技术领域
本发明涉及一种在致冷系统内应用的被线性电动机驱动的往复式压缩机,在缸体内设置一往复式活塞。更具体地说,本发明涉及活塞和与之相关的共振系统之间的联轴器
背景技术
在被线性电动机驱动的往复式压缩机中,通过缸体内每个活塞往复轴向运动,执行吸气操作和气体压缩操作,缸体由缸体盖封闭并被安装在密封外壳内,吸气阀和排放阀被设置在缸体盖内,它们相对于缸体控制气体的进入和排出。活塞由致动装置驱动。致动装置支撑可操作地与被固定在压缩机外壳上的线性电动机相关的磁性元件。
在一些公知结构中,每个活塞致动装置与被固定在压缩机密封外壳上的共振弹簧相连,以便促使活塞轴向运动并使整个装置在预定频率下共振运动,允许线性电动机被适合地确定尺寸,以便在操作时向压缩机供应能量。
在一种公知结构中,两个螺旋弹簧相对于每侧上的致动装置被压缩安装。活塞与致动装置、磁性元件一起形成。压缩机的共振装置被线性电动机驱动,并具有发展往复线性运动,使活塞在缸体内部运动的功能,从而对通过进气阀的气体施加压缩作用,使所述气体通过排气阀被排出到高压侧。
无论形成与活塞的接触区域的末端线圈的形状,受压下的螺旋弹簧产生接触力,其沿确定的周向接触范围不均匀分布,压缩力在末端线圈开始接触活塞的区域集中。
在一种公知方案(US5525845)中,螺旋弹簧和活塞之间的连接由薄圆杆完成,所述圆杆具有足够的横向韧性,可以吸收弹簧的横向移动,但是其轴向刚性地将轴向力传送给活塞。
在另一种公知结构中,螺旋弹簧被坐在与活塞相连的盘上,从而将所有力施加在活塞上。然而,螺旋弹簧不仅产生轴向力,也产生径向力,轴向力自身与弹簧的对称轴线不同心。这种弹簧不完美力作用在活塞上,干涉线性压缩机的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种由线性电动机驱动的往复式压缩机,其具有简单的结构并具有最少的带相对运动的元件,可以减少作用在活塞上的横向力,减少压缩力在致动装置上的集中效应,减少致动装置和活塞的动量。
利用下述一种由线性电动机驱动的往复式压缩机,可以实现上述目的和其它目的。所述由线性电动机驱动的往复式压缩机包括:一密封外壳,由电动机和缸体组成的基准装置被安装在所述外壳内;由在所述缸体内往复运动的活塞以及可操作地将活塞连接到电动机上的致动装置形成的共振装置;被安装在所述基准装置和所述共振装置上的两个弹簧装置,它们可以沿活塞移动方向弹性地和轴向地变形,所述压缩机包括将弹簧装置(10)的一端连接到另一个弹簧装置(10)一端的安装元件,还包括一端被安装在活塞上且另一端被安装在所述安装元件上的连接元件,所述安装元件携带着与之相连的两个弹簧装置的端部,并可沿垂直于活塞移动方向的方向自由地移动,所述连接元件用于在活塞和安装元件之间传送轴向力,减少作用在活塞上的径向力。

具体实施方式
下文将结合在制冷系统内使用的被线性电动机驱动的往复式压缩机对本发明进行介绍,所述往复式压缩机包括密封外壳,电动机压缩装置被安装在所述外壳内,其包括被固定在所述外壳内部且由线性电动机和缸体1组成的基准装置。共振装置由在缸体1内往复运动的活塞2和位于缸体外部的致动装置3形成,致动装置3携带在线性电动机激励下被轴向推动的磁铁4,所述致动装置3可操作地将活塞2连接到线性电动机上,如图所示。活塞2具有活塞顶部和管体部分。
在图1所示结构中,致动装置包括抵靠在活塞2上的环形盘5,在盘5的中央具有下颈部6,用于活塞2下部的装配和固定。在装配位置,活塞2的下环形凸缘2a抵靠地坐在所述环形盘5的平上表面上。图中所示压缩机包括两个弹簧装置10,在恒压下被安装在共振装置和基准装置上,并沿活塞2移动方向弹性地和轴向地变形。
在图1中,每个弹簧装置10采用螺旋弹簧形式,其一端被安装在致动装置3的环形盘5上,另一端被安装在共振和基准装置之一上。
在图1所示实施例中,缸体1的一端被阀板7封闭,所述阀板7配备有进气阀8和排气阀9,允许在被确定在活塞2顶部和阀板7之间的压缩腔20以及缸体盖30的不同内部位之间流体有选择地相通,所述缸体盖30的不同内部位分别用于维持制冷系统的低和高压侧的流体相通,压缩机与所述制冷系统相连。
在这种结构中,在活塞2操作期间,每个弹簧10抵靠致动装置3的接触和座靠区域内,反应压缩力被施加,引起被传送到活塞2上的动量,导致活塞2没有对正,随着时间的流逝,活塞2被磨损。
根据本发明,通过被固定在两个弹簧装置10彼此邻近端上的安装元件40,两个弹簧装置10彼此相连,所述安装元件40与活塞2以及两个弹簧装置10彼此邻近端一起轴向地移动,在垂直于活塞2移动方向的平面内例如与两个弹簧装置10一起有限范围地自由移动。
安装元件40具有与两个弹簧装置10中一个的毗邻端相连的第一环形部位41以及与两个弹簧装置10中另一个的毗邻端相连的第二环位42。所述第一部位41和第二部位42轴向间隔并彼此固定,且被设置在共振装置的轴向两端上,共振装置的一部分被设置的穿过所述第一部位41。
通过连接元件50,安装元件40与活塞2相连,连接元件50的一端被安装在所述活塞2上,另一端被安装在所述安装元件40上,设置所述连接元件50,以便例如完全地传送活塞和安装元件之间的轴向力,减少例如当安装元件横向移动时被施加在活塞上的径向力。
在所示实施例中,第一部位41确定了环形壳体,用于接收和固定弹簧装置的末端线圈,第二部分42具有升高的环形边缘部分43,从与面向缸体1的表面相反的表面确定了用于另一个弹簧装置10的毗邻端的外罩。
根据本发明,通过一些刚性元件44,例如两对刚性销,安装元件的第一和第二部分41、42之间的固定被获得。所述刚性元件44彼此间隔,并带一定径向间隙地穿过致动装置3而被安装,例如通过被设置在所述环形盘上的通孔5a。
在图2~3所示实施例中,第二部分42包括盘,所述盘从外面同轴地与活塞2的轴线相连,在所示实施例中,如图2所示,连接元件50是细长且相对韧性的杆,其两端分别被固定在活塞2上和安装元件的第二部分42上,在图3所示结构中,连接元件50的端部被用关节连接,例如,通过球承(balljoints)被连接到由活塞2上和安装元件40的第二部分42上。
根据本发明,连接元件50被设置在活塞2的体部内,从而,内端与活塞2的顶部相连,外端保持稍微从致动装置的平面内突出,将连接元件50确定在预定范围下,足以对后者提供相对韧性。

Claims (12)

1.一种由线性电动机驱动的往复式压缩机包括:一外壳,由电动机和缸体(1)组成的基准装置被安装在所述外壳内;由在所述缸体(1)内往复运动的活塞(2)以及可操作地将活塞(2)连接到电动机上的致动装置(3)形成的共振装置;被安装在所述基准装置和所述共振装置上的两个弹簧装置(10),它们可以沿活塞(2)移动方向弹性地和轴向地变形,其特征在于:包括将弹簧装置(10)的一端连接到另一个弹簧装置(10)一端的安装元件(40),还包括一端被安装在活塞(2)上且另一端被安装在安装元件(40)上的连接元件(50),安装元件(40)携带着与之相连的两个弹簧装置(10)的端部,并与活塞(2)一起轴向移动,并可沿横向于活塞(2)移动方向的方向自由地移动,所述连接元件(50)用于在活塞(2)和安装元件(40)之间传送轴向力,减少作用在活塞(2)上的径向力。
2.如权利要求1所述压缩机,其特征在于:连接元件(50)是细长和相对挠性的杆。
3.如权利要求1或2所述压缩机,其特征在于:连接元件(50)的端部分别被固定在安装元件(40)上以及活塞(2)上。
4.如权利要求1或2所述压缩机,其特征在于:连接元件(50)的端部分别被用铰链连接到安装元件(40)和活塞(2)上。
5.如权利要求4所述压缩机,其特征在于:连接元件(50)的端部通过球节连接到由活塞(2)和安装元件(40)形成的部分上。
6.如权利要求1~5之一所述压缩机,其特征在于:安装元件(40)包括与两个弹簧装置(10)中一个的毗邻端相连的第一环形部分(41)以及与另一弹簧装置(10)的毗邻端相连的第二环分(42),所述第一部(41)和第二部分(42)轴向间隔并彼此固定,且被设置在共振装置的轴向两侧上,共振装置的一部分被设置的穿过所述第二部分(42)。
7.如权利要求6所述压缩机,其特征在于:连接元件(50)被安装在安装元件(40)的第二部分(42)上。
8.如权利要求7所述压缩机,其特征在于:活塞(2)具有顶部和管部,连接元件(50)的一部分被设置在活塞(2)的体部内,一端被安装在活塞(2)的顶部上。
