技术领域

背景技术
提供擦洗功能的基材广泛用来清洁家庭环境，非常频繁地用于清洁烹饪器具、和厨房、卫生间内的表面。用于这些用途的已知的擦洗基材包括树脂粘合的非织造织物网型，美国专利US-A-2958593中有描述。这些网内可以加入研磨粒子，增强擦除功能。
其他用于擦洗烹饪器具的材料是垫子，由卷曲或波浪形长丝的长丝束形成，如美国专利US-A-4991362所述。这些垫子也可以加入研磨粒子，增强它们的擦除功能。
英国专利GB-A-1539477和WO02/06009还提出：将植绒基材用于家庭清洁，并通过在植绒纤维的自由端上沉积研磨粒子(树脂珠形式)，来增强基材的研磨功能。
随着许多场合中被研磨材料损伤的表面日益增多，消费者对于具有较柔软的研磨功能、又能够很快和彻底地去除污垢、油脂、烧焦食品等物质的清洁基材的需求越来越强。消费者还需求：清洁基材自身也易于清洁(例如使用后仅漂洗即可)，而且不留有不好的味道和残留物(例如食物碎屑)，所述不好的味道和残留物随后会污染擦过的其他表面。本发明的一个目的是满足这些要求。
本发明基于一个意外的发现：下述植绒基材作为擦洗材料功效高、而且不需在植绒纤维上沉积任何研磨粒子，该基材内的植绒纤维比现有的用于家庭擦洗基材中的短。植绒纤维上没有研磨粒子就降低了基材损伤清洁表面的可能性。
由此，本发明提供一种植绒基材，用作家庭擦洗材料，其中的植绒包含这样的纤维：它们排布成基本垂直于基材，而且最长的长度为2.0mm，所述纤维基本不含研磨粒子。
已经有人提出：将植绒纤维长度小于2.0mm、而且不含研磨粒子的植绒基材，用作某些工业加工中的抛光垫子(见WO98/45112，FR-A-2799403和EP-A-1057590，它们描述了将植绒基材用作抛光物，例如光学玻璃和半导体基材)。在这些工业加工中，抛光垫子一般与一些形式的抛光化合物组合使用。
发明内容
本发明也提供一种清洁制品，它包含叠加到泡沫材料层上的植绒基材，其中植绒包含这样的纤维：它们排布成基本垂直于固定它们的基材表面，而且最长长度为2.0mm，所述纤维基本不含研磨粒子。所述泡沫材料可以是任何已知的适用于家庭清洁的类型，包括：密度为75-125kg/m3的纤维素泡沫材料、密度为18-30kg/m3的聚氨酯泡沫材料。这些清洁制品可以是适于手持的垫子形式，为使用者提供两种不同的清洁作用，在清洁表面时很有用，即：垫子的植绒表面所提供的擦洗功能，和垫子的另一面泡沫材料表面所提供的擦拭功能。
本发明还提供一种清洁制品，它包含植绒擦片，其中植绒包含这样的纤维：它们排布成基本垂直于固定它们的擦片的表面，而且最长长度为2.0mm，所述纤维基本不含研磨粒子。
本文使用的“擦片”一词指这样的吸收液体的网材料：它适用于干或湿的条件，以便通过擦拭方式，从表面上脱除不希望有的物质。根据它们的耐用性，擦片经常被分类成“一次性”(指它们在使用后即被弃去)、“半一次性”(指它们可以洗涤和再使用达有限的次数)、和“可重复使用”(指它们预期可以洗涤和重复使用)。虽然可以使用单位重量＞15-300gm/m2的擦片材料，但是已知的擦片材料通常具有15-300gm/m2的单位重量，而且包含针织、机织和非织造的材料。擦片材料经常是亲水性的，但是也可以特别构造成吸收非水性液体，例如油脂和油。
在本发明的清洁制品内，植绒应当以这样的方式施加：擦片的吸收液体的表面的至少一个区域被露出。该类型的清洁制品还为使用者提供两种不同的清洁作用，在清洁表面时很有用，即：擦片的植绒区域(一个或多个)所提供的擦洗功能，和露出的吸收液体的区域(一个或多个)所提供的擦拭功能。
擦片的两面一般提供同样的擦拭功能，但是，如果本发明的清洁制品包含这样的擦片：其中擦拭功能仅由擦片的一面提供，那么就应当施加植绒纤维，使该面的至少一部分表面保持露出。

图1所示的通常类型的植绒基材，及其制造方法，是众所周知的。在常规的方法中，一层粘合剂层被施加到基材材料上，同时，粘合剂仍然是粘性的，植绒纤维就通过静电被吸引到粘合剂上，使纤维的一端嵌入粘合剂内，并直立，通常垂直于基材材料。然后，在烘箱内加热基材，将粘合剂层干燥并固化。
制备擦洗基材1时，任何适用于家庭清洁的机织或非织造的柔性材料(即：能耐热水和清洁液)，都能够用于基材材料5。一种合适的材料是机织的聚酯/棉材料，包含65％聚酯和35％棉，单位重量为105g/m2。
任何已知适于植绒、也适于家庭清洁的纤维(即：能耐热水和清洁液)，都能够用于植绒3。一种特别合适的材料是聚酰胺，尤其是尼龙6或尼龙6.6，但是也可以使用聚丙烯纤维或聚酯纤维。可以根据需要染色的纤维优选具有15-80分特的纤度(单位长度的质量)(更优选22-50分特)，而且被切成不大于2.0mm。已经发现：使用长0.8mm、44分特的纤维，或长0.4mm、22分特的纤维，能够获得特别有效的擦洗效果。
植绒3可以均匀地施加在基材上，在该情形下，施加量优选为150-180g/m2。另外，植绒3也可以施加成使它在基材材料5的表面上形成一个图案：该方法是众所周知的，包括通常通过一些印刷方法，将粘合剂7以所要求的图案施加到表面上，结果植绒纤维就仅结合到基材的施加粘合剂的区域。图2例如示出了一个图案，该图案这样获得：从基材材料5的常规间隔的矩形区域11除去粘合剂7。在该情形下，植绒纤维3结合到基材材料5的各处，除了那些矩形区域外，而基材仍保持露出。区域11的尺寸可以改变，以便改变未被植绒3所覆盖的基材材料5的区域，区域11的形状也可以改变。
选择用来结合植绒3到基材材料5上的粘合剂也应当适于家庭清洁(它尤其应当能够耐热水和清洁液)，而且不应当影响基材材料的柔软性。合适的粘合剂是丙烯酸类粘合剂和PVC(聚氯乙烯)树脂，而且其施加量是在基材材料上形成一个很薄的层。
已经发现：图1所示的植绒基材在家庭环境中会提供有效的擦洗功能，尽管植绒纤维3上不存在任何研磨粒子，但是它不仅足以清洁厨房和卫生间的表面，而且还可以使用普通的液体洗涤剂，从烹饪器具去除烧焦的食物。已经发现：在一些情形下，其擦洗效果比得上、并超过目前可以买到的非织造的、非擦伤的家庭擦洗材料，包括那些含有塑料(或其他柔软的)研磨粒子的材料。另一方面，植绒基材上不含研磨粒子就基本避免了任何会损伤被清洁表面的危险。已经发现：植绒基材不会带上从清洁表面上脱除的材料碎屑，这样就可以使任何留在基材上的残留物在使用后都易于通过在水中简单漂洗基材而去除。如果需要，也可以在热水和洗涤剂中洗涤基材，然后重复使用。
通过使用染色的或载有印刷图案的基材材料，并以这样的方式施加植绒3：使染色或印刷的图案保持明显，就能够改变植绒基材的外观。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中，上述的图1-2所示的植绒基材1叠加到泡沫材料层9上，如图3所示。然后，将该叠层物切成适于家庭清洁、尤其适于手持的尺寸的垫子。泡沫材料9可以是任何适于家庭清洁的已知的类型，包括密度为75-125kg/m3的纤维素泡沫材料、密度为18-30kg/m3的聚氨酯泡沫材料。
所述泡沫材料可以是任何合适的厚度，但是已经发现：0.5-5.0cm的厚度尤其适用于家庭清洁。当使用更薄的泡沫材料层时，就将叠层物切成表面积更大的垫子(例如尺寸大至20cm×20cm)。较厚的泡沫材料层更适于表面积较小的垫子(例如尺寸约为7cm×9cm)。
通过例子来说明，图4示出了一个清洁垫子13，它包含植绒基材15，该基材叠加到泡沫材料层17上。在该情形下，植绒被施加到基材上，形成图2所示的图案，该图案并不关键，植绒也可以施加到基材上形成其他的图案，或被连续施加。
图5示出了一个清洁制品21，它也包含一个植绒基材，其中植绒包含纤维23，被排布成基本垂直于基材25，而且由粘合剂层27固定到基材上。但是，在该情形下，基材25包含一个适于消费者用来清洁表面的擦片。擦片25可以是“一次性”(指它们在使用后即被弃)、“半一次性”(指它们可以洗涤和再使用达有限的次数)、或“可重复使用”(指它们预期可以洗涤和重复使用)。虽然可以使用单位重量＞15-300gm/m2的擦片材料，但是已知的擦片材料通常具有15-300gm/m2的单位重量。针织和机织材料是合适的，作为非织造织物材料，包括干法成网、湿法成网和纺粘材料，它们可以以合适的方式进行热粘合、树脂粘合、超声波粘合、针刺、水力缠结等。
适用于一次性擦片的材料包括纺粘、射流喷网的非织造织物材料，单位重量为15-75g/m2，由例如PET、人造丝、粘胶纤维、木浆、聚丙烯、天然纤维、聚酰胺纤维或它们的混合物形成。一次性擦片的例子有：购自杜邦公司的商品名为“Sontara”的擦片、购自意大利Tenotex of Terno d’Isola的商品名为“TenoLace”的擦片。
适用于半一次性擦片的材料包括射流喷网的非织造织物材料，单位重量为75-250g/m2，由例如聚酯、聚酰胺、粘胶的纤维或微纤维形成。半一次性擦片的材料的例子有：购自美国明尼苏达州3M公司的商品名为“Scotch-BriteTMDusting Cloth”的材料，和购自杜邦公司的“Sontara”。
适于可重复使用的擦片的材料包括针织、机织、热粘合、乳胶涂敷、和羚羊皮类型的材料，单位重量为100-300g/m2，由例如PET、人造丝、粘胶纤维、聚丙烯、天然纤维、聚酰胺的纤维或微纤维、或它们的混合物形成。可重复使用的擦片的例子有：购自西班牙LeverofMacrid公司的商品名为“Ideal”的擦片
擦片常常是亲水性的，但是也可以特别构造成吸收非水性液体。例如微纤维擦片预期用来从表面脱除油脂。
擦片25的两面一般提供同样的擦拭功能。但是，如果其仅一面提供擦拭功能，那么植绒纤维23就以这样的方式施加到擦片上：使擦片的该面的足够区域保持露出，而且能够用来提供擦拭功能。在该情形下，例如植绒纤维23能够仅施加到擦片25的另一面(非擦拭面)上。
有关图1-3的植绒3的上述描述也适用于清洁制品21的植绒23。同样，植绒23也可以这样施加：或是均匀地施加到擦片25的表面上，在该情形下，它的施加量优选为150-180g/m2，或更优选的是：使它在擦片25的表面上以上述方式形成一个图案。在后一种情形下，优选采用网涂方法，将粘合剂27以所要求的图案施加到擦片材料的表面上，因为它能够保障施加一层很薄的高粘度粘合剂，由此就能够保持表面的非涂敷区域的吸收液体性能、和擦片另一表面(如果合适的话)的吸收液体的性能。
植绒23可以以图2所示的图案、或例如以图6-7所示的替换图案，施加到擦片25的表面上。根据需要，也可以使用其他图案，包括无序图案。
图6示出了一个图案，它通过将粘合剂27印刷到擦片25上、印成两组垂直的平行线而获得。图7示出了一个图案，它通过将粘合剂27印刷到擦片25上、印成一组平行线而获得。当施加植绒的擦片25的表面具有吸收液体的性能时，植绒优选以这样的方式施加：使吸收液体的性能保持在非植绒区域。植绒也优选以这样的方式施加：使擦片另一表面的任何吸收液体的性能都不受影响。对于一些应用，较好的是：植绒仅施加到擦片25的一个选出的区域内，例如在一个角内。
用来粘合植绒23到擦片25上的粘合剂，也应当选择适用于擦片所预定的条件(例如能够耐热水和清洁液)。它优选不应当影响：或是擦片的柔软性，或如上所述，擦片表面未涂敷部分的吸收液体的性能。合适的粘合剂和涂敷量如上述图1的粘合剂7。
如果需要，在施加植绒和第一层粘合剂固化之后，还可以将粘合剂再涂敷到第一层的顶部。该额外工序是纺织行业内用于提高植绒材料耐久性的公知步骤。
已经发现：上述图5所示的植绒擦片，通过采用植绒表面，可以提供有效的擦洗功能，尽管植绒纤维23上不含任何研磨粒子，但是它不仅足以清洁工作表面，而且还可以使用普通的液体洗涤剂，从烹饪器具去除烧焦的食物。已经发现：在一些情形下，其擦洗效果比得上、并超过目前可以买到的非织造的、非擦伤的家庭擦洗材料，包括那些含有塑料(或其他柔软的)研磨粒子的材料。另一方面，植绒纤维23上不含研磨粒子就基本避免了任何会损伤清洁表面的危险。同时，擦片的未植绒表面或表面区域能够提供擦片25所预定的正常的擦拭功能。已经发现：擦片25的植绒表面或表面区域不会捕捉从清洁表面上脱除的材料碎屑，这样就可以使任何留在基材上的残留物在使用后都易于通过在水中简单漂洗擦片而去除。
擦片25的尺寸一般适用于手持，但是例如也可以具有更大的尺寸，以适用于清洁地板的拖把头子。
Claims (33)
1.一种植绒基材的用途，它用作家庭擦洗材料，其中所述的植绒包含这样的纤维：它们排布成基本垂直于基材，而且最长的长度为2.0mm，所述纤维基本不含研磨粒子。
2.如权利要求1所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒包含这样的纤维：它的长度为0.4-0.8mm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒包含这样的纤维：它的纤度为15-80分特。
4.如权利要求3所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒包含这样的纤维：它的纤度为22-44分特。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒包含这样的纤维：它的长度为0.8mm、纤度为44分特。
6.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒包含这样的纤维：它的长度为0.4mm、纤度为22分特。
7.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒包含聚酰胺材料的纤维。
8.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒由粘合剂层固定到基材上，所述粘合剂层基本不改变基材的柔软性。
9.如权利要求8所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒由丙烯酸类粘合剂或PVC树脂固定到基材上。
10.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒是非均一地排布在基材上。
11.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的基材是机织的网材料或非机织的网材料。
12.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的植绒基材叠加到一层泡沫材料层上。
13.如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的植绒基材的用途，其中所述的基材是一个擦片材料，它的吸收液体表面的一部分被露出，用作擦片。
14.一个清洁制品，它包含叠加到泡沫材料层上的植绒基材，其中植绒包含这样的纤维：它们排布成基本垂直于固定它们的基材表面，而且最长长度为2.0mm，所述纤维基本不含研磨粒子。
15.如权利要求14所述的清洁制品，其中所述的泡沫材料层包含适于手持使用的垫子。
16.如权利要求14或15所述的清洁制品，其中所述的泡沫材料是聚氨酯或纤维素泡沫材料。

32.如权利要求14-31中任一项所述的清洁制品，其中所述的植绒由粘合剂层固定到基材上，所述粘合剂层基本不改变基材的柔软性。
33.如权利要求32所述的清洁制品，其中所述的植绒由丙烯酸类粘合剂或PVC树脂固定到基材上。
