Abstract
一种治疗头痛的中药，由以下成分构成：川芎、荜茇，其成份的重量配比为：川芎100－140份、荜茇40－80份。本发明的中药具有温中、散寒、止痛的功能，对治疗血管性头痛、三叉神经痛有理想的效果。可广泛作为中年及老年人各类头痛病的治疗药物。
Description
技术领域：本发明涉及治疗头痛的中药，特别是治疗三叉神经痛的中药。
背景技术：目前用于治疗三叉神经痛的中药疗效都不显著，而西药治标不治本还有副作用，解决这一问题已成为急需。
发明的内容：克服现有技术存在的不足，提出一种治疗头痛的中药。该中药由以下成份构成：川芎、荜茇，其成份的重量配比为：川芎100-140份、荜茇40-80份。其制备工艺是：将以上二味药酌予碎断，加80％乙醇回流提取三次，每次2小时、分次过滤，合并滤液，并浓缩至相对密度为1.34(80℃热测)的浸膏，加入适量糖粉混匀制成软材，过12目筛制粒，70℃烘干，整粒，装入胶囊每粒0.5g，既得。本发明的中药由于含有川芎，对动物中枢神经系统有镇静的作用，川芎所含的阿魏酸与其它有效成份对平滑肌有抗痉作用。荜茇含有胡椒碱等成份、有抗癫痫作用。上述两味药综合作用的结果使本发明的中药具有温中、散寒、止痛的功能，对治疗血管性头痛、三叉神经痛有理想的效果。
具体实施方式：取川芎100g、荜茇80g。其制备工艺是：将以上二味药酌予碎断，加80％乙醇回流提取三次，每次2小时、分次过滤，合并滤液，并浓缩至相对密度为1.34(80℃热测)的浸膏，加入适量糖粉混合匀制成软材，过12目筛制粒，70℃烘干，整粒，装入胶囊每粒0.5g，既得。
本发明的第二个实施例，取川芎140g、荜茇40g。其制备工艺是：将以上二味药酌予碎断，加80％乙醇回流提取三次，每次2小时、分次过滤，合并滤液，并浓缩至相对密度为1.34(80℃热测)的浸膏，加入适量糖粉混合匀制成软材，过12目筛制粒，70℃烘干，整粒，装入胶囊每粒0.5g，既得。开水服用，一次2粒，一日2次。置阴凉干燥处。
本品内容物为深棕色，夹杂淡黄色的颗粒，味微苦。
鉴别
(1)取本品4g，置索氏提取器中，加适量乙醇，连续回流提取2小时，回收乙醇，残渣分别加氯仿、水各20ml充分混匀，静置，分层，弃去水层，氯仿层水浴蒸干，残渣用无水乙醇溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取胡椒碱对照品，加无水乙醇制成每1ml含4mg对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(中国药典1995年版一部附录VIB)试验，吸取上述两种溶液各单位μl、分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以苯-乙酸乙酯-丙酮(7∶2∶1)为展开剂，展开、取出，晾干。置紫外光灯(365NM)下检视，供试品色谱中，在与对照色谱相应的位置上，分别显相同的蓝色荧光斑点；喷以10％硫酸乙醇溶液，热风吹至斑点显色清晰，在日光灯下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同褐黄色的斑点。
[含量测定]取本品4g，置索氏提取器中，加醋酸乙酯适量，回流提取6小时，滤过，溶液蒸干，残渣加2.5％醋酸钠60ml溶解，用苯洗涤3次，每次15ml，弃去苯层。水层加稀HCL调PH2-3，再用醋酸乙酯萃取3次，每次20ml，合并萃取液，蒸干，残渣加甲醇溶解，并移栽至5ml使容器瓶中，加甲醇至刻度，摇匀，作为供试品溶液。另取阿魏酸对照品加甲醇制成每1ml含0.4mg对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(中国药典1995年版一部附录VIB)试验，吸取供试品溶液12μl、对照品溶液1μl、5μl分别交叉点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(8∶1∶1)上层为展开剂，饱和15分钟，展开、取出，晾干。在薄层板上覆盖以同样大小的玻璃板，周围用胶布固定，照薄层色谱法(中国药典95年版一部附录VIB薄层扫描法)进行扫描，波长：λs＝320nm，λR＝260nm，测量供试品吸收度积分值与对照品积分值，以外标两点法计算，即得。
本品含川芎按阿魏酸计算应不少于0.09mg/g。
评价本发明的中药的临床药安全性，对其进行了毒性实验研究，报告如下：
1.受试品：一种治疗头痛的中药每日2次，每次2粒。
2.试验动物：昆明种的小白鼠，体重18-22克，雌雄兼用。
3.剂量与试验药品的制备：取一种治疗头痛的中药2g，置乳钵中加10.0ml蒸馏水分散均匀，制成溶液。给药方式为灌胃给药。
一、半数致死量的测定
取小鼠9只，分三组，但未能找出100％动物死亡的剂量。选用体重20±2g的健康小鼠50只，雌雄各半，随机分为五组，一次口服
灌胃给药，剂量按等比级数，最高剂量以能够接受的最大体积计算。给药后观察7天，结果无一死亡。
二、最大耐受量试验
选择健康小鼠20只，雌雄各半，正常饲养1日后，24小时内给药2次，
间隔时间12小时，连续观察7日，未见不良反应和死亡情况，可认为该药口服无毒性。
最大耐受量倍数计算如下：
如果按成人每日服2g计算，结果为正常临床剂量的240倍，说明一种治疗头痛的中药具有安全性。
一种治疗头痛的中药临床总结
一组对血管性头痛、三叉神经痛等疾病的病人临床观察资料中的统计。
该组5％病例为观察治疗的病人。其中男子143例，女146例，年龄40-50岁58例，51-60岁210例，61岁以上21例，其中治疗方法是随机将患者分为两组，治疗组274例，服本发明的中药，每日两次，每次2粒，60天为一疗程。对照组15例，服其它药，60天为一疗程，给药前停服其它药物，治疗前后均做检查，结果表明服用本发明的中药的治疗组有效率为98％，而对照组没有明显的效果。

1、一种治疗头痛的中药，其特征在于该中药由以下成份构成：川芎、荜茇，其成份的重量配比为川芎100-140份、荜茇40--80份。
2、如权利要求1所述的治疗头痛的中药，其特征在于其制备工艺是：将以上二味药酌予碎断，加80％乙醇回流提取三次，每次2小时、分次过滤，合并滤液，并浓缩至相对密度为1.34(80℃热测)的浸膏，加入适量糖粉混合匀制成软材，过12目筛制粒，70℃烘干，整粒，装入胶囊每粒0.5g，既得。
