Abstract

公开了一种电子踏板装置,通过使用一个机构,将踏板绕踏板本体的转动转化为连杆的转动,再将连杆的转动传输给传感器,从而实现可靠稳定的运行,不会产生噪音。本装置包括一个底板、踏板本体、踏板、弹性部件、传感器和连杆。

本申请基于2004年6月25日提交的申请号为10-2004-0048136的韩国专利申请,并要求其优先权。在此结合其全部公开内容作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子踏板装置,更具体地说,设计一种将司机的踏板操作力转化为电信号的装置。
背景技术
当司机压下踏板时,电子踏板装置根据踏板被压下的角度产生电信号,并将这个信号传输给一个装置,从而可以无需机械连接来操纵加速装置、制动装置、或其它类似装置。
电子踏板装置在运行中必须可靠、稳定,并且具有与司机操作力相反的回复力。
发明内容
在此提供了在电子踏板装置的运行中具有稳定性和可靠性的本发明的实施例。
电子踏板装置包括底板和固定在底板上的踏板本体。踏板相对于踏板本体枢轴地安装。一个弹性部件插入在踏板本体和踏板之间。传感器固定在踏板上。一个连杆的一端枢轴地插入传感器,该连杆的另一端枢轴地插入踏板本体。该连杆的一端形成了插入传感器的枢转轴,该连杆响应踏板相对于踏板本体的移动而移动。

具体实施方式
图1的分解视图示出了依照本发明的一个实施例的电子踏板装置。该装置包括底板1和固定在底板1上的踏板本体3。踏板5枢轴地安装在踏板本体3上。一个弹性部件插入在踏板本体3和踏板5之间。传感器7固定在踏板5上。连杆9的一端枢轴地嵌入传感器7,连杆9的另一端枢轴地嵌入踏板本体3。连杆9的一端形成了插入传感器7的枢转轴,该连杆响应踏板5相对于踏板本体3的移动而移动。
底板1形成有一个弯曲部分11。该弯曲部分11由底板1整体向上突出形成弯曲形状,并具有第一孔13。
踏板本体3形成有铰链部分17,该铰链部分带有第二孔15,该第二孔的位置与第一孔13对齐。
踏板5包括带有第三孔19的凸缘21,该第三孔与第一孔13和第二孔15对齐。
踏板5的一个表面与罩23相连,用来围住踏板5的这个表面。罩23一体地带有一个穿过第一孔13、第二孔15、和第三孔19的铰链销25。
当将罩23连接到踏板5的一个表面上时,踏板5、踏板本体3、以及底板1通过铰链销25被整体地固定在一起。
因此,踏板5、踏板本体3、以及底板1可以用铰链销25作为轴而彼此枢轴转动。
底板1的上表面连接有一个弹簧卡子27。踏板本体3形成有一个用于连接弹簧卡子27的连接凹槽29。
一旦踏板本体3的连接凹槽29与弹簧卡子27连接,踏板本体3就被固定于底板1上,因此不能相对于底板1枢轴转动。
本发明实施例中的弹性部件是由第一压缩螺形弹簧31和插入到第一压缩螺形弹簧31外周上的第二压缩螺形弹簧33构成。
底板1固定在车身地板或类似物体上,并通过踏板5接受司机的操作。
当司机踩下踏板5,踏板5以铰链销25为轴相对于踏板本体3相对地枢轴转动。
连杆9按照踏板5的转动角度而转动。传感器7检测到连杆9的转动角度,并生成相应的电信号。
传感器7产生的信号被传输到加速装置、制动装置等并对这些装置进行适当的控制。
如果司机减轻对踏板5的压力,或者将他或她的脚从踏板上完全移开,踏板5会通过第一和第二压缩螺形弹簧31和33的弹力回复到其原始位置。
这种构造的电子踏板装置可以被加速踏板、制动踏板、电子游戏机等替代。
从上文可明显看出,电子踏板装置的优点在于,通过使用一个机构,将踏板绕踏板本体的转动运动转化为连杆的转动运动,再将连杆的转动输入传感器,从而实现可靠稳定的运行,不会产生噪音。

Claims (4)

1.一种电子踏板装置,包括:
底板;
固定在所述底板上的踏板本体;
相对于所述踏板本体枢轴安装的踏板;
插入在所述踏板本体和踏板之间的弹性部件;
紧固在所述踏板上的传感器;和
一端枢轴地插入在所述传感器中、另一端枢轴地插入在所述踏板本体中的连杆,所述连杆的一端形成了插入所述传感器的枢转轴,所述连杆响应所述踏板相对于所述踏板本体的移动而移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括:
弯曲部分,该弯曲部分呈弯曲状从所述底板向上突出,并带有第一孔;
铰链部分,该铰链部分形成在所述踏板本体上,并具有第二孔,该第二孔被设置为与所述第一孔对齐;
凸缘,该凸缘形成在所述踏板上,并带有与所述第一和第二孔对齐的第三孔;和
罩,该罩与所述踏板连接,用来围住所述踏板的一个表面,而且该罩一体装配有一个穿过所述第一孔、第二孔和第三孔的铰链销。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,还包括:
安装在所述底板上表面的弹簧卡子;和
形成在所述踏板本体上用于连接所述弹簧卡子的连接凹槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述弹性部件包括:
第一压缩螺形弹簧;和
插入到所述第一压缩螺形弹簧外周的第二压缩螺形弹簧。
