技术领域

背景技术
降低水的表面张力的能力在水基制剂的应用中十分重要,因为降低了的表面张力在使用中体现为基片的润湿增强。要求良好的润湿的水基组合物的实例包括涂料、墨水、粘合剂、用于石版画印刷的喷墨溶液、清洁组合物、金属加工液、农业用品制剂、电子清洁和半导体加工组合物、个人护理用品和用于纺织加工和油田使用的制剂。水基体系的表面张力的降低通常通过加入表面活性剂,来增加表面覆盖度,更少的缺陷,更均匀的分布来实现。当系统处于静止状态时平衡表面张力(EST)是重要的,而动态表面张力(DST)提供了表面活性剂降低表面张力的能力的量度标准,并提供了高速应用条件下的润湿。
在低使用量条件下表面活性剂实现低表面张力的能力、影响起泡特性的能力和表面活性剂提供有效乳化和增溶的能力的重要性,正如本领域所知,都是工业化值得考虑的重点。而且,尽管平衡表面张力降低效率对于一些应用是重要的,其它应用可能需要平衡和动态表面张力都降低。
表面活性剂的起泡特性也很重要,因为它们有助于确定该表面活性剂所适合的应用。例如,起泡是所期望的在例如矿石浮选和清洁的应用中。另一方面,在涂料、印刷技术和粘合剂应用中,起泡不是所期望的,因为它能够使应用变复杂并导致缺陷形成。因此起泡特性常常是一个重要的性能参数。

发明概述
在第一个方面,本发明提供了一种组合物,所述组合物包含式(I)化合物
R4OCH2CH(OH)CR2R3ZR1 (I)。

在第七个方面,本发明提供了一种制剂,所述制剂包含由一种或多种如在本发明第三个方面中所定义的式(I)化合物组成的第一组分,和第二组分。所述制剂在25℃是流体。第二组分由一种或多种材料选自非挥发性有机材料和非挥发性无机材料及其混合物的材料组成。第二组分不包括用于制备任何式(I)化合物的制备前或制备后合成反应混合物的任何组分。
发明详述
本发明涉及新的表面活性剂组合物,其能够有效地降低水体系的动态和/或平衡表面张力,和/或影响该系统的起泡性。该组合物包括具有下式(I)的2-羟基-3-烷氧基丙基硫化物、砜和亚砜,其中Z分别代表S、SO和SO2:

R2和R3分别独立地选自H、CH3、具有1-3个碳原子的直链和支链烷基、烯基。

本发明示例性组成是2,3-二羟基丙基-2’-羟基-3’-(2-乙基己氧基)丙基硫化物、2,3-二羟基丙基-2’-羟基-3’-十二烷氧基丙基硫化物、2,3-二羟基丙基-2’-羟基-3’-十六烷氧基丙基硫化物、2,3-二羟基丙基-2’-羟基-3’-十四烷氧基丙基硫化物、2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-丁氧基丙基硫化物、2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-辛氧基丙基硫化物、2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-壬氧基丙基硫化物、2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-癸氧基丙基硫化物、2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十二烷氧基丙基硫化物、2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十六烷氧基丙基硫化物和2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十四烷氧基丙基硫化物、2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-(2-乙基己氧基)丙基硫化物、2-十二烷基-2’-羟基-3’-丁氧基丙基硫化物以及这些化合物的相应的亚砜和砜。
式(I)化合物的制备
式(I)化合物可以用有机合成化学领域的已知的任何方法制备。在本发明的一个示范性的实施方案中,它们可通过将硫醇R1-SH与式(II)缩水甘油醚反应来制得,其中R1、R2、R3和R4定义如上,并且其中的Z=S。
其中Z为SO或SO2的化合物可以采用本领域已知的氧化技术通过氧化相应的Z为S的化合物来制得。在本发明的一个示范性的实施方案中,用过氧化氢进行氧化反应,当然其它方法也可使用。
反应中使用的缩水甘油醚的量通常为约1.0-约5摩尔每摩尔硫醇,更通常为约1-约4摩尔,进一步为约1-约2摩尔,最通常为约1摩尔每摩尔硫化物。还可以使用缩水甘油醚的混合物和/或硫醇的混合物。
为了制备具有式(I)的化合物,硫醇可以与缩水甘油醚反应(加成),其可任选分散在包括稀释剂、任何包括催化剂的于足够高温度的反应介质中来提供合适的反应速度以及足够低的来防止明显的副反应物生成。至于“分散”,意指缩水甘油醚悬浮在介质中、溶解在其中或与其组合。反应温度可以为约50℃-约150℃,优选为约50℃-约130℃,更优选为约60℃-约120℃。最优条件取决于特定的反应物、反应器的构造、所用的溶剂和其它变量。各种各样的稀释剂可以用于该反应,包括一种或多种反应物基本上不溶于其中的液体。更典型地,稀释剂(如果使用的话)可为可以作为一种或多种反应物溶剂的物质。适合的溶剂的实例包括但不局限于异丙醇、乙醇、甲醇、乙腈、乙二醇、丙二醇、水和乙腈的混合物、水和甲醇的混合物、水和异丙醇的混合物、水和乙醇的混合物及它们的混合物。通常使用异丙醇。
式(I)化合物的应用
本发明的组合物还含有各种各样的其它组分适合于补充式(I)化合物在许多领域中的应用。这些产品的性能可以通过适当地修饰硫化物的结构和选择R1、R2、R3和R4取代基来最优化用于特定的用途。这样的最优化是常规,并在本领域普通技术人员的能力之内。因此处理这些变量生成的化合物,其可以用作乳化剂或洗涤剂、润湿剂、起泡剂、消泡剂、流变改进剂或辅助增稠剂、分散剂等等。这样,这些化合物可以用在例如涂料、墨水、粘合剂、农用制剂、喷墨溶液、光致抗蚀剂脱模剂和显影剂、香波、和洗涤剂以及其它清洁组合物。该化合物还发现应用于油田探测、开发和生产例如强化油的回收、裂解和催化工艺以及钻井和水泥灌浆操作,还可以用于各种湿加工纺织品,例如纤维的染色和纤维的洗涤以及漂煮。指导各个应用领域的常规制剂的原则在各领域都是已知的,详细描述包含了含有本发明化合物的制剂在各个应用领域和方法不是必须的,对于有效地加入其中而言。但是,作为对于本发明的化合物的较大反范围的可能的用途的提示,示范性的而非限制性的制剂陈列为如下许多的应用领域。
这里所用的术语“水基”、“水性”、“含水”或“水介质”或“水载”意指溶剂或液体分散介质含有至少50重量%的水,优选至少90重量%,更优选95重量%的水的体系。分散介质可基本上由水组成,也就是其中可以没有任何加入的溶剂,或者其还可以含有溶剂。
广义上,式(I)化合物可以用在广泛的制剂中,其可以包括第二组分,从而第二组分的应用得益于由式(I)化合物提供的表面活性。可以理解,尽管可以存在用于制备式(I)化合物的制备前或制备后合成反应混合物的组分,其并不算作本发明的第二组分的部分。这些物质可能例如包括简单的盐、溶剂、催化剂、有机前体、试剂、副产物和有关于式(I)化合物制备的副产物。典型地,但不是必须地,制剂中第二组分的重量含量大于式(I)化合物重量含量。
本发明含有式(I)化合物的制剂通常构造为在25℃为流体。通常为含水的,但不是必须的。第二组分可以由一种或多种选自非挥发性有机材料和非挥发性无机材料及其混合物的材料构成。如本文所述,术语“非挥发性”意指所指的材料不会沸腾或于760托压力下在至少150℃温度沸腾。因此,尽管常用的挥发性的溶剂可以包括在制剂中,但不构成第二组分的部分。

水泥添加剂可为任何类型,包括超增塑、增塑、促进、缓凝、加气、防水、腐蚀抑制和其它类型。这样的添加剂用于控制像混凝土、灰泥等的似水泥的产品的可使用性、沉降和终结特性(强度、不渗透性、耐用性和霜冻/除冰盐抵抗力等等)。该添加剂通常以水溶液的形式提供,并能够在其形成的某些点加入到似水泥体系中。本发明的表面活性剂可以提供润湿、控泡、流动活化和均化、减少水分、防止腐蚀、高离子强度耐受性和相容性和其它有益效果当被用在这样的体系中时。

油田和天然气田用制剂
本发明的表面活性剂,单独使用或作为制剂中的一个组分,可以提供降低表面张力、控泡和提高润湿在石油和天然气工业中的各种应用中。这可包括,例如,下列使用的制剂。
应用在钻井,该表面活性剂可以用在用于粘土分散和钻头开凿、ROP(渗透速度)增强、乳化和解乳化、表面润湿和表面张力降低、页岩稳定和水合作用的增强或固体添加剂的分解的制剂中。
在水泥灌浆、增产和重新加工,应用可以包括用于隔板、水泥分散、反加气和消泡、水泥缓凝、压裂液、煤层甲烷的催化、表面或界面张力降低、油/水润湿和清洁液体的制剂
在石油和天然气的生产中,应用可以包括装备清洗制剂、原油的消泡、注水、酸气脱硫的消泡、油/水分离、增强油回收和沥青烯、水合物、污垢和蜡的抑制或分散。
用于地下油田的钻井、精加工、水泥灌浆、促进、压裂、酸化或维修,或用于强化从含油或含气的地层的生产或处理生产的石油或天然气的典型的流体通常在含水的流体和/或有机液体中包括0.05-10重量%的本发明的表面活性剂,其通常占流体的5-99.85重量%。有机液体通常为石油产品,尽管不需要,还可以例如包括原油或下述的钻探泥浆原油。如果包括水,其可为淡水、海水或盐水,或其可以通过含水的无机酸的包含物例如盐酸、氢氟酸、硫磺酸等等提供。用于该用途的流体通常还包括合计0.1-80重量%的选自增重剂、增粘剂、分散剂、钻探泥浆原油、乳化剂、可溶性盐、水泥、支撑剂、无机酸、有机酸、杀虫剂、消泡剂、破乳剂、阻蚀剂、减摩剂、气体水合物抑制剂、硫化氢去除剂或控制添加剂、沥青烯控制添加剂、石蜡控制添加剂和污垢控制添加剂的一种或多种的组分。具有这些功能的各种特定的物质是本领域所知的。一些这样物质的适合的非限制性的实例如下所列,而其它明显的为本领域技术人员所知。
增重剂:硫酸钡、赤铁矿和钛铁矿。
增粘剂:粘土(例如膨润土、硅镁土)、水溶性聚合物(例如黄原胶、瓜尔胶、多糖、改性多糖)、疏水粘土和油溶性聚合物。
分散剂:木素磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、磺酸化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
钻探泥浆原油:柴油、矿物油、烯属的油、石蜡油和酯。
乳化剂:脂肪酸、脂肪酰胺、阴离子表面活性剂和非离子烷氧基化表面活性剂。
可溶性盐(例如用于特定的重力调节、泥浆稳定或渗透压控制):NaCl、NaBr、KCl、KBr、CaCl2、CaBr2、ZnCl2、ZnBr2、甲酸钠、甲酸钾和甲酸铯。
水泥
其它表面活性剂:阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、烷基糖苷、磷酸酯和含氟表面活化剂。
支撑剂:陶瓷、烧结的铝土、沙子和树脂复膜砂。
有机酸:甲酸、乙酸、柠檬酸。
无机酸:盐酸和氢氟酸。
当同本发明的表面活性剂联合使用时,前述的各种物质会应用在油田各种用途。取决于精确的使用和所需的效果,根据本领域已知的方法组合物或被注入油井或加入由油井生产的石油或天然气的流中。
典型的应用,和为此用于配制制剂的常用成分(尽管不是必须的)如下所述。还会有其它成分。可以理解这些制剂中还含有本发明的表面活性剂。
水基钻探泥浆:增重剂、增粘剂和分散剂。
油基钻探泥浆:原油、乳化剂和增粘剂。
完井液:用于特定重力调节的可溶性盐。
水泥制剂:水泥本身、与分散剂组合。
隔板:增重剂和表面活性剂。
酸液:表面活性剂和无机酸和有机酸的一种或两种。
破裂液:增粘剂、支撑剂和表面活性剂。
用于促进或增加从含有天然气或石油的地层的生产的流体可含有与在压裂液中发现的相似的那些成分,除了支撑剂。最后,用于处理在上面的方法中制备的石油或天然气的流体可含有一种或多种杀虫剂,消泡剂、破乳剂、阻蚀剂、减摩剂、气体水合物抑制剂、硫化氢去除剂或控制添加剂、沥青烯控制添加剂、石蜡控制添加剂和污垢控制添加剂。
鉴于前述的启示,本发明的表面活性剂可得到广泛的应用。本发明将通过下列的实施例得到进一步说明,其目的在于举例说明本发明的方法和组合物,而不是限制。
实施例
实施例1-1-硫代甘油与2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚的反应
在装有N2进口、橡胶隔片、玻璃塞子和磁力搅拌棒的100mL三颈圆底烧瓶内,于氮气氛下,将2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚(9.04g,48.53mmol)在异丙醇(10mL)中的溶液用1-硫代甘油(5g,46.22mmol)处理。将该混合物在90℃下加热并通过气相色谱/质谱(g.c.m.s.)分析原料的消失和产物的生成以监测反应完全。3小时后,反应被认定为反应完全。将该混合物冷却至室温,将溶剂真空蒸馏,获得产物。产物2,3-二羟基丙基-2’-羟基-3’-(2-乙基己氧基)丙基硫化物通过质谱与1H和13C NMR鉴定。
实施例2-1-硫代甘油与C12-C16缩水甘油醚的反应
按照类似于实施例1中描述的方式,使用1-硫代甘油(5g,46.22mmol)和缩水甘油醚混合物(12.3g,~50.84mmol)进行该反应。产物,2,3-二羟基丙基-2’-羟基-3’-十二烷氧基丙基硫化物、2,3-二羟基丙基-2’-羟基-3’-十四烷氧基丙基硫化物和2,3-二羟基丙基-2’-羟基-3’-十六烷氧基丙基硫化物的混合物按照实施例1中的方式进行鉴定。
实施例3-2-巯基乙醇与丁基缩水甘油醚的反应
按照类似于实施例1中描述的方式,使用2-巯基乙醇(2.0g,26.6mmol)和丁基缩水甘油醚(3.50g,26.88mmol)在5mL异丙醇中进行该反应。产物2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-丁氧基丙基硫化物按照实施例1中的方式进行鉴定。
实施例4-2-巯基乙醇与C12-C16缩水甘油醚的反应
按照类似于实施例1中描述的方式,使用2-巯基乙醇(2.0g,26.6mmol)和C12-C16缩水甘油醚混合物(6.50g,~26.88mmol)在5mL异丙醇中进行该反应。产物是2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十二烷氧基丙基硫化物、2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十四烷氧基丙基硫化物和2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十六烷氧基丙基硫化物的混合物,是按照实施例1中的方式进行鉴定的。
实施例5-2-巯基乙醇与2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚的反应
按照类似于实施例1中描述的方式,使用2-巯基乙醇(2.0g,26.6mmol)和2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚(5.03g,26.88mmol)在5mL异丙醇中进行该反应。产物2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-(2-乙基己氧基)丙基硫化物按照实施例1中的方式进行鉴定。
实施例6-2-巯基乙醇与C8-C10缩水甘油醚的反应
按照类似于实施例1中描述的方式,使用2-巯基乙醇(985g,12.61mol)和C8-C10缩水甘油醚混合物(1200g,~6.45mol)在1000mL异丙醇中进行该反应。产物是2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-辛氧基丙基硫化物和2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-癸氧基丙基硫化物的混合物,是按照实施例1中的方式进行鉴定的。
实施例7-制备2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十二烷氧基丙基硫化物的亚砜和砜
在装有N2进口、橡胶隔片、玻璃塞子和磁力搅拌棒的100mL三颈圆底烧瓶内,于氮气氛下,将该硫化物(5.0g,15.06mmol)在异丙醇(20mL)中的溶液用30%的H2O2水溶液(6.83mL,60.24mmol)处理。将该混合物在60℃加热24小时,冷却至室温,用饱和NaHSO3水溶液(5.0mL)处理。将有机相用硫酸镁干燥,过滤,真空蒸发,获得产物,为2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十二烷氧基丙基亚砜与2-羟基乙基-2’-羟基-3’-十二烷氧基丙基砜的约1∶1的混合物。

其中R4选自C3-C30支链、直链和环状烷基、烯基、芳基和芳烷基;携带羰基或一个或多个选自O、S和N的杂原子的C3-C30支链、直链和环状烷基、烯基、芳基和芳烷基;具有式R5(OCH2CH2)q-的二醇醚基团;具有式R5(NHCH2CH2)q-的氨基亚乙基基团;和具有式R5S(CH2)q-的硫醚基团;其中R5为H或直链C1-C12烷基;
R2和R3分别独立地选自H和直链或支链C1-C3烷基和烯基;
R1选自C3-C16直链、环状和支链烷基、烯基、芳基、芳烷基和烷芳基,并且任何这些基团被羧基、磺基或磷酸基取代基取代;

17.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是农用制剂,所述制剂含有0.1-50重量%的杀虫剂或植物生长调节剂和0.01-10重量%的除了式(I)化合物之外的表面活性剂或润湿剂,并且所述制剂含有0.001-5重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。
18.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是用于平版印刷的喷墨溶液制剂,所述制剂含有0.05-10重量%的水溶成膜大分子,1-25重量%的水溶性醇、二醇或多元醇,0.01-20重量%的水溶性酸或其盐,和30-98.9重量%的水,并且所述制剂含有0.001-5重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。
19.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是光致抗蚀显影剂制剂,所述制剂含有0.1-3重量%的四甲基氢氧化铵和92.5-99.9重量%的水,并且所述制剂含有0.001-5重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。
20.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是合成的金属加工液制剂,所述制剂含有2.5-10重量%的乳化剂,10-25重量%的链烷醇胺,2-10重量%的有机单酸,1-5重量%的杀微生物剂,和40-84.8重量%的水,并且所述制剂含有0.001-5重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。
21.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是漂洗助剂制剂,所述制剂含有水和5-20重量%的螯合剂,并且所述制剂含有0.001-45重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。
22.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是粉末洗衣用洗涤剂制剂,所述制剂含有0.1-50重量%的一种或多种洗涤表面活性剂,和25-60重量%的助剂或辅助助剂,并且所述制剂含有0.001-15重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。
23.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是含水液体洗衣用洗涤剂制剂,所述制剂含有0.1-65重量%的一种或多种洗涤表面活性剂,3-36重量%的助剂或辅助助剂,合计为0.1-5重量%的选自香料和染料的一种或多种其它添加剂,和合计为1-75重量%的选自水和其它溶剂的一种或多种其它添加剂,并且所述制剂含有0.001-30重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。

27.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是护发素制剂,所述制剂含有水和0.1-10重量%的除了式(I)化合物之外的非离子表面活性剂,并且所述制剂含有0.001-10重量%的一种或多种具有式(I)的化合物。
28.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是含水防晒制剂,所述制剂含有水和1-30重量%的防晒剂,并且所述制剂含有0.001-30重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。
29.权利要求13的制剂,其中所述制剂是水泥混合制剂,所述制剂含有40-75重量%的水和合计为0.1-20重量%的一种或多种增溶剂、聚合物、低聚物或功能性添加剂,并且所述制剂含有0.001-5重量%的一种或多种式(I)化合物。
30.权利要求13的制剂,其中R4选自丁基、2-乙基己基、辛基、癸基、十二烷基、十四烷基及其混合物;R1是-CH2(CHOH)nCH2OH,其中n是0、1或其混合物;且R2和R3都是H。
31.权利要求30的制剂,其中Z是S。
32.用于地下气体或油井的钻孔、完成、水泥灌浆、增产、破裂、酸化、重新加工或用于处理来自含油或含气岩层的油或气或提高油或气产量的流体,所述流体包含总量为5-99.85重量%的至少一种有机液体和水,并且还包含总量为0.1-80重量%的一种或多种选自下列的组分:增重剂、增粘剂、分散剂、钻探泥浆原油、乳化剂、可溶性盐、水泥、支撑剂、无机酸、有机酸、杀微生物剂、消泡剂、破乳剂、阻蚀剂、减摩剂、气体水合物抑制剂、硫化氢去除剂或控制添加剂、沥青烯控制添加剂、石蜡控制添加剂和污垢控制添加剂;
所述流体含有0.05-10wt%的一种或多种式(I)化合物

R2和R3分别独立地选自H和直链或支链C1-C3烷基和烯基;
R1选自C3-C16直链、环状和支链烷基、烯基、芳基、芳烷基和烷芳基,并且任何这些基团被羧基、磺基或磷酸基取代基取代;

38.权利要求35的制剂,其中所述第二组分由一种或多种选自下列的材料组成:除了式(I)化合物之外的表面活性剂或润湿剂;溶剂;碱金属氢氧化物;水性、水可分散或水溶性的树脂;流动剂;均化剂;颜料;加工助剂;消泡剂;增溶剂;杀虫剂;植物生长调节剂;水溶性成膜大分子;水溶性醇、二醇或多元醇;水溶性酸或其盐;四甲基氢氧化铵;乳化剂;链烷醇胺;有机单酸;杀微生物剂;螯合剂;洗涤剂助剂;洗涤剂辅助助剂;染料;香料;抗再沉积助剂;防晒剂;增溶剂;聚合物;低聚物;和功能性水泥添加剂。
39.权利要求35的制剂,其中R4选自丁基、2-乙基己基、辛基、癸基、十二烷基、十四烷基及其混合物;R1是-CH2(CHOH)nCH2OH,其中n是0、1或其混合物;且R2和R3都是H。
