Abstract

众所周知,热膨胀聚合物颗粒可以被用于印花和涂覆组合物中,以使得在被印制和涂覆的基材上产生凸起纹理。
US 4,194,026公开了一种用于消声墙和消声天花板的有纹理的挠性泡沫涂层材料的制备方法,在该方法中,向聚氨酯泡沫组分中均匀施用可交联的、发泡的弹性乳液(其中含有按重量计算至多20重量%的热膨胀聚合物颗粒),该乳液经加热,聚合物颗粒膨胀,弹性乳液干燥和交联,得到有纹理的弹性涂层。

适宜的涂覆组合物可以膏状或泡沫状的形式使用,即已知的浆状化合物或泡沫化合物的形式。将其施用于基材上的方法的例子有气刀刮涂,刮刀-槽涂覆,刮刀上胶涂覆,圆网印花,转移印花,布面浸轧,和水平浸轧-轧印。也可以使用适合的液体形式的涂覆组合物并且将其喷涂于基材上。
适宜的基材可以是织物,也可以是非织物。
织物基材的例子是织品,针织品和任何类型的无纺物,例如由棉纱,粘胶纤维,亚麻布,羊毛,聚酯,聚酰胺,醋酸酯,三醋酸酯制造的织物,或由其它合成纤维制造。非织物的例子是纸,纸板,皮革,塑料和木材。
优选的基材是织物基材。
经印花和涂覆过的基材然后被热处理。在热处理过程中水分蒸发,涂层适度交联,可膨胀的聚苯乙烯微珠粒扩大得到泡沫珠粒,在织物基材上形成凸起纹理表面。热处理通常在70-140℃下进行20秒-20分钟的时间。如果热处理在相对较高的温度下进行,例如在120-200℃,泡沫聚苯乙烯颗粒可能熔化,在织物基材上形成熔融聚苯乙烯斑点。
本发明还提供了用于织物印花的印花组合物和用于泡沫涂覆的涂覆组合物,其包含:
a)1-99.9重量%,优选8-80重量%成膜聚合粘合剂的水分散体,
b)0.1-99重量%,优选5-25重量%白色或有色其未膨胀状态的直径为0.1-5mm的热膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒,
c)0-98.9重量%,优选0-87重量%添加的水,和
d)0-98.9重量%,优选0-20重量%常用的添加剂,例如防沫剂,乳化剂,增稠剂,交联剂,着色剂,色素分散剂,填料,和增牢剂。
通常使用的成膜聚合粘合剂的水分散体的例子是丙烯酸酯,丁二烯,乙酸乙烯酯,或聚氨酯水分散体,和这些单体的共聚物水分散体。所述水分散体中的固体成分优选为35-60重量%。除已经在所使用的水分散体中存在的水之外,所述印花和涂覆组合物可以包含添加的水。
通常使用的交联剂的例子是脲-甲醛加成物和三聚氰胺-甲醛加成物。其它常用的交联剂是聚异氰酸酯。
常用的增牢剂的例子是硅氧烷油(聚硅氧烷),例如LuprimolSIG和LuprimolSE。

适合的乳化剂是非离子或阴离子表面活性剂,例如LuprintolPENew.

组合物I的pH值优选为9-9.5。其粘度优选为20-45 dPa x s(通过Haake VT02,spindle 1测得)。
优选的组合物J包括
1-99.9重量%,特别是8-80重量%丙烯酸酯、丁二烯、乙酸乙烯酯、或聚氨酯分散体,例如HelizarinBinder TX4624或4574,作为成膜聚合粘合剂,
0.1-99重量%,特别是5-25重量%其颗粒直径从0.1-5mm的白色或有色聚苯乙烯颗粒,例如StyroporP656,
0-98.9重量%,特别是0-87重量%添加的水,
0-1重量%,特别是0-0.5重量%,强度为25重量%的氨水,
0-2重量%,特别是0-1重量%脲-甲醛加成物或三聚氰胺-甲醛加成物,例如Saduren163,作为交联剂,
0-1重量%,特别是0-0.5重量%多磷酸盐,聚丙烯酸钠或聚丙烯酸铵,例如PigmentverteilerA,作为分散剂,
0-30重量%,特别是0-15重量%硅酸镁或硅酸铝,例如TalkumITStar 20,作为填料,
0-70重量%,特别是0-10重量%颜料制剂,例如Helizarin,
0-5重量%,特别是0-3重量%脂肪酸酯,硬脂酸钾,或硬脂酸铵,例如C&S-Stabsol,作为泡沫稳定剂,
0-30重量%聚丙烯酸酯,例如LatekollD,作为增稠剂。
组合物J的pH值优选为9-9.5。其粘度优选为20-45 dPa x s(通过Haake VT02,spindle 1测得)。其泡沫密度优选为200-600g/l。优选采用印花刮刀系统施用组合物J,并且例如在100℃下干燥,在130℃下膨胀大约1分钟。
本发明也提供一种所述印花和涂覆组合物在印刷和涂覆纺织品基材上的应用。
Claims (6)
1、一种于基材上产生凸起纹理的方法,其中通过印刷或涂覆将包含成膜聚合粘合剂,溶剂,热膨胀聚合物颗粒以及适当的其它常用添加剂的印花和涂覆组合物施用到基材上,将印花的或涂覆过的基材进行热处理,该方法包括使用其未膨胀状态的直径为0.1-5mm的有色或无色的可膨胀聚苯乙烯微珠粒为可膨胀聚合物颗粒。
2、如权利要求1所述方法,其中基材是织物基材。
3、一种织物印花组合物或泡沫涂层用的涂覆组合物,包括
a)1-99.9重量%成膜聚合粘合剂的水分散体,
b)0.1-99重量%其未膨胀状态的直径为0.1-5mm的热膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒,
c)0-98.9重量%添加的水,和
d)0-98.9重量%常用添加剂,如防沫剂,乳化剂,增稠剂,交联剂,着色剂,颜料分散剂,分散剂,和填料。
4、如权利要求3所述的印花或涂覆组合物,其中成膜聚合粘合剂的水分散体是丙烯酸酯、丁二烯、乙酸乙烯酯、或聚氨酯水分散体,或上述单体的共聚物水分散体。
5、其未膨胀状态的直径为0.1-5mm的热膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒作为添加剂用于织物基材的印花组合物或涂覆组合物的用途。
6、权利要求3或4所述的印花或涂覆组合物用于印刷或涂覆织物基材的用途。
