Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别是用于带有全轮驱动或后轮驱动的汽车中的纵轴,它具有一个变速箱侧活节/万向节、一个差速器侧活节和一个中部活节,所述各活节分别具有一个内圈和一个至少部分地包围所述内圈的外圈,其中通过所述中部活节两个轴段不可相对转动地连接。这里在本发明的情况中采用术语“变速箱侧”和“差速器侧”只是示例性地用于区分所述纵轴的两个端部。
背景技术
在具有一在行驶方向上通常安装在前面的带有变速箱的发动机的汽车中,通过一个沿行驶方向设置的纵轴将发动机的用于后轮驱动的驱动力矩传递到后桥差速器上。其中由于经常性的交变转矩和转速以及上达额定转矩十倍的载荷冲击,所述纵轴受到强烈的负荷作用。同时还应保持由所述纵轴产生的振动和噪声尽量小。
通常一个开头所述的纵轴通过变速箱侧活节的和差速器侧活节的一带有外环的凸缘连接部不可相对转动地固定在变速箱输出轴和差速器输入轴上。这种凸缘连接部同时还用于使所述纵轴对中。但是,对于在运行中经常出现的每分钟8000至10000转的高的纵轴转速,因为由于未充分对中造成的很小的纵轴不平衡就已经会在所述纵轴中产生高的离心力,这种离心力会导致振动和干扰性的噪声。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种开头所述类型的纵轴,在这种纵轴中产生振动和噪声的离心力会大大减小。
按照本发明这样来实现这个目的,即变速箱侧活节的以及差速器侧活节的内圈分别具有一个设有一个插接齿部的中部孔,以不可相对转动地将所述纵轴连接在变速箱输出轴或差速器输入轴的轴颈上并使所述纵轴在所述轴颈上对中。这里本发明基于这样的思想,即变速箱侧活节的和差速器侧活节的内圈与变速箱输出轴或差速器输入轴之间的插接连接与凸缘对中相比明显较小的对中直径使得在公差量相同的情况下可实现对所述纵轴的不平衡性的明显降低。这样由于不平衡产生离心力也会降低,因此由于传动系的振动和噪声较小而提高了车辆的舒适性。这里将所述纵轴变速箱侧活节的成型内圈套插在变速箱输出轴的一个相应成型的轴颈上,而将差速器侧活节的内圈套插在差速器输入轴的一个轴颈上,由此可通过所述纵轴实现变速箱输出轴和差速器输入轴之间的连接。这样既通过所述纵轴形成了变速箱输出轴和差速器输入轴之间不可相对转动的连接,又实现了所述纵轴的对中。
如果所述中部活节同样具有一个带有一设有一个插接齿部的中部孔的内圈,其中所述插接齿部接纳所述纵轴的一个轴段的相应轴颈以进行不可相对转动的插接对中,则可通过所述中部活节改善所述纵轴的两个轴段的对中。这里纵轴的两个轴段在中部活节中的连接以与变速箱输出轴和差速器输入轴在所述纵轴上的连接基本上相同方式进行。
在本发明思想的一个改进方案中设想,所述纵轴的两个轴段设计成轴管,并且变速箱侧活节、差速器侧活节和中部活节的外圈是直接接合在所述轴管上的板材成形件。在所述纵轴的活节中主要采用例如通过焊缝直接接合在所述纵轴管上的板材成形件,这降低了所述纵轴的总重量。使所述纵轴的重量最小,除改善对中外,同样还对降低所出现的离心力有所贡献。
在运行中在变速箱侧活节和中部活节中通常只出现很小的弯曲角,从而在所述纵轴的变速箱侧活节或中部活节中采用同步活节(Gleichlaufgelenk)不会给同步特性带来明显的改善。因此,为了实现按本发明的纵轴的最佳经济性,变速箱侧活节和/或中部活节优选设计成滑移活节(Verschiebegelenk)。
如果变速箱侧活节和中部活节设计成滑移活节并具有一共同的安装移动路程,其中所述路程至少相当于变速箱输出轴或差速器输入轴在运行中伸入变速箱侧活节或差速器侧活节的内圈中的长度,则可特别简单地将根据本发明的纵轴安装在变速箱输出轴和差速器输入轴之间。
因为纵轴的差速器侧活节的运行弯曲角通常处于一个明显高于变速箱侧活节和中部活节的弯曲角的范围内,所以为了改善同步特性优选将差速器侧活节设计成同步活节。
根据本发明的一个优选实施形式,所述纵轴变速箱侧的轴段具有这样的直径,该直径与差速器侧的轴段的直径的不同,从而所述两个轴段可伸缩管式地相互套插。在纵轴的这种结构形式中可避免所述纵轴在例如由于事故而发生顶压(Stauchung)时会出现弯折并进入车辆内部空间。纵轴的两个轴段在发生压合时更多地是伸缩管式地相互套插,从而降低了由所述纵轴造成的对车辆内部空间中的乘客的威胁。

具体实施方式
图1中示出的纵轴1具有两个设计成轴管的通过一个中部活节4相互连接的轴段2和3。纵轴1在图中左侧的端部是在车辆中沿行驶方向通常设置在前面的变速箱侧,而纵轴1在图中右侧的端部在安装状态朝向后轴差速器。
所述纵轴l的变速箱侧的轴段2在其远离中部活节4的一侧通入一个变速箱侧活节5,而所述第二轴段3在其远离中部活节4的端部具有一个差速器侧活节6。所述轴段2和3设计成轴管,其中形成所述纵轴1的变速箱侧轴段2的管在变速箱侧通过一焊缝8与变速箱侧活节5的设计成板材成形件的外圈7相连接,而在其朝向中部活节4的一侧与一中空轴颈9焊接连接。形成所述纵轴1的差速器侧轴段3的管通过焊缝10a或10b中部活节4的外圈11或差速器侧活节6的外圈12相连接,所述两个外圈都设计成板材成形件。
所述纵轴1的变速箱侧轴段2的直径D2略小于所述纵轴1的差速器侧轴段3的直径D3,从而所述两个轴段2和3可伸缩管式地相互套插。
变速箱侧活节5以及中部活节4是滑移活节,所述滑移活节从外向内具有外圈7或11,一个其中引导多个滚珠14的保持架13和一个内圈15。这里所述内圈设有一个中部孔16,所述中部孔具有一个插接齿部17,以与一相应地成型的轴颈不可相对转动地连接,并与其对中。
在内圈15的外侧和外圈7的内侧形成沿纵轴1的轴向延伸滚道,由所述保持架13引导的滚珠14可以在所述滚道中滚动或滑动,从而使得外圈7或12和内圈15之间可进行轴向移动。这里如图2所示,所述保持架13可在内圈15上可轴向移动地被引导,或者在外圈(未示出)中具有一个保持架引导装置。
所述纵轴1的差速器侧活节6构造成一个具有成型的内圈18、一个引导多个滚珠19的保持架20和设有一个插入件21的外圈12的对应滚道同步活节(Gegenbahngleichlaufgelenk)。这里在所述内圈18中设有一个中部孔22,所述中部孔具有一插接齿部23,以不可相对转动地接纳一差速器输入轴的相应地成型的轴颈24,并使该轴颈对中。
通过一个滚珠轴承单元25弹性地支承与所述纵轴1的变速箱侧轴段2相连的轴颈9。此外所述纵轴1通过所述纵轴1的变速箱侧活节5和差速器侧活节6在内圈15和18中对中并被支承。
例如可这样来实现将所述纵轴1安装在一变速箱输出轴(未示出)的轴颈和一差速器输入轴的轴颈24之间,即首先将变速箱侧活节5的内圈15套插在变速箱输出轴的相应轴颈上。在所述滚珠14碰到由所述外圈7或11规定的用点划线14a和14b表示的界限上之前,都设计成滑移活节的变速箱侧活节5和中部活节4可从其在图2中所示的滚珠14的中部运行位置出发向两个方向移动距离l1。在每个滑移活节中所述内圈在滚珠14滚动的情况下以这种方式可相对于所述外圈从图2所示的位置沿两个方向偏移距离l1。
在所述滚珠14在所述内圈15上滑动的情况下,当所述滚珠贴靠在与外圈相连的限定止挡26上时,所述内圈15还可附加地相对于所述外圈7或11移动过距离l2。这里所述滚珠14在所述内圈15上的最大行程由止推环27限定。
变速箱侧活节5以及中部活节4的分别由距离l1+l2组成的安装移动路程至少相当于差速器输入轴的轴颈在运行时伸入所述差速器侧活节6的内圈18的长度L的一半。由此所述纵轴1本身可在所述变速箱侧活节5中和中部活节4中进行缩合,直至所述差速器侧活节6的内圈18可与所述轴颈24相平齐地定向。通过所述内圈15在所述变速箱侧活节5和所述中部活节4中相对于所述外圈7或11的移动,所述差速器侧活节6的内圈18套插在差速器输入轴的轴颈24上。此时,所述纵轴1同时与所述差速器输入轴对中。
此外所述活节4、5和6还可以由防护板28a、28b和28c以及由波纹管(Faltbalg)29a、29b和29c密封和保护,以防止污物的进入。

Claims (7)
1.特别是用于具有全轮驱动或后轮驱动的汽车的纵轴,具有一变速箱侧活节(5)、一差速器侧活节(6)和一中部活节(4),所述各活节分别具有一内圈(15、18)和一至少部分地包围所述内圈的外圈(7、11、12),其中所述纵轴(1)的两个轴段(2、3)通过所述中部活节(4)不可相对转动地连接,其特征在于,所述变速箱侧活节(5)和所述差速器侧活节(6)的内圈(15、18)分别具有一个设有一个插接齿部(17、23)的中部孔(16、22),以不可相对转动地将所述纵轴(1)连接在变速箱输出轴或差速器输入轴的轴颈(24)上并使所述纵轴在所述轴颈上对中。
2.按权利要求1所述的纵轴,其特征在于,所述中部活节(4)具有一带一设有一插接齿部(17)的中部孔(16)的内圈(15),所述插接齿部接纳所述纵轴(1)的一个轴段(2)的一个轴颈(9),以进行不可相对转动的插接对中。
3.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的纵轴,其特征在于,所述纵轴(1)的两个轴段(2、3)设计成轴管,并且变速箱侧活节(5)、差速器侧活节(6)和中部活节(4)的外圈(7、11、12)是直接接合在所述轴管上的板材成形件。
4.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的纵轴,其特征在于,所述变速箱侧活节(5)和/或中部活节(4)是滑移活节
5.按权利要求4所述的纵轴,其特征在于,所述滑移活节(4、5)具有一共同的安装移动路程(2l1+2l2),所述路程至少相当于变速箱输出轴或差速器输入轴(24)在运行中伸入变速箱侧活节(5)或差速器侧活节(6)的内圈(15、18)中的长度(L)。
6.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的纵轴,其特征在于,所述差速器侧活节(6)是一同步活节。
7.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的纵轴,其特征在于,所述变速箱侧的轴段(2)具有一直径(D2),该直径与差速器侧轴段(3)的直径(D3)不同,从而所述纵轴(1)的两个轴段(2、3)可伸缩管式地相互套插。
