Abstract
一种内窥镜用前端罩部件,利用可弹性变形的软性部件形成安装在内窥镜(1)的前端部(3)上的前端罩部件(9)的突出部(10),该前端部(10)被压接于观察对象物(13),突出部(10)因此时的力量而变形,其一部分(10a)进入观察视场范围(12)内,所以手术医生确认突出部(10)变形,从而避免使突出部(10)的前端以超过上述的力压接观察对象物(13),减轻患者的不舒适感。施加于突出部(10)的外力通过其自身的弹性变形而分散,因此可以预先防止前端罩部件的损伤。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及为了确保内窥镜的插入部前端和被摄体的最近距离而设置在内窥镜的插入部前端的内窥镜用前端罩部件。
背景技术
在现有的手术用内窥镜装置中,例如是在内窥镜插入部的前端部设置观察光学系统、导光器(light guide)、空气·水输送口、和吸引口这样的一种方案。
通过这种内窥镜装置,进行从导光器向活体组织等被摄体照射照明光,通过物镜来确认来自被摄体的反射光,并且利用吸引口吸引从空气·水输送口送出的空气或水以及其他物质等的操作。
在内窥镜装置中,为了确保观察光学系统的观察窗和被摄体之间的最近距离,在内窥镜的插入部前端设置罩部件。例如,日本实公昭59-15605号公报公开了可自由装卸地安装在内窥镜的插入部前端部的大致形成为正圆筒状的罩部件。
根据该公报公开的技术,在内窥镜的插入部前端安装罩部件,使罩部件的前端部接触被摄体,进行内窥镜观察,由此确保该被摄体和物镜光学系统的第1透镜面所在的前端部端面的距离一定,从而便于观察粘膜等易动的被摄体。
日本特开2001-224550号公报公开了这样的技术,设在内窥镜的插入部前端的大致呈圆筒状的罩部件形成为不使其进入观察视场范围的形状。
但是,在日本实公昭59-15605号公报记载的罩部件中,在内窥镜的插入部前端的前端面,由于物镜光学系统单元的配置位置、物镜光学系统单元的视场角、从内窥镜前端部的端面突出的罩的壁厚或突出高度,而产生罩部件的一部分映入观察视场范围内的,所谓视场遮挡现象,有可能给观察和诊断造成妨碍。
关于这一点,日本特开2001-224550号公报公开的罩部件形成为不使其进入观察视场范围内的形状,因此虽然不会产生视场遮挡,但在形状或材质方面,当相对该罩部件从前端侧施加外力时,罩部件不变形,该外力集中于罩部件的突出部分或相对内窥镜的安装部分。
由于施加于罩部件的外力,应力集中在该罩部件的突出部分或相对内窥镜的安装部分,罩部件容易受损,因此可以考虑使用耐久性高的材质来形成罩部件,以预先防止罩部件的损伤,但是存在罩部件价格高,制造成本提高的问题。
此外,如果在罩部件被施加了外力时,罩部件不易变形,则该罩部件容易从内窥镜的安装部偏离或脱离,因此为了防止这一点,需要将罩部件安装成相对内窥镜的安装部不易脱离的状态,但这样一来,安装结构复杂化,在进行内窥镜的修理或保养时,存在罩部件的装卸困难,作业效率降低的问题。
并且,在使用即使受到外力也不易变形的罩部件的情况下,在将内窥镜插入体腔内时,手术医生需要特别细心地进行操作,以免给患者带来不舒适感,因而存在操作性差的问题。此时,对罩部件因来自前端侧的外力而变形的力量未做任何考虑,所以罩部件的前端接触患者的体腔内的壁面时,有可能给患者带来不舒适感。
发明内容
本发明就是鉴于上述情况而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种不使用高价材料,即可确保观察视场、防止罩部件的损伤,并且可以减轻给患者带来的不舒适感的内窥镜用前端罩部件。
本发明的内窥镜用前端罩部件,具有一体地或可以装卸地设在插入管腔内的内窥镜的插入部前端的、在所述内窥镜的观察视场方向突出的突出部,其特征在于,所述突出部形成为不使其进入观察视场范围内的形状,并且利用可以弹性变形的软性部件形成,该突出部根据来自前端侧或侧方的外力而变形,并且该变形的部分进入所述观察视场范围内。

图5、图6表示本发明的第2实施方式,图5是表示从对象物给前端罩部件施加力的说明图,图6表示前端罩部件因被施加外力而产生的变形的说明图。
具体实施方式
以下,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。
图1~图4表示本发明的第1实施方式。如图1所示,内窥镜1与未图示的光源装置、视频处理器和监视器一起构成内窥镜装置。
在内窥镜1的插入部2的前端部3的端面上设置作为空气·水输送口的送气送水喷嘴4、吸引口5、观察光学系统6、照明窗7、8。观察光学系统6具有物镜,该物镜的最前端透镜配置在观察窗上。并且,虽然在图中未示出,在该物镜的内窥镜基端侧配置影像光纤束(image fiberbundle)的像入射端面(在电子内窥镜的情况下为固体摄像元件的摄像面)。另外,在照明窗7、8的内侧配置有导光器光纤束的射出端面。
另一方面,前端罩部件9可以自由装卸地设在该内窥镜1的前端部3上。前端罩部件9利用硅橡胶、氟橡胶等的硫化橡胶,或氨基甲酸(乙)酯系弹性体、丙稀酸类弹性体、聚稀烃系列弹性体等的热塑性弹性体等的、可以弹性变形的软性部件形成。
该前端罩部件9形成为大致呈圆筒状,具有从前端部3侧突出的突出部10、嵌合前端部3的内窥镜固定部11,该内窥镜固定部11通过压入被固定在前端部3上。另外,在这种情况下,前端罩部件9也可以与前端部3设成一体。
如图2所示,形成于前端罩部件9上的突出部10形成为在突出部10不变形的状态下不进入观察光学系统6的观察视场范围12的形状。并且,突出部10的基本形状大致为圆筒形状,是在从前端侧或侧方受到外力的情况下不易向外周方向变形、而容易向内周方向变形的结构。
并且,如图2所示,在从观察对象物13侧向突出部10的前端施加用箭头A表示的外力的情况下,该前端部被设定成在受到小于等于0.29MPa的力时变形。
另外,如图3所示,突出部10形成为在从前端侧或侧方被施加了外力的情况下向内周方向变形,并且变形部分的一部分10a进入观察光学系统6的观察视场范围12中的形状。
此处,如图4所示,把接触观察对象物13的突出部10的前端面的面积(斜线部分表示部位的面积)设为S,把施加到该面积S的压力设为P。如图2所示,在向突出部10的前端面施加外力的情况下,所施加的力F用下述公式表示。
F=P×S ……(1)
这里考虑突出部10在压力P为0.2MPa(2kgf/cm2)时变形的情况。
例如,在S=0.4(cm2)的情况下,根据公式(1)设定前端罩部件9的突出部10的形状、尺寸、材质,使突出部10在其前端面受到的力F为F=0.8kgf时变形。
例如,在S=0.3(cm2)的情况下,根据公式(1)设定前端罩部件9的突出部10的形状、尺寸、材质,使突出部10在受到的力F为F=0.6kgf时变形。
根据这种结构,在从前端侧向突出部10施加外力的情况下,通过使该突出部10向内周方向变形,可以分散外力。由此,应力不会集中在突出部10或内窥镜固定部11,且前端罩部件9不采用高价材质,也能预先防止突出部10的损伤。
并且,通过将形成于前端罩部件9的内窥镜固定部11压入内窥镜1的前端部3而固定的结构的情况下,通过突出部10的变形使外力分散,所以不会向内窥镜固定部11施加过大的力,因此,该内窥镜固定部11不会从前端部3偏离或脱离,可以实现固定结构的简单化。
宇野良治著《细径大肠内窥镜·CF-SV的安全性研究》(《医疗机械学》第67卷第7号增刊,1997年7月1日发行)的289页-292页内容表明,在向肠壁施加大于等于3~4kg/cm2的力时,从理论上讲,肠壁穿孔的可能性较大。
因此,手术医生操作内窥镜时向肠壁施加的外力不应超过上述力,即,应避免突出部10受到大于等于3~4kg/cm2的力。
此处,在使用内窥镜的检查中,在突出部10被粘膜压接的情况下,突出部10在本实施方式中是在0.2MPa时变形。即,确实在大致小于等于0.29MPa(3kgf/cm2)时变形,由于手术医生进行操作时避免了这种力,所以能够提前防止突出部10或内窥镜固定部11的损伤。
另外,在突出部10被观察对象物13的粘膜压接的情况下,突出部10变形,变形部分的一部分10a进入观察视场范围12内。由此,手术医生在向突出部10施加大致大于等于0.29MPa(大于等于3kgf/cm2)的力之前就可以确认突出部10发生变形。
这样,根据本实施方式,通过使用前端罩部件9易于确保观察视场,能够提高观察性能。
并且,突出部10被设定成在小于等于0.29MPa的力作用下变形,所以能够防止向前端罩部件9施加过大的力,不使用高价材质也能防止前端罩部件9的损伤,提高耐久性。
并且,由于突出部10在小于等于0.29MPa的力作用下变形,所以能够减轻给患者带来的不舒适感,另外,在从前端侧或侧方向对突出部10施加外力时,突出部10前端变形并进入观察视场范围12内,所以手术医生在向突出部10施加大致大于等于0.29MPa(大于等于3kgf/cm2)的力之前就可以确认突出部10变形,从而避免以超过上述力的外力使内窥镜1的前端部3压接观察对象物13,在保持观察对象物13和内窥镜1的前端部3间的一定距离的同时,进行内窥镜观察。
另外,图5~图6表示本发明的第2实施方式。
如图5所示,本实施方式的内窥镜1具有和前述第1实施方式相同的结构,只有前端罩部件16的结构不同。另外,前端罩部件16的材质和第1实施方式的前端罩部件9相同。
在前端罩部件16的突出部17上形成有壁厚比突出部17的基端部侧薄的前端薄壁部17a,使其在受到从该突出部17前端侧施加的外力时容易变形。该前端薄壁部17a和第1实施方式的突出部10相同,被设定成在小于等于0.29MPa的力的作用下变形。
根据这种结构,如图6所示,在从前端侧向突出部17施加外力时,前端薄壁部17a向内周方向变形分散外力,所以应力不会集中于突出部17或内窥镜固定部11,即使在前端罩部件16使用廉价材质的情况下,也能预先防止突出部17的损伤。
并且,即使对于前端罩部件16的内窥镜固定部11通过压入内窥镜1的前端部3安装固定这样的结构,内窥镜固定部11也不会从前端部3偏离或脱离,所以使用起来很方便。
另外,在突出部17被压接在观察对象物13的粘膜上的情况下,突出部17的前端薄壁部17a变形,变形部分的一部分17b进入观察视场范围12内,所以和上述的第1实施方式相同,手术医生在以大致大于等于0.29MPa(大于等于3kgf/cm2)的力使突出部17按压体腔内壁之前就可以确认突出部17变形,所以不会以超过上述力的外力按压体腔内壁,能够极大地减轻患者的不舒适感。
这样,根据本实施方式,通过使用前端罩部件16,易于确保观察视场,能够实现良好的观察性能。
并且,突出部17的前端薄壁部17a被设定成在小于等于0.29MPa的力的作用下变形,所以能够防止向前端罩部件16施加过大的力,不使用高价材质也能防止前端罩部件16的损伤,提高耐久性。
并且,由于突出部17的前端薄壁部17a被设定成在小于等于0.29MPa的力的作用下变形,所以即使突出部17被压接于体腔内壁,也不会施加超过上述力的外力,能够减轻患者的不舒适感。
另外,在从前端侧或侧方向突出部17的前端薄壁部17a施加外力时,其前端变形并进入观察视场范围12内,所以手术医生在向突出部17施加大致大于等于0.29MPa(大于等于3kgf/cm2)的力之前就可以确认突出部17变形。
另外,本发明不限于上述的各实施方式,只要使得前端罩部件9、16的突出部10、17容易向内周方向变形,在该突出部10、17变形时,其前端进入观察光学系统的观察视场范围12内,则也可以是其他结构。
并且,前端罩部件9、16的突出部10、17不限于圆筒状,突出部10、17的整体断面形状也可以是椭圆形或长方形、一部分具有直线部的形状、具有大致四边形或大致八边形等多边形形状的筒状。
另外,前端罩部件9、16可以形成为相对内窥镜1的前端部3能够自由装卸,或者形成为与内窥镜1的前端部成一体而不能装卸的结构。
以上,说明了本发明的实施方式,但不限于上述实施方式,当然在不脱离本发明精神的范围内可以进行各种变化。
根据以上说明的本发明,利用前端罩部件易于确保内窥镜的观察视场,提高观察性能。
并且,形成于前端罩部件上的突出部形成为在受到来自其前端侧的外力时可以变形,从而能够防止向前端罩部件施加过大的力,不使用高价材质也能提前防止前端罩部件的损伤,提高耐久性,同时能够减轻患者的不舒适感。
另外,在突出部的一部分变形时,变形部分的一部分进入观察视场范围内,所以手术医生容易确认前端罩部件的变形,不会以超过上述力的外力进行按压,从而极大地减轻患者的不舒适感。
Claims (3)
1.一种内窥镜用前端罩部件,一体地或可以装卸地设置在插入管腔内的内窥镜的插入部前端,具有向所述内窥镜的观察视场方向突出的突出部,其特征在于,
所述突出部形成为不进入观察视场范围内的形状,并且利用可以弹性变形的软性部件形成,该突出部因来自前端侧或侧方的外力作用而变形,该变形的部分进入所述观察视场范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜用前端罩部件,其特征在于,所述突出部形成为在前端侧或侧方受到大致小于等于0.29MPa的外力时变形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内窥镜用前端罩部件,其特征在于,利用比基端部侧的壁厚薄的薄壁部形成前端侧,所述薄壁部因来自前端侧或侧方的外力作用而变形,变形的该薄壁部进入所述观察视场范围内。
