Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种餐具洗涤机和一种方法,以便尽可能地减少用于加热洗涤液体所需的能量。该目的通过按照本发明用于减少能量消耗的方法达到,即在实施餐具洗涤机的一个洗涤程序的一个子程序步骤期间,在一个第一个步骤中洗涤液体被加热到预定的温度,并且洗涤液体在加热阶段期间基本上不对准位于餐具洗涤机内的洗涤物上,并且在一个第二个步骤中,已经加热到预定温度的洗涤液体撒在基本上未加热的洗涤物上。

Description

具有节能加热模式的餐具洗涤机及其工作方法
本发明涉及一种具有节能加热模式的餐具洗涤机以及一种这样的餐具洗涤机的工作方法。
在传统的餐具洗涤机中,在单个的子程序步骤例如“洗涤”和“冲洗”期间加热通常称为洗涤剂的洗涤液体,其中洗涤剂通过现有喷淋系统例如喷淋臂润湿位于餐具洗涤机中的洗涤物。通过用洗涤剂和洗涤剂的同时加热使洗涤物持续地循环和受到作用,从而不仅加热了洗涤剂,也加热了待洗涤的洗涤物以及洗涤容器和直接设置在其上的材料,例如绝热材料。
为了最终将洗涤剂加热到由洗涤程序预先设定的温度,必须在总量上耗费一能量总额,该能量总额除了考虑洗涤剂也考虑洗涤物和洗涤容器的加热。
例如在洗涤阶段的开始阶段,将洗涤剂的一个第一分量加热到例如65℃的温度,并且通过喷淋系统对准洗涤物。由于洗涤物约为20℃至24℃的较低温度,洗涤剂的第一分量向洗涤物散发出一定的热量,使得洗涤物的温度上升,然而洗涤剂的温度下降。这样被冷却的洗涤剂分量通过一个循环泵流回,并且继续被加热直至达到规定的温度。通过这种持续不断的过程,不仅洗涤物而且洗涤容器的区域也被加热到预定的温度直至达到所期望的洗涤剂温度。
然而,为了达到所期望的洗涤功率,只有洗涤液的温度是有意义的,所以由于加热洗涤物和洗涤容器使餐具洗涤机的能量平衡受到不利的影响。
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种餐具洗涤机和方法,以便尽可能地减少用于加热洗涤液体所需的能量。
该目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的按照本发明的方法和通过具有权利要求6所述特征的餐具洗涤机达到。本发明有利的改进方案通过从属权利说明。
在用于减少能源消耗的按照本发明的方法中,在一个子程序步骤例如“预清洗”、“洗涤”、“中间清洗”和“冲洗”的期间,在一个例如“通用55”、“强化70”或具有同义的名称的洗涤程序中,在一个餐具洗涤机的一个第一个步骤中将洗涤液体加热到预定的温度,并且洗涤液体在加热期间基本上不对准位于餐具洗涤机内的洗涤物,并且在第二个步骤中,已经加热到预定温度的洗涤液体才对准基本上未加热的洗涤物。
有利的是,当洗涤物达到了洗涤液体预定的温度时,加热的阶段才最后结束。合乎目的是,洗涤物的温度可以通过一个温度传感器来确定,该温度传感器在洗涤容器中优选定位在一个洗涤容器壁或一个其它合适的位置上。
有利的是,洗涤液体借助循环泵循环,使得在洗涤液体内的热量分布基本上是均匀的。例如通过一个可由程序控制的整流电路将一个与喷淋系统隔开的、设计为流动区段的、最好基本上封闭的回路打开以用于循环洗涤液体,使得在加热阶段,洗涤液体可以不通过喷淋系统达到洗涤物。在加热期间,洗涤液体仅仅在该封闭的导管系统中循环并且直至达到预定的温度后才导入喷淋系统中。
在本发明另一个有利的实施例中,没有采取阀门控制,因为可以这样防止洗涤物被洗涤液体润湿,即在加热阶段期间循环泵在一个低的压力水平上循环洗涤液体,使得仅仅少量的液体会从配属于下部筐(Unterkorb)的喷淋装置溢出。在达到所希望的洗涤液体温度后,通过程序控制提高循环功率,使得喷淋系统可以根据功率规定用相应的加热好的洗涤液体作用于洗涤物。
在本发明另一个有利的实施例中,在餐具洗涤机中准备一个隔开的容器,该容器配有一个加热装置并且在洗涤液体被循环泵循环且最后润湿洗涤物之前,加热洗涤液体而没有循环洗涤液体。
通过按照本发明的方法和按照本发明的餐具洗涤机实现以下优点,显著地节约用于加热洗涤物的能量,因为通过合适的措施(自身的流动区段、较小的循环泵功率或隔开的加热容器)在洗涤液体碰到洗涤物之前,仅仅对洗涤液体进行加热,
此外在应用按照本发明的方法时考虑,在加热好的洗涤液体和洗涤物之间的温度差没有使得由于温度突变在洗涤物上产生损坏这么大。为此在按照本发明的餐具洗涤机上设置使按照本发明方法的手动接通和断开的装置。因为按照本发明的方法例如在由晶体或陶瓷制成的洗涤物上应用,因此快速的温升会导致晶体的裂缝,并且由此导致晶体餐具的全部受损或在使用陶瓷情况下在釉中导致非常细的裂纹。有利的是,按照本发明的餐具洗涤机在操作区上具有一个可以使按照本发明的方法接通和断开的按钮。

Claims (8)

1.在实施餐具洗涤机的一个洗涤程序的一个子程序步骤例如“洗涤”和“冲洗”期间用于减少能量消耗的方法,其特征在于,在一个第一个步骤中洗涤液体被加热到预定的温度,并且洗涤液体在该加热阶段期间基本上不作用于位于餐具洗涤机内的洗涤物上,并且在一个第二个步骤中,加热到预定温度的洗涤液体撒在基本上未加热的洗涤物上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当洗涤物达到为洗涤液体预先设定的温度时,所述加热阶段才最后结束。
3.按照上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于循环泵循环洗涤液体,使得热分布在洗涤液体的内部基本上是均匀的。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,洗涤液体通过一个与喷淋系统分开的流动区段导引,并且使洗涤液体可以被加热而没有润湿洗涤物。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,洗涤液体在一个预加热容器中被加热到规定的温度。
6.用于实施按照上述权利要求之一的方法的餐具洗涤机,其特征在于,餐具洗涤机具有一个流动区段,布置和设计该流动区段,使得洗涤液体流过所述流动区段并且在其中加热,并且在加热期间基本上不施加于位于餐具洗涤机内的洗涤物上。
7.按照权利要求6所述的餐具洗涤机,其特征在于,设置一个具有加热装置的容器。
8.按照权利要求6或7所述的餐具洗涤机,其特征在于,设置装置,以便还可以手动接通按权利要求1至5之一所述的工作方法。
