从储箱中抽吸洗涤用水和清洗剂的混合物来添加清洗剂。洗涤后,用可添加有少量漂洗剂或干燥剂的清水漂洗物品。
除这种罩式洗碗机外,还有工业洗碗机,被洗涤或清洗的物品在洗涤周期中被运送穿过洗碗机,在洗碗机中的不同位置被连续地喷射清洗或洗涤液。
在洗碗领域中的一个特殊问题是,在商业上可以获得的洗碗机中清洗物品时,其中主要是从物品中除去淀粉沉积物。WO02/100993A1公开了与权利要求1导言一致的清洗方法。该清洗方法包含碱洗和酸洗步骤以及除此以外的一个或几个其它碱性和/或酸性清洗步骤,特别是用于在商业上可以获得的洗碗机中洗碗,其中主要的淀粉沉积物被以很好的方式去除。该已知方法被公开用于洗碗机中,其中在清洗循环阶段,在洗碗机中传送被洗物品。作为传送物品的方法,其可被容易地认识到,因为不同的清洗步骤可在洗碗机中的不同位置通过一个错后一个地放置在物品运送通道上的喷嘴或类似物完成。然而,WO02/100993A1没有暗示这样的方法是否也可成功地用于罩式洗碗机中,以及采用该方式可以在罩式洗碗机中实施该方法。
因此,本发明的一个目的是寻找能在罩式洗碗机中以很好的方式除去主要的淀粉沉积物的解决办法。
通过权利要求1的方法可以实现该目的。
现已惊人地发现,甚至在罩式洗碗机中去除物品上的淀粉沉积物的效果也是很好的。令人吃惊地,甚至低浓度的酸都可以获得很好的效果。已经发现,至少三个步骤是必需的。第一和第三清洗步骤使用pH值高于9的水性清洗液,中间的清洗步骤使用pH低于5的酸性清洗液。对于大多数应用来说,这三个步骤已经足够了。所有的清洗液依次按顺序喷射于洗碗机中的物品上。
有时,第二酸性清洗步骤跟在第二碱性清洗步骤之后,第三碱性清洗步骤跟在第二酸性清洗步骤之后是有利的。如果需要甚至可以实施更多的清洗步骤。
在常规洗碗机中,漂洗液一般通过罩式洗碗机的漂洗臂喷射到物品上。因此,有利地是酸性清洗液也可以喷射到物品上。
至于喷射酸性清洗液,该清洗液可通过洗碗机的漂洗臂,安装在洗碗机内部的第二个附加的漂洗臂或附加喷嘴进行喷射。
此外,在连续的清洗步骤之间总是存在暂停,并且在最后的清洗步骤之后执行漂洗步骤是有利的。因此,洗碗机的程序由三步工艺(碱性步骤,暂停,漂洗步骤)被修改为至少七步工艺(碱性步骤,暂停,酸性步骤,暂停,第二个碱性步骤,暂停,漂洗步骤)。
为完成上面提及的目标,本发明还涉及与盛放碱性清洗液的容器相连接的具有用于喷射漂洗液的漂洗臂和用于喷射碱性清洗液的喷射臂的罩式洗碗机,特征在于喷射酸性清洗液的工具。
实施喷射酸性清洗液的工具如下所述:
特别地,对于已经被使用的罩式洗碗机,有利的是其喷射酸性清洗液的工具是漂洗臂,其可任选地与盛放漂洗液或酸性清洗液的容器相连。
可选择地,喷射酸性清洗液的工具是用于喷射酸性清洗液的具有附加喷嘴的漂洗臂。
可选择地和/或附加的喷射酸性清洗液的工具包括喷嘴,该喷嘴安装于洗碗机内部,特别是在顶部或底部区域。

如图所示,在截面示意图中,在每个例子中,商品化的罩式洗碗机1都具有相同的主要结构。因此,在所有的图中相同的数字被用于表示相同的部分。
在罩式洗碗机1的下部,其由具有支腿2的外壳框架部件3构成。在外壳框架(housing frame)部件3中装有一个用于盛放碱性清洗液的第一槽4。该碱性清洗液被泵(未显示)从槽4吸出,在压力下通过管道5供给上部喷射臂17和下部喷射臂18的喷嘴6,然后被喷射到置于罩式洗碗机1上部的碗碟上。暂停之后,来自蒸煮器13的热漂洗水通过上部的漂洗臂10和下部的漂洗臂12喷射出来。为了能将被污染的碗碟送进罩式洗碗机1,并再将洗净的碗碟从洗碗机1中移出,洗碗机1在其上部具有沿箭头7方向旋转的门或旋转外壳部件8。该旋转外壳部件8通过把手9被旋转,使用者向上打开并再次向下关闭成为图所示位置。在区域11,旋转外壳部件8与外壳框架部件在关闭位置重叠。
根据图1的实施方案,蒸煮器13通过附加的管道14与漂洗臂10、12相连接。来自容器(未显示)中的酸可被泵15泵送。通过管道14和泵15,来自蒸煮器13的酸性清洗液和水可被运送到漂洗臂10和12的喷嘴6中。如此构建漂洗臂10和12和所有的管道14,漂洗臂10、12可任选只与用于漂洗的蒸煮器13连接或与用于酸性清洗液的蒸煮器13和泵15连接。因此,可选择地,在碗碟上喷射漂洗水或酸性清洗液是可能的。
图2显示的是不同于图1的技术方案,事实上,在罩式洗碗机1的顶部和底部区域,附加喷嘴16被安装在高于和低于喷射臂17,18的位置。这些喷嘴16通过另一个管道14a(被水稀释)与泵15连接。这样,通过喷嘴16喷射酸性清洗液是可能的。

实施例:
标准的罩式洗碗机(Krefft Professional Plus)以这样的方式被改进,在漂洗周期中添加附加的喷射点。洗碗机的程序被改进,从碱性清洗、暂停和漂洗步骤,到碱性清洗、暂停、酸性漂洗、暂停、碱性清洗。
实验结果示于下表中。0表示无清洗效果,10表示完全清洗。用于实验的污迹为黑色淀粉。洗碗机温度为60℃;漂洗温度为75℃。实验1-4使用软化水,实验5和6使用硬水(16°dH)。实验5和6为2-周期实验。

Claims (3)
1.在罩式洗碗机中清洗物品的方法,该罩式洗碗机包括漂洗臂和喷射臂,该方法包括步骤:
a)使用pH值高于9的水性清洗液在第一碱性清洗步骤中清洗该物品,该水性清洗液通过喷射臂喷射,
b)暂停,
c)使用pH值低于5的水性清洗液在第一酸性清洗步骤中清洗该物品,该水性清洗液通过漂洗臂喷射,
d)暂停,
e)使用pH值高于9的水性清洗液在第二碱性清洗步骤中清洗该物品,该水性清洗液通过喷射臂喷射,
f)暂停,和
g)使用水或者水性漂洗液在漂洗步骤中漂洗该物品,该水或者水性漂洗液通过漂洗臂喷射。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,该方法在步骤f)之后和步骤g)之前进一步包括在第二酸性清洗步骤中清洗该物品,暂停,和在第三碱性清洗步骤中清洗该物品。
