Description
本发明涉及一种包含镍络合物颜料和分散染料的组合物以及该组合物在疏水纤维材料的染色或印刷中以及在有色塑料或聚合物色料粒子生产中的用途。
例如由WO 02/057537和WO 02/055786已知在聚酯纤维染色中使用镍络合物颜料作为分散染料。由此得到的染色的特点为优良的牢度特性,特别是耐光牢度和耐湿牢度。
现已惊奇地发现通过加入特定的分散染料可使这些优良性质得到相当大的进一步改善。
本发明涉及一种组合物,所述组合物包含:
(A)至少一种镍络合物颜料,和
(B)至少一种式(1)或(2)的分散染料,
其中R1为氢、羟基或基团-NHCO-R6,其中R6为C1-C6烷基或未取代或C1-C4烷基-或卤素-取代的苯基,

烷基(可能存在的作为取代基R6、R7、R11、R12、R13的烷基,作为R8-CO-烷基的一部分的烷基,或作为任何芳环的取代基的烷基)例如为甲基、乙基、丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、戊基、叔戊基(1,1-二甲基丙基)、1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基、己基、2-甲基戊基、新戊基、环戊基、环己基或相应的异构体。
卤素为碘、溴或特别是氯。
在环A和B的任选的取代基中,特别提到的有卤素、C1-C4烷基和C1-C4烷氧基。可存在一个或多个这类取代基。
优选式(3)的镍络合物颜料为式(3a)和(3b)的化合物,
其中R16至R23如权利要求2中定义,且R24至R27各自独立地为氢、卤素、-NO2、-CN、-OH、-COOH、-CH3、-NH2或-NHCH3。
特别优选其中R16至R23为氢的式(3a)的化合物和其中R16至R27为氢的式(3b)的化合物。
在式(1)的各种分散染料中,优选式(1a)-(1e)的蓝色染料,
同样在式(2)的分散染料中,优选式(2a)-(2k)的化合物,
特别优选分散染料(B)为式(1a)和(2a)的化合物。
优选式(2a)的蒽醌染料以异构化合物(2a1)、(2a2)和(2a3)的混合物形式使用,
在这种情况下,优选异构化合物(2a1)、(2a2)和(2a3)的存在量大致相等。
本发明使用的镍络合物颜料(A)为公知的,例如见述于WO02/057537和WO 02/055786。
分散染料(B)也为公知的,例如见述于WO 02/051924和WO02/051942。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明的组合物还包含(c)式(4)或(5)的颜料,
式(1)和(2)的分散染料还适合与其他染料一起(特别是与用于三色染色的适合的黄色染料一起)生产混合色调。
三色染色理解为将添加的适当选择的染黄或染桔色染料、染红色染料和染蓝色染料混合,通过恰当选择各染料组分的相对比例可得到可见色谱的任何所需色调。
由于本发明的组合物可用于原液着色和浸染工艺(exhaust process)或热溶工艺,因此可避免条件等色效应。
因此本发明还涉及包含为分散染料(B)的三色混合物的组合物,所述三色混合物包含至少一种上式(1a)-(1e)的染蓝色染料、至少一种上式(2a)-(2k)的染红色染料和式(6)的染黄色染料,
式(6)的染料早为已知(C.I.溶剂黄163),并可商业获得。
特别优选三色混合物包含式(1a)的染蓝色染料、式(2a)的染红色染料和式(6)的染黄色染料,
本发明的染料混合物可用于半合成材料和特别是用于合成疏水纤维材料,更特别是用于纺织材料的染色和印刷。由包含这类半合成和/或合成疏水纺织材料共混物组成的纺织材料同样可使用本发明的染料混合物染色或印刷。
考虑到的半合成纺织材料特别为纤维素21/2醋酸酯和纤维素三醋酸酯。合成的疏水纺织材料特别由线形芳族聚酯,例如对苯二甲酸与二醇(特别是乙二醇)的聚酯,或对苯二甲酸和1,4-二(羟甲基)环己烷的缩合产物组成;合成的疏水纺织材料还特别由聚碳酸酯组成,例如α,α-二甲基-4,4-二羟基-二苯基甲烷和光气的聚碳酸酯;以及由以聚氯乙烯和聚酰胺为基础的纤维组成。
依照已知的染色方法将本发明的染料混合物应用于纺织材料上。例如在80至140℃下、常规的阴离子或非离子分散剂和任选的常规溶胀剂(载体)存在下,采用浸染工艺用水分散体将聚酯纤维材料染色。优选在约65至85℃下将纤维素21/2醋酸酯染色,优选在高达115℃下将纤维素三醋酸酯染色。本发明的染料混合物也可令人满意地用于聚酯共混物(例如聚酯/纤维素纤维共混物)的染色。
本发明的染料混合物适合于采用热溶工艺、浸染工艺和连续工艺染色,并且适合于印刷工艺。优选浸染工艺。液体比率取决于装置的性质、基材和补充(make-up)形式。但是其可在广泛的范围内选择,如1∶4至1∶100,但优选1∶6至1∶25。
所述纺织材料可为各种加工形式,例如以纤维、纱或非织造物、织造物或针织物的形式。
最好在使用前将本发明的染料混合物转化为染料制剂。为此,将所述染料研磨使得其平均粒径为0.1至10微米。可在分散剂的存在下进行研磨。例如将干燥的染料与分散剂一起研磨或与分散剂一起捏合成糊膏,然后真空干燥或喷雾干燥。加入水后得到的制剂可用于制备印色浆和染浴。
用于印刷,可使用常规的增稠剂,例如改性的或未改性的天然产物(如藻酸盐、糊精、阿拉伯树胶、结晶树胶、刺槐豆胶、黄耆胶、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、淀粉)或合成产物(如聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸或其共聚物,或聚乙烯醇)。
本发明的染料混合物赋予提及的材料(特别聚酯材料)均匀的色调,该色调在使用中具有非常优良的牢度,例如特别是优良耐光牢度,更特别是非常优良的高温耐光牢度和高耐湿牢度,如耐水牢度、耐汗牢度和耐洗牢度。当本发明的染料混合物还包含UV吸收剂时,可获得特别高的耐光牢度特性。
本发明还涉及本发明的组合物在有色塑料或聚合物色料粒子生产中的用途。有色塑料或聚合物色料粒子的生产方法包括将高分子量的有机材料和有效着色量的本发明的染料组合物混合。
使用染料组合物将高分子量的有机物质着色,例如通过使用辊式研磨机、混合装置或研磨装置将所述染料组合物混合至那些基材中,这样将染料组合物溶解或细微分散在高分子量材料中。随后使用已知的方法(例如压延、压塑、挤出、涂覆、纺丝、铸塑或注塑)对混有该染料组合物的高分子量有机材料进行加工,从而形成该着色材料所需的最终形状。也可在染料组合物混入之后马上进行实际加工步骤,例如通过连续地投入粉末状的染料组合物,并且同时将颗粒状或粉状高分子量有机材料和任选的其他组分(例如添加剂)直接投入挤出机的入口区,在该处进行加工前混合。但通常优选预先将所述染料组合物混入高分子量有机材料中,因为可将基材更均匀地着色。
为生产非刚性模制品或减少其脆性,通常需要在成型之前往高分子量的化合物中掺入所谓的增塑剂。可用作增塑剂的例如有磷酸、邻苯二甲酸或癸二酸的酯。在本发明的方法中增塑剂可在掺入着色剂之前或之后掺入聚合物中。为得到颜色的不同色调,还可任选与其他添加剂(例如填充剂或催干剂)一起往高分子量有机材料中加入除本发明的染料组合物外的任意所需量的其他染料或其他着色剂。
优选对热塑型塑料、特别是纤维形式的热塑性塑料进行着色。优选的本发明的适合被着色的高分子量有机材料为介电常数大于等于2.5的非常通用的聚合物,特别是聚酯、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚酰胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。特别优选聚酯和聚酰胺。非常特别优选由对苯二甲酸与二醇(特别是乙二醇)缩聚得到的线形芳族聚酯或对苯二甲酸与1,4-二(羟甲基)环己烷的缩合产物,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯(PTT)或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBTP);同样特别优选聚碳酸酯(例如α,α-二甲基-4,4-二羟基二苯甲烷与光气的聚碳酸酯)或以聚氯乙烯和聚酰胺(例如聚酰胺6或聚酰胺6.6)为基础的聚合物。
下述实施例用于阐述本发明。在所述实施例中,除非另有说明,否则份数为重量份数,百分比为重量百分比。温度为摄氏度。重量份数/体积份数为克/立方厘米。
实施例1
在室温将100g的聚酯织物浸入包含以下组分的液体中:
0.0037g式(2a)的染料,
0.169g式(1a)的染料,
0.561g式(3b1)的镍络合物颜料,
1g硫酸铵,和
0.5g/l市售分散剂,
1000ml去离子水,
使用80%的甲酸将该液体的pH调节至4.0-5.0。随后开始以1℃/分钟的速度将该液体加热至135℃。在135℃加热30分钟后,将该液体冷却至40℃,用水洗涤已染色的聚酯织物,随后在70-80℃下、在含5ml/l的30%氢氧化钠溶液、2g/l的85%连二亚硫酸钠溶液和1g/l的市售洗涤剂的浴中将其还原清洗20分钟。随后用水洗涤完成的染色并干燥。
得到的中灰色(mid-grey)染色具有优良的耐光牢度和非常好的耐干牢度和耐湿牢度。
Claims (10)
1.一种组合物,所述组合物包含:
(A)至少一种镍络合物颜料,和
(B)至少一种式(1)或(2)的分散染料,
其中R1为氢、羟基或基团-NHCO-R6,其中R6为C1-C6烷基或未取代或C1-C4烷基-或卤素-取代的苯基,
R2为氢、羟基或基团W-R7,其中W为-NHCO-或-S-,R7为C1-C6烷基或未取代或C1-C4烷基-或卤素-取代的苯基,
R3为氢,
R4为氢或羟基,
R5为氢,或
R3和R4一起形成下式的基团,
其中环A和B可各自独立地带有其他取代基,
R8为氢或-CO-C2-C6烷基,其中所述C2-C6烷基可被羧基或下式的基团取代,
其中R11为氢、C1-C4烷基、羟基、羧基或卤素,R12为氢、C1-C4烷基或卤素,R13为氢或C2-C3烷基,或者当R10为卤素时,R13可为甲基,
R9为氢或卤素,
R10为氢或卤素,和
n为0、1或2,
条件是R9、R10、R11R12和R13不全部同时为氢。
2.权利要求1的组合物,所述组合物包含为镍络合物颜料(A)的式(3)化合物,
其中R14和R15各自独立地为CN或卤素或与其连接的碳原子一起形成芳环,所述芳环未取代或被一个或多个硝基、氰基、羟基、C1-C6烷基、氨基或C1-C6烷基氨基或卤原子取代,且
R16至R23各自独立地为氢、卤素、-NO2、-CN、-OH、-COOH、-CH3、-NH2或-NHCH3。
3.权利要求2的组合物,所述组合物包含为镍络合物颜料(A)的式(3a)或(3b)的化合物,
其中R16至R23如权利要求2中定义,且R24至R27各自独立地为氢、卤素、-NO2、-CN、-OH、-COOH、-CH3、-NH2或-NHCH3。
4.权利要求3的组合物,所述组合物包含为镍络合物颜料(A)的式(3a)的化合物或式(3b)的化合物,在式(3a)中R16至R23为氢,在式(3b)中R16至R27为氢。
9.权利要求1的组合物在半合成或合成的疏水纤维材料的染色或印刷中的用途。
10.权利要求1的组合物在有色塑料或聚合物色料粒子的生产中的用途。
