Claims (12)
- シェルを備えており、シェル内に、モータおよびシリンダ(1)によって形成された基準アセンブリと、シリンダ(1)内で往復運動するピストン(2)、およびピストン(2)をモータに動作可能に結合する作動手段(3)によって形成された共振アセンブリと、共振アセンブリおよび基準アセンブリに取り付けられ、ピストン(2)の変位方向に弾性的かつ軸方向に変形される2つのばね手段(10)とが取り付けられた、リニアモータによって駆動される往復圧縮機にして、1つのばね手段(10)の端部を他方のばね手段(10)の端部に結合する取付要素(40)と、一端がピストン(2)に取り付けられ、反対側の端部が取付要素(40)に取り付けられた結合要素(50)とをさらに備えており、前記取付要素(40)は、取付要素(40)に結合された2つのばね手段(10)の端部を担持し、ピストン(2)と共に軸方向に変位でき、ピストン(2)の変位方向に対して自由に横方向に変位でき、前記結合要素(50)は、軸方向の力をピストン(2)と取付要素(40)との間で伝達し、ピストンに(2)加えられる径方向の力を最小限にするように構成されている、往復圧縮機であって、
取付要素(40)が、2つのばね手段(10)のうちの1つの隣接する端部を結合する第1の環状部分(41)と、他方のばね手段(10)の隣接する端部を結合する第2の部分(42)とを備え、前記第1および第2の部分(41、42)は、共振アセンブリの軸方向の反対側に配置されており且つ剛性要素(44)によって軸方向に間隔をおいて互いに固定され、剛性要素(44)は径方向に間隙をおいて作動手段(3)を通って取り付けられることを特徴とする往復圧縮機。 - 結合要素(50)は、細長い比較的可撓性のロッドの形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 結合要素(50)は、その端部がそれぞれ取付要素(40)およびピストン(2)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 結合要素(50)は、その端部がそれぞれ取付要素(40)およびピストン(2)に関節式に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 結合要素(50)は、その端部が、ピストン(2)および取付要素(40)によって画定された部分に玉継手を介して連結されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 共振アセンブリの一部は前記第2の部分(42)を通って配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 結合要素(50)が、取付要素(40)の第2の部分(42)に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の往復圧縮機。
- ピストン(2)は、頂部分および管状部分を有しており、結合要素(50)は、その延長部の一部がピストン(2)の本体部分内に配置され、一端がピストン(2)の頂部分に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 剛性要素(43)は互いに角度的に間隔をあけて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 作動手段(3)は環状円板(5)を担持し、環状円板(5)にピストン(2)が結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 第2の部分(42)は、外面からピストン(2)の軸と同軸に結合要素を結合する円板を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の往復圧縮機。
- 第2の部分(42)は、ばね手段(10)の隣接する端部のためのハウジングを画定する、下面から高くされた環状周縁部を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の往復圧縮機。
