技术领域

背景技术
业已知晓各种用于焊接塑料部件,例如安全壳柜和其他类型的特殊物品的方法。
最广泛使用的方法之一是用添加的材料进行焊接,并借助于一由前部和后部组成的挤压枪来实施,前部用来塑化和将添加的塑料材料喷射到焊缝,而后部用于进料和断开由添加材料制成的连续的焊丝。
用于塑化和喷射的前部一般包括一塑化腔室,来自后部的小段塑料焊丝在腔室内熔化并借助于一螺旋输送机朝向一喷嘴移动。
用于加热和熔化小段焊丝的电阻器布置在塑化腔室的周围。
后部一般地包括一圆柱形进料室,在其中同轴地布置了一蜗杆。
一进料道设置在所述蜗杆的螺纹与圆柱形腔室的壁之间。
螺纹顶部与圆柱形腔室壁之间的距离短于塑料焊丝的直径,因此,螺纹接合于所述焊丝。

该挤压枪10包括:一前部11,其用于塑化和将待添加的塑料材料喷射到焊缝;以及,一后部12,其用于进料和断开由添加的焊接材料的塑料材料制成的连续的焊丝13。
前部11包括一腔室14,其用于将塑料焊丝小片15从前部12传送到靠近喷射管17定位的一熔化腔室16。
传送腔室14基本上为圆柱形,并内部地包括一螺纹输送机18,其将小焊丝片15朝向熔化腔室16和喷射管17移动。

在圆柱形套筒33的底部上有一个轴向锥形滚柱轴承44,从马达驱动装置伸出的转动轴22键合在该轴承上。
管状衬套45邻近圆柱形套筒33的内壁布置,并且形成一用于蜗杆21的转动腔室27。
管状衬套45形成一用于块47插入的纵向空间46,滑动面25和台肩26形成在块47上。
用于焊丝通向进料道20的一管道48形成在块47内。
由于蜗杆21刚性地且同轴线地固定在螺纹输送机18的后端以及所述螺纹输送机与转动轴22同轴线地固定,因而螺纹输送机18的转动轴线与转动轴22的轴线相重合,因此其与锥形滚柱型轴向轴承44相吻合。
至于前部11,其由一管状体49组成,在其内形成有传送腔室14和部分熔化腔室16。
传送腔室14基本上为圆柱形,并内部地包括螺纹输送机18,其将焊丝小片15朝向熔化腔室16和喷射管17移动。
有利地,传送腔室14包括散热装置50,其由形成在传送腔室14的外表面上的散热翅片51组成。
熔化腔室16由一端盖52与其连接的管状体49的端部组成;喷射管17进一步形成在端盖52上。
如所提及的,熔化腔室16包括有利地由一螺旋状电阻53组成的电阻器装置19(其型号在市场上已知为“Rotfil”),其与熔化腔室16同轴线。
加热风扇54设置在外壳23的上部,其输出管55借助于管56连接于一输出连接器57,其靠近挤压枪10的喷嘴58设置。
加热风扇54允许加热待焊接的部件的互相接触的部分。
在实践中,业已发现如此描述的本发明解决了已知类型的用于焊接塑料部件的挤压枪中所指出的各种问题;特别是,本发明提供一种用于焊接塑料部件的挤压枪,其允许挤压非常均匀的添加的焊接材料。
事实上,借助于蜗杆在输送的焊丝上形成了刻痕,以及其后由于所述蜗杆的螺纹的间断区在所述刻痕处的剪切,使获得规则的焊丝小片,并且在熔化腔室内能够以最优化的方式熔化,从挤压枪的输出口获得一非常均匀的添加的焊接材料以及伴随而来的改进的焊接质量。
此外,本发明提供一种用于焊接塑料部件的挤压枪,其允许保证转动元件的一正确的轴向公差。
事实上,圆锥滚柱型轴向轴承的使用允许完善地保持转动轴和从转动轴引出并同轴线的转动元件的轴向排列。所述轴承利用了在塑料材料受压同时其塑化过程中产生的、赋予所述轴承的明显的推力。因此,转动轴的初始部分直接地朝向轴承圆锥推动。
此外,本发明提供一种用于焊接塑料部件的挤压枪,其允许避免转动元件的过热。
事实上,设置在传送腔室的外表面上的散热片允许以简单且廉价的方式在螺纹输送机的主要工作区域内最优化地散热,以防止其过热,还防止管状体的过热,该管状体形成螺纹输送机在其内动作的传送腔室。这样,避免了危险的膨胀。
如此设想的本发明易于作各种修改和变化,所有的改型和变化需在附后的权利要求书的范围之内;所有的细节可进一步由其它技术上等同的元件替换。
在实践中,只要使用的材料与特殊的使用和尺寸相容,它们可以是已有技术里按照要求的任何材料。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于焊接塑料部件的挤压枪包括:一用于塑化和喷射附加的塑料焊接材料的前部(11)和一用于进料和断开由所述塑料材料制成的连续的焊丝(13)的后部(12),所述后部(12)包括至少一条与蜗杆(21)合作的进料道(20),所述至少一条进料道(20)在一侧由所述蜗杆(21)的螺纹(24)限定,而在相对侧由用于所述焊丝(13)的一滑动面(25)限定,
所述挤压枪(10)的特征在于,为了在所述焊丝(13)上提供深度增大的刻痕,所述滑动面(25)与所述螺纹(24)的顶部之间的距离沿所述焊丝(13)进给方向减小,所述螺纹(24)包括至少一螺纹的间断区(28),该间断区具有用于在所述刻痕处剪切所述焊丝(13)的一锋利的间断的端部(29)。
2.如权利要求1所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,所述螺纹(24)包括两个隔开的螺纹起始头(24a,24b),它们互相平行,所述隔开的螺纹起始头(24a,24b)各具有至少一螺纹的间断区(28),所述至少一螺纹的间断区(28)沿横向于所述螺纹(24)的一共同的连续线形成在所述螺纹(24c)的延伸部分上。
3.如权利要求2所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,至少一个所述间断区(28)形成在所述螺纹(24)的一部分上,该部分不是位于所述滑动面(25)的上方,而是相交或至少正切于所述滑动面(25)的理想的延续部。
4.如上述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,所述螺纹(24)基本上为圆柱形,同时所述滑动面(25)倾斜,使得沿所述焊丝(13)的进给方向朝所述螺纹(24)收敛。
5.如上述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,用于引导所述焊丝(13)的台肩(26)形成在所述滑动面(25)上,并对比显现出由于所述蜗杆(21)的转动产生的侧向推力。
6.如上述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,所述螺纹(24)的根部具有一正方形的横截面,而顶部具有一锯齿形横截面,所述螺纹(24)的所述根部的深度大于所述焊丝(13)的直径。
7.如上述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,所述后部(12)包括一套筒(33),其与支承用于所述蜗杆(21)转动的马达驱动装置的外壳(23)连接,转动轴(22)容纳在所述套筒(33)内,从所述马达驱动装置突出并刚性地固定于所述蜗杆(21),一个锥形滚柱型轴向轴承(44)设置在所述圆柱形套筒(33)的底部上,从所述马达驱动装置伸出的所述转动轴(22)键合在所述轴承上,一管状衬套(45)邻近所述圆柱形套筒(33)的内壁布置,并且形成一用于所述蜗杆(21)的转动腔室(27),一用于块(47)插入的纵向空间(46)形成在所述管状衬套(45)上,所述滑动面(25)和所述台肩(26)形成在块(47)上,用于所述焊丝(13)通向所述进料道(20)的一管道(48)形成在所述块(47)内。
8.如上述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,所述前部(11)由一管状体(49)组成,在该管状体中有一传送腔室(14)和一熔化腔室(16),该传送腔室(14)容纳用于所述焊丝(13)小片(15)的一螺纹输送机(18),传送腔室(14)包括散热装置(50),该散热装置由形成在传送腔室(14)的外表面上的散热翅片(51)组成。
9.如上述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,所述前部(11)由一管状体(49)组成,在该管状体中有一熔化腔室(16),该熔化腔室包括由一螺旋状电阻(53)组成的电阻器装置(19)。
10.如上述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的挤压枪,其特征在于,它包括一加热风扇(54),其输出管(55)借助于管(56)连接于一输出连接器(57),该输出连接器设置在靠近所述挤压枪(10)的喷嘴(58)处。
11.一种用于焊接塑料部件的挤压枪包括:一用于塑化和喷射附加的塑料焊接材料的前部(11)和一用于进料和断开由所述塑料材料制成的连续焊丝(13)的后部(12),所述前部(11)包括用于从所述后部(12)朝向喷射管(17)抵达的塑料焊丝(13)的小片(15)的一螺纹输送机(18),
所述挤压枪(10)的特征在于:所述螺纹输送机(18)转动轴线与转动轴(22)的轴线相重合,它键合在锥形滚柱型(44)的轴向轴承上。
12.一种用于焊接塑料部件的挤压枪,它包括一用于塑化和喷射附加的塑料焊接材料的前部(11)和一用于进料和断开由所述塑料材料制成的连续焊丝(13)的后部(12),所述前部(11)包括一传送腔室(14),其用来借助于螺纹输送机(18)将塑料焊丝(13)的小片(15)从所述后部(12)输向接近喷射管(17)的熔化腔室(16),
所述挤压枪(10)的特征在于:所述传送腔室(14)包括散热装置(50),其由形成在所述传送腔室(14)的外表面上的散热翅片(51)组成。
13.一种用于焊接塑料部件的挤压枪,它包括一用于塑化和喷射附加的塑料焊接材料的前部(11)和一用于进料和断开由所述塑料材料制造的连续焊丝(13)的后部(12),所述前部(11)包括用于从所述后部(12)抵达的焊丝(13)的小片(15)的一熔化腔室(16),在所述熔化腔室(16)内设置的电阻器装置用来熔化所述焊丝(13)的小片(15),
所述挤压枪(10)的特征在于:所述电阻器装置(19)包括市场上名为“Rotfil”的已知类型的一螺旋状电阻器(53),其与所述熔化腔室(16)同轴线。
