技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有螺纹口的容器,尤其涉及一种用于密闭容器的螺纹口的螺旋盖;更具体地说是一种改进的螺旋盖,用于密闭容器、特别是压力容器的螺纹口,更特别地,是一种喷雾器本体上的进料口。
背景技术
有入口的容器已经为人们所熟知。典型地,入口需要一个盖子,可以是一个具有螺纹部分(内螺纹或者外螺纹)的螺旋盖,用于与容器上相匹配的螺纹部分(同样可以是内螺纹或者外螺纹)相啮合。典型地,这种螺纹包括很多圈以分散容器承受的压力,该容器需要螺旋盖的多次旋转以密封。这对于使用中经常需要开启或闭合进料口的容器将是非常麻烦的。而且,当重新打开时,如果容器内还有残留的压力,这种压力典型地通过螺纹四周释放,可能导致容器内的物质不小心喷射到盖子附近,从而危及使用者。当螺纹连接关系为容器的螺纹是内螺纹,而盖子的螺纹是外螺纹时,例如现有技术中典型的便携式喷雾器,容器中的物质会从容器直接向上朝着使用者的眼睛和面部喷射。
典型的现有技术的便携式喷雾器的弱点是易出现以上的问题。此外,使用喷雾器一般需要测量和混合组分,例如杀虫剂和/或肥料加水,然后通过喷雾器或者容器的主要装料口添加这些成分。现有技术中,这种测量需要一个单独的测量工具,例如一个量匙或者量杯,测量会使这些工具受到污染,因此必须接着进行清洗。而且,被污染的测量工具在被清洁之前不能放下以免进一步污染其放置处的表面。
现有技术需要的容器盖为一种能密封容器进料口并能安全释放容器内的压力的螺旋盖,最好是小于一整圈即可与容器密封;同时该结构也能作为从装料口加入容器的液体和/或颗粒状固体的测量工具。
发明内容
简单的讲,一种用于密封容器螺纹口的盖子,包括一个当盖子安装到螺纹口上时面朝容器的杯状中心部。该杯状部标有刻度,最好是由从杯底延伸到各个高度的多个标线组成,用以指示加入到杯状部中的物质的体积。使用时,将盖子翻转以使杯状部朝上并且保持水平,使杯状部能够作为量杯用于测量欲加入的物质。当加入量达到如刻度深度所指示的期望值后,再次翻转盖子以将物质倾入容器。当盖子旋上装料口后,杯状部的表面变成了密闭容器的内表面的一部分。这样,就不需要像现有技术那样用一个单独的量杯来测量加入的组分。更好地,杯状部具有一个不对称的边缘,使得边缘的一部分形成一个溢口。
优选地,盖子具有一个轴心和一个外围延伸部,该外围延伸部设置成内表面为内螺纹,且螺纹内侧为一个轴面,最好还包括一个橡胶密封圈例如O型环,用以与容器的外螺纹边缘上的一个轴面密封。杯状部设置于盖子的轴封表面,使得杯状部和容器中所有暴露于物料的区域都在密封表面的范围之内。

具体实施方式
参考图1,一个容器10,例如一个手动喷雾器的压力桶,包括一个限定容器10的入口14的颈部12。颈部12设有螺纹16用以将容器盖18固定在容器10上以密封入口14。螺纹16可以是内螺纹也可以是外螺纹,但最好是如图1所示的外螺纹。颈部12以一个密封边20结束,该密封边20用于将O型环22在颈部12和盖子18之间压紧(以下将详细描述)。
参考图1、2和3,盖子18一般向上凸起,具有通常为轴向延伸的外围延伸部24,并且与轴心部分26连接。优选地,延伸部24的外表面28还设有多个凸起的肋30,以便于使用者在使用中握紧盖子进行旋紧或者旋松,同时外表面28最好还设有特定的区域32,最好是稍微凹进表面28,用以张贴和显示在特定使用中用以确定容器10内的物质的标签(图未示)。延伸部24设有一个具有内螺纹34的内表面,用于与颈部12上的外螺纹16相啮合。延伸部24通过多个角板36牢固地固定到轴心26上。如图3所示,延伸部24终止于角板36外侧的环形轴表面38,该环形轴表面用于接受O型环22,以前述方式将盖子18与颈部12密封。
轴心26在其外轴面上最好还包括第一和第二半球状凹陷区40,该两个凹陷区40以横向的法兰42隔开,以给加强肋30提供握持表面。
在其内表面上,一个通常为圆柱形的壁44从轴心26沿角板36内侧轴向延伸,与轴心26共同限定了一个杯状部46,用以测量加入到容器10中的组分,只需将盖子18从其使用位置翻转以使杯状部46凹面向上。杯状部46最好标有刻度,用以目测杯状部46中测量的组分的量。例如,壁44的内表面47可以被划线或者标记以通过其深度显示加入的组分的量。在一个优选的实施例中,杯状部46设有一个沿杯状部46径向延伸的隔板48,并且设有多个台阶50,每个台阶上设有标记以显示各个台阶与轴心26之间的杯状部26的体积。例如一组台阶50a标有表示液体的盎司数值的标记,另一组台阶50b标有显示液体的毫升数值的标记。根据本发明采用其他的隔板、台阶和标记是很容易理解的。因此,杯状部46非常适合用作测量从入口14加入容器10中的组分。优选的,壁44的外缘53不对称(见图3),从而形成一个天然的溢口55以方便组分、特别是液体,从量杯倾倒入容器。
本发明的量杯的一个重要的优点是,当盖子盖紧容器后,壁44延伸到颈部12内,因此杯状部46内的任何残留组分都会倒入并添加到已经在容器中的组分中,且壁44的表面被容器中的混合物所冲刷。
轴心26可在其中心被关闭,然而在本发明的一个优选实施例中(参考图2-8),一个压力释放系统60被设置在轴心26的一个轴孔61中(图2)。系统60包括一个通常为关闭的阀,并且可以根据需要手动操作释放容器中的压力,或者按照已知方式设置成当内部压力超出预定上限时容器10排气的放气阀。

本发明的压力释放系统的一个重要的优点是盖子62的法兰100与套管96叠置使得从容器10中释放的空气和/或物料直接向下朝着轴心26,而非如现有技术中向上朝着使用者。另外,由于轴心26的外围延伸部24的内螺纹34与颈部12的外螺纹16相重合,一旦盖子18松动,任何从容器10释放的空气和/或物质就会通过外围延伸部24直接向下排出而远离使用者。
如图9所示为本发明的一个可替换的螺纹配置,颈部12a设有外螺纹16a,用于将盖子18与容器10密封。螺纹16a包括成型在颈部12a上的各种斜度的凹槽,并且以通常的轴向在颈部12a的外部末端终止,以接受构型在盖子18的螺纹34区域的向内延伸的柱头螺栓34a(图3)。当盖子18置于颈部12a上并且柱头螺栓34a与凹槽16a的外部末端相啮合时,将盖子旋转四分之一周(90度)就能够将盖子和O型环与颈部12a达到密封。
尽管本发明已通过参考各种特定的实施例予以说明,应该理解,在本发明的精神和范围内还是可以有很多的改变。因此,本发明并不局限于所述的实施例,而完全应该由权利要求来限定。

Claims (18)

1、一种容器盖,用于封闭容器的螺纹口,其特征在于该容器盖包括:
a、一个轴心;
b、一个从所述轴心延伸的外围延伸部,该延伸部具有与所述螺纹口相啮合的螺纹,旋转所述盖子可以打开或封闭所述螺纹口;
c、一个轴向壁,在外围延伸部内从所述轴心延伸,与所述轴心配合限定所述容器盖的一个杯状部,该杯状部用作测量工具,在所述容器盖从所述容器旋开时,用于测量加入到所述容器中的组分。
2、根据权利要求1所述的容器盖,其特征在于,还包括一个横跨所述轴心部分延伸的隔板。

13、根据权利要求1所述的容器盖,其特征在于,所述螺纹口包括所述容器的一个颈部。
14、根据权利要求13所述的容器盖,其特征在于,所述容器的所述颈部的外表面包括与所述容器盖相啮合的螺纹。
15、根据权利要求1所述的容器盖,其特征在于,所述外围延伸部螺纹为外螺纹,所述螺纹口的螺纹为内螺纹。
16、一种容器盖,用于闭合容器的开口,其特征在于包括:
a、一个轴心;
b、一个从所述轴心伸展的外围延伸部,该外围延伸部具有至少一个柱头螺栓,用于与设置于所述容器的颈部的至少一个可变斜度凹槽相啮合,从而使盖子的旋转可以打开或关闭所述开口。
c、一个轴向壁,在所述外围延伸部内从所述轴心伸展,与所述轴心配合限定出所述容器的一个杯状部,该杯状部用作测量工具,在所述容器盖从所述容器旋开时,用于测量加入到所述容器中的组分。
17、一种容器盖,其特征在于包括一个设置在所述盖子的一个开口中的一个压力释放系统。
18、一种测量和通过螺纹进料口向一个容器中加入一定量的物质的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、提供一个用于封闭所述开口的容器盖,所述容器盖包括一个轴心,一个从所述轴心延伸的外围延伸部,该延伸部具有与所述螺纹开口相啮合的设置,以使旋转所述盖子可以打开或关闭所述开口,一个在所述外围延伸部内从所述轴心延伸的轴向壁,与所述轴心配合限定了该容器盖的一个杯状部,用作测量工具用于测量加入到所述容器中的组分,所述杯状部包括用以指示杯状部中的组分的量的刻度;
b、确认所述容器盖已从所述容器旋开;
c、定位所述容器盖,使所述杯状部的凹面朝上;
d、加入所述物质到所述杯状部,直到加入物质的深度与所述杯状部中的所述刻度的高度相同;和
e、倾斜所述容器盖以使所述物质通过所述进料口加入到所述容器。
