Abstract
本发明公开了一种以来自泰国丝的丝胶蛋白为主要成分的皮肤清洁用品,该丝胶蛋白与皂质中的各种成分相混合,所述皮肤清洁用品包括甘油皂和硬皂。本发明的产品使用安全,有助于滋养皮肤,使皮肤光滑柔软。本产品无刺激性,因此不同性别和年龄的人均可使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种以丝蛋白为主要成分的皮肤清洁用品。
背景技术
丝粉是由丝纤维和蚕茧成分制成的。日本于1987年首次制出了可食用的野生丝粉,并随后于1989年将它开发用于化妆品。1997年,泰国Sisaket省的农业部桑树研究中心率先对丝粉进行了研究。由来自NangNoi Sisaket 1号品种蚕的丝纤维制得了这种不溶性丝粉。根据这项研究,已经发现丝粉含有16-18种氨基酸。根据该研究报告,已经发现这种丝粉具有皮肤吸湿效果,并能防止皮肤被紫外线灼伤,从而防止皮肤受到日晒伤害,并防止在皮肤上形成雀斑和黑斑。已经发现所制备的丝粉具有多种性能,例如抗氧化活性,并能杀灭导致皮肤疾病的微生物。根据这些性能,可将丝粉开发成为例如药物、化妆品和食品增补剂等保健品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是利用富含氨基酸和维生素E的丝粉的优点,将丝粉与本发明的具有杀菌作用的皮肤清洁用品混合,有助于滋养皮肤并增添魅力。
本发明涉及一种以丝蛋白为主要成分的皮肤清洁用品。经常使用本发明的皮肤清洁产品有助于滋养和软化皮肤,减少黑斑。本发明的皮肤清洁用品包括,例如,一种半透明的甘油皂条和一种淡黄色并具有香气的硬皂条。
本发明涉及一种丝清洁组合物,该丝清洁组合物包含丝胶蛋白。
具体实施方式
制备泰国丝皂条的方法包括以下步骤:
1.由泰国丝制备丝胶蛋白
1.1在干净的水中浸泡丝纤维或蚕茧。丝纤维或蚕茧与水的重量比为1∶20。
1.2将原料煮沸,在高压釜中提取25~30分钟,条件为110~120℃,压力不超过14磅/英寸2。
1.3用筛眼不小于220目的过滤器过滤所得溶液,然后浓缩,溶液中残留有所需使用浓度的丝胶残余物,或者可以将其在用于制皂前干燥并消毒。
2.本发明的丝清洁用品组合物包含:
1)0.01重量%~20.00重量%的来自泰国丝的丝胶蛋白
2)2.00重量%~20.00重量%的氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾
3)1.00重量%~30.00重量%的甘油(对于甘油产品),或
4)20.00重量%~75.00重量%的植物或动物油脂(对于硬产品)
5)补足为100重量%的水
6)微量香料(根据需要而定)
制备甘油皂条的方法:
1)融化甘油组分;
2)在水中溶解氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾组分并加热;
3)将溶于水的泰国丝的丝胶蛋白和香料分别加入(1)中,充分搅拌,直至得到均质的混合物;
4)使皂质固化形成模具的形状。
制备硬皂条的方法
1)融化植物或动物油脂组分;
2)将氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾组分溶于水并加热,然后缓慢加入(1)中;
3)分别将溶于水的泰国丝的丝胶蛋白和香料加入(1)中,充分搅拌,直至得到均质的混合物;
4)使皂质固化形成模具的形状。
3.泰国丝皂的质量检查
根据《化学物质检验OECD规程(1992)》的第404部分“急性皮肤刺激/腐蚀”(OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals,1992,Sec.404Acute dermal irritation/corrosions)和ISO 10993-10(1995)《医疗器械的生物学评估(Biological evaluation of medical devices)》的第10部分“刺激和过敏试验”,通过皮肤刺激试验检查泰国丝皂。
该泰国丝皂对实验兔的皮肤没有刺激(在10%重量/体积浓度下进行试验)。
Claims (7)
1.从泰国丝热回收丝胶蛋白的方法,其特征在于,将丝纤维或蚕茧与水以1∶20的重量比混合,然后在110~120℃下加热。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在不超过14磅/英寸2的压力下实施所述加热步骤。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述加热时间为25~30分钟。
4.一种丝清洁组合物,该丝清洁组合物含有:
- 0.01重量%~20.00重量%的如权利要求1~3任一项所述的方法回收的丝胶蛋白;和
- 2.00重量%~20.00重量%的氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾。
5.如权利要求4所述的组合物,其中选择性地含有(a)1.00重量%~30.00重量%的甘油,或(b)20.00重量%~75.00重量%的植物或动物油脂。
6.如权利要求4或5的组合物,其中,选择性地加入水至100重量%,并根据需要加入微量香料。
7.制备丝皂的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
—融化如权利要求5所述的任何组分;
—将所得溶液与如权利要求4所述的氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾混合;
—将所得产物与事先溶于水的丝胶蛋白混合,然后搅拌至均质的混合物;和
—使所得均质的混合物成形为所设计的形状。
