本发明尤其是涉及一种在制造含有注入产品(比如茶、黄春菊等)滤袋的机器中进行密封的方法。
背景技术
在这种机器中,滤袋的开口端必须密封(在产品已注入袋后):密封可通过几种已知方法中任何一种完成,例如用U形钉或将滤袋连接至标签的线(通过将一根线本身或线的其它部分打结)或者通过密封滤纸片(web)的重叠部分。
在密封时,可以通过传统采用加热元件的密封装置,或者通过新研制的解决方法中的超声波设备进行操作,该超声波设备采用了与待密封产品相接触的超声波焊极(sonotrodes)。
实际上,超声波焊极是一种变换元件,它将供应的动力转换成振动,发射到待密封的产品上。
例如,在与本发明相同申请人的专利申请BO2002A000798中公开了这类机器的一个解决方案。

图1是用于制造注入产品滤袋的装置局部侧视图,有些部分被切掉,以更好地示出其它部分,该装置装有根据本发明用于成组产品包封薄膜的密封设备;
图2和3分别是图1设备细部H的侧视图和正视图,有些部分是横截面,以更好地示出其它部分。
具体实施方式
参照附图,尤其是图1,根据本发明的设备用于密封注入产品的滤袋。
举例来说,每个滤袋由滤纸平片1(在图1中用虚线表示)制作,且有应用其上的标签和将标签连接至滤袋本身的系线。
其整体用编号2表示的设备可以构成制造整个滤袋和注入产品较为复杂机器的一部分。这类机器人所共知,这里不再赘述,因为它们在现有技术中已有详细说明,比如在与本发明相同申请人的专利申请BO2002A000798中。
设备2主要包括:
-密封器超声波焊极3,该焊极布置成使其面对第一路径P,以使按照规定模式布置的线1a与标签1b相互密封并密封至滤纸平片1,平片1沿着第一路径供给(参见图1中的箭头P);
-驱动装置4,其用于传给密封器超声波焊极3规定的运动,使朝向或离开密封位置。
另外如图2和3所示,驱动装置4还包括:
-第一装置5,其通过密封器超声波焊极3对其作用并且用来将预定的力F施加到密封器超声波焊极3本身(如图1中相应的箭头所示);
-第二装置6,用于对抗第一装置5的作用,也就是说,用于减小其强度;
-第三控制装置7,用于在滤袋元件经过密封超声波焊极元件3下面预定步骤期间使第二装置6不能动作,从而达到预定的密封接触。
更准确地说,在优选实施例中,驱动密封器超声波焊极3的装置4可包括由凸轮装置9(在图1中局部示出)驱动的四点连杆8,用来沿着相应的第二闭合路径C移动密封器超声波焊极3的工作端,该闭合路径包括基本上与第一路径P相同的密封段S和延伸到第一路径P外面的回程段R。
在这种具体情况下,第一和第二装置5和6限定四点连杆8的一部分。
更详细地观察(再次参照图2和3),第一装置5可由弹性装置构成,该弹性装置包括位于四点连杆8臂8a之一上的螺旋弹簧5m。
第二装置6可由气压缸6c(例如单动型的)构成,该气压缸限定四点连杆8的臂8a,该臂一端连接至超声波焊极密封器3,而另一端则连接至凸轮装置9。
气缸6这样容装限定第一装置5的螺旋弹簧5m,使得当密封器超声波焊极3沿着其上述各段路径移动时与弹簧相互作用。
上述第三控制装置7可包括在压力之下用于这样将流体(例如空气)充入/排出气压缸6c的单元7a,使得根据密封器超声波焊极3向前移动的第二路径C段改变施加到密封器超声波焊极3的力F强度。
换言之,当密封器超声波焊极3沿着密封段S移动时,空气从气缸6c中排出(这样仅施加弹簧5m的负荷F,弹簧具有稍微的超程),而在路径的空载回程段R期间,气缸6c则充入空气。
可以理解,本发明可采取几种方式进行改进和修改,但其不偏离本发明概念的范围。此外,本发明所有的细节可以用技术上等效的元件替换。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于密封注入产品的滤袋的设备;每个滤袋由滤纸平片(1)制作,且有应用其上的标签和将标签连接至滤袋本身的系线;该设备(2)至少包括:
-一个密封器超声波焊极(3),该焊极布置成使其面对第一路径(P),平片(1)沿着该第一路径供给,以使按照规定模式布置的线(1a)与标签(1b)相互密封并密封至滤纸平片(1);
-驱动装置(4),其用于传给密封器超声波焊极(3)规定的运动,使朝向或离开密封位置,该设备的特征在于,驱动装置(4)包括:
-第一装置(5),其通过密封器超声波焊极(3)对其作用并且用来将预定的力(F)施加到密封器超声波焊极(3)本身;
-第二装置(6),用于对抗第一装置(5)的作用,也就是说,用于减小其强度;
-第三控制装置(7),用于在滤袋元件经过密封超声波焊极元件(3)下面预定步骤期间使第二装置(6)不能动作,从而达到预定的密封接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中驱动密封器超声波焊极(3)的装置(4)包括由凸轮装置(9)驱动的四点连杆(8),用来沿着相应的第二闭合路径(C)移动密封器超声波焊极(3)的工作端,该闭合路径包括基本上与第一路径(P)相同的密封段(S)和延伸到第一路径(P)外面的回程段(R),该设备的特征在于,第一和第二装置(5,6)限定四点连杆(8)的一部分。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的设备,其特征在于,第一装置(5)是弹性装置。
4.根据权利要求2和3所述的设备,其特征在于,弹性装置(5)包括位于四点连杆(8)臂(8a)之一上的螺旋弹簧(5m)。
5.根据权利要求1和2所述的设备,其特征在于,第二装置(6)由气压缸(6c)构成,该气压缸限定四点连杆(8)的臂(8a)之一,该臂一端连接至超声波焊极密封器(3),而另一端则连接至凸轮装置(9)。
6.根据权利要求1和2所述的设备,其特征在于,第二装置(6)由气压缸(6c)构成,该气压缸限定四点连杆(8)的臂(8a)之一,该臂一端连接至超声波焊极密封器(3),而另一端则连接至凸轮装置(9);气缸(6)容装由螺旋弹簧(5m)构成的第一装置(5)。
7.根据权利要求1,2和6所述的设备,其特征在于,第三控制装置(7)包括在压力之下用于这样将流体充入和排出气压缸(6c)的单元(7a),使得根据密封器超声波焊极(3)向前移动的第二路径(C)段改变施加到密封器超声波焊极(3)的力(F)强度。
