本发明涉及有照明装置灯体的手术灯。这种类型的手术灯在DE19838627A1中公开。
背景技术
常规的手术灯包括:至少一个辐射源和至少两个反射器。为了产生有很少阴影的照明区,手术灯发射的辐射至少以两个不同的入射角投射到照明区。通过改变至少两个反射器之间或反射器与辐射源之间的间隔,可以调整辐射的入射角。
按照现有技术的手术灯不能改变照明区(手术台上被照明的区域)的形状,而个别应用要求改变这种形状。
常规的手术灯有固定的光分布。手术灯必须满足各种不同照明情况下给出的要求。例如,大面积伤口要求大量的光来自手术灯的边缘以避免阴影并提供超出障碍物的光。对于较小直径和较大深度的伤口,需要来自手术灯中心的光。常规的手术灯很难满足这些极端的要求,因为常规的手术灯在光分布方面总是采取折衷方案。
因此,当今通常使用额灯,或使光纤引入到伤口中。然而,其缺点是,在与伤口直接接触的情况下,由于污染或卫生问题,额灯或光纤限制外科手术医生的操作(外科手术医生头部的非人体功率学姿势)或光功率。
本申请人提供这样一种手术灯,它改进小直径深度伤口的照明。
发明内容
借助包括容纳照明装置和光源的灯体的手术灯实现该目的,该光源产生照明区并能够在手术灯中心独立于其他照明装置控制该光源。基本原理是与实际光源分开地控制在手术灯中心的光源,并改变,即增大,手术灯中心的亮度。从技术上实现基本原理有三个实施例,第一,手术灯的控制装置可以独立于其他照明装置控制在手术灯中心的照明装置,并可以独立于手术灯其余部分增大在该中心的亮度。第二,在手术灯中心可以提供分开的光源。第三,附加光源可以设置在位于手术灯中心的手柄内。LED最好用作照明装置。

具体实施方式
手术灯1(图1)的侧视图说明它的基本常规设计。手术灯1包括灯体2,在其内部有照明装置(图1中未画出)。灯体2经枢杆可旋转地安装在楼房的天花板或墙壁或移动单元的稳定支架上。枢杆是由经接头互连的几个部件构成。在图1中仅仅画出枢杆的部件4,部件4牢固地连接到手术灯1。因此,手术灯1可以沿X,Y和Z方向作三维移动和转动。安装在灯体2的手柄3允许手术灯定位在手术台之上的任何位置。手柄3可拆卸地安装到手术灯的底侧5。它可以放置在发光面的中心或外侧。
光发射到底侧5以照明手术区。
图2表示由几个LED组成的环形光源6,它安装在可以消毒手柄3边缘周围的灯体2发光面。可连接的光源6利用附加光束6b产生照明区7b,它辅助光束6a产生的手术灯照明区7a,并改进照明区7a中心的深度照明。光源6的光束聚焦到照明区7a中心。可以相应地控制光源6的强度以优化深度照明。
按照图3所示的另一个实施例,几个可连接的LED作为附加光源8设置在可以消毒的中心手柄3内。光源8发射光束8b,使附加照明区9b产生在照明区9a的中心,照明区9a是由光束8a产生的。
手柄3包含可拆卸地安装在手术灯上的套筒10。图4表示可拆卸的套筒10,它可以经凸缘11安装在手术灯上。可以消毒的手柄3能够从灯体上取下进行清洁。利用可以松开锁键的传动元件12实现手柄的锁定和松开。产生白光的几个LED 8设置在套筒10的自由端,从而可以从套筒10发射光。光的发射是通过手柄中的孔径,通过覆盖孔径的透明窗口,或通过透明材料的手柄。为了沿平行方向引导光束,LED 8是与透镜元件相联系。如果需要,可以接通附加的照明装置。
参照图5,可以按照任意方式组合并包含多个LED的各个光模块13-19产生照明区20。增强中心光模块19产生的光以产生叠加到照明区20的附加照明区21,并用于照明深度伤口。参考数字22和23表示光束。
图6表示包含各个照明装置24a-24c的光源产生照明区26,这些照明装置的周围有扩展光束的透镜。光束27至29指出它的光程。增强照明中心30处的照明区26,使光源24c和光束29的强度高于边缘区域的辐射。
图7表示由单个灯31至35形成清晰光系统和边缘处设置手柄36的手术灯。中心灯35产生高强度的光束37,从而使照明区38中心39有较高的亮度以照明深度。

Claims (4)

1.一种手术灯(1),包括:
容纳照明装置的灯体(2),该照明装置构成产生多个光束的光源,这些光束产生第一照明区和第二照明区;和
手柄(3),
其特征是,手术灯(1)的控制装置控制光源(6)的第二照明装置,该光源由多个照明装置构成,该第二照明装置安装于手柄(3)边缘周围的灯体(2)的发光面,该第二照明装置的强度是可控制的,该第二照明装置独立于产生第一照明区的该光源的第一照明装置,在第一照明区中心产生第二照明区。
2.按照权利要求1的手术灯,其特征是,该第二照明装置是由包含亮度控制的中央光模块(19)构成,用于额外地增大光强。
3.按照权利要求1的手术灯,其特征是,光源是由LED构成。
4.按照权利要求3的手术灯,其特征是,提供透镜以扩展到达发光面的光,随后该透镜引导所述光从发光面到照明区和/或均化LED光。
