技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸收干粉形式的药剂的吸入器,还涉及一种特别设计的、与所述吸入器一起使用的单剂量泡罩带(blister strips)。
背景技术
当前使用的吸入设备可分为如下两种类型:
1.药物粉末存储在容器中,可以通过特定的机构从容器取出测定量的粉末。例如,EP0069715描述了这样一种设备,其中,利用位于可旋转盘中的开口以给定的量测量粉末,通过旋转盘将这些开口引入导气管或者通道,空气经所述导气管或通道吸入。
2.测定量的药物粉末可以分开存在特定的容器中。例如,GB2242134描述了这样一种设备,其使用柔性带限定出多个腔(pockets),每个腔容纳一剂量能够被吸入的药剂。该设备包括将带容纳在其中的室、容纳用以将两片或带剥开的装置的开口站(openingstation)以及使用者经其吸入药剂的出口。
上述及其类似设备的主要缺点是:a.使用者不能可视地验证其是否已经完全吸收了整个剂量的药剂;和b.他们通过复杂的内部机构实现操作。
发明内容
本发明的优点在于,使用者能够在吸入之前可视地检测药剂是否存在于带的泡罩中,并且在吸入之后验证其是否已经吸收了整个剂量的药剂。此外,该设备简单制造且容易操作。
本发明的设备包括三个部件:入口件,粉末通过该入口件吸入;泡罩带支持面;以及,带存储隔间(compartment),其装有大量的泡罩带。这三个部件可以彼此相连并且可以独立地打开。所述支持面包括:安装点,在安装排列的帮助下安装泡罩带;空腔(cavity),其容纳带的泡罩;以及,带引导件,其在表面上确保带的适当和牢固的放置。
单剂量泡罩带由可以彼此剥离的两片组成。基片具有容纳粉末的泡罩,以及和支持面的安装点相配的安装排列。盖片仅仅在围绕泡罩的区域密封基片。
这种应用的原理在于,使用者可靠地将泡罩带安装在安装表面上,通过稍微施加力将泡罩的盖板拉走,检查泡罩的内容,吸入药剂,并最终验证其吸收了整个剂量。

具体实施方式
吸入器(图1)包括三个基本部件,带盖的入口件A、带有放置泡罩带的表面的部件B和泡罩带储存部件C。这些部件彼此相连并且可以独立地打开。
入口件(图2)包括部件1、2和3。部件1将部件2锁定在其中,部件2将部件3锁定在其中。
部件1是入口件的外部分,并且在其基部具有空气开口。
部件2是具有更宽基部的圆柱。圆柱的顶端具有开口4,该开口用作粉末从设备排出的出口。在圆柱中有排列5,该排列可以是螺旋形的或是其他形状,所吸入的带有空气的粉末通过该排列排出。在部件2的基部处、排列5的端部的一半被表面6阻挡。
部件3也是圆柱,其具有更宽的顶部。部件3的内部被垂直的平面9分成两个室7和8。部件3的基部接触泡罩。其具有两个孔10和11,分别位于分隔部件9的两侧。孔11可以带有筛子,以便阻挡较大颗粒的路径。室7带有孔10,并在其顶部被表面6阻挡。此外,室7带有孔12,其用作空气入口。
单剂量泡罩带被放置在部件B的安装面上(图3)。该表面具有:突起13,其用作安装点;空腔14,其接收带的泡罩;以及,带引导系统,在该具体示例中是15、16。突起、空腔和引导系统使得带可以正确地在部件B的表面上对准,并且在使用设备期间确保其牢固的放置。
部件B的下部分可以用作用于泡罩带的存储隔间。
带储存部件C(图4)可以具有不同的形状,并可以具有栅格,这视其容纳的带的数量而定,例如30或60。
泡罩带(图5)包括由适当材料制成的两个片(图5A),例如PVC、铝、聚酰胺、纸、聚酯、乙烯橡胶。所述两片中的一个是基片17,其具有容纳粉末的泡罩18和安装孔19。另一个是盖片20,如图所示(图5B中的黑暗部分),其例如通过热粘结以及仅仅在围绕泡罩18的区域空气密封来固定在基片上。然后,通过绕轴线DE旋转180度而将片20折叠,露出孔19并且覆盖泡罩18的平坦表面(图5C)。
使泡罩容纳的粉末露出的过程分两步进行(图6)。
在第一阶段(图6A),并且当入口件打开时,使用者通过围绕突起13放置孔19将带固定在部件B的支持面上。然后,在引导件15和16的帮助下将泡罩18置于空腔14中。
在第二阶段(图6B),使用者关闭入口件并且将盖片20沿着箭头所示的方向拉动,直到其被完全拆卸。
此时以及在提升入口件之后,使用者可以验证容纳在泡罩18中的粉末已经被露出,并且可以供吸入使用(图6C)。然后,该使用者只需关闭入口件并且吸气。最后,通过再次打开入口件,使用者可以可视地检查其是否吸入了药剂。
在吸入的过程中(图7),吸入的空气经空气开口进入入口件,然后通过孔12进入室7。空气带着位于泡罩18中的粉末从那里穿过孔10,然后穿过孔11将粉末带到室8中。粉末从那里经过排列5离开设备。
图8示出本发明的另一个示例。用于将泡罩带安装到表面B上的安装点是空腔21。入口件A包括突起22,当所述入口件关闭时,其进入空腔21并由此固定泡罩。在此情况下,泡罩置于表面B上,且孔19位于空腔21上。或者,泡罩带孔19可以用空腔来取代。
图9示出本发明的另一个实施例。在这种情况下,泡罩带的安装组件是排列23,其置于表面B的引导件15和16的开口24中。
显然,安装点以及表面B上的空腔和引导件的形状和位置可以有多种改变,其能够得到泡罩适当和可靠的安装。所有这些不同的实施例也包括在本发明的范围内。
吸入器的进一步的实施例可以包括其通过鼻子的使用。这可以通过以适当的安装件代替入口件来实现。

Claims (9)

1、一种吸收干粉形式的药剂的吸入设备,其特征在于,使用单剂量的泡罩带,并且,其包括入口件(A)、部件(B)和带储存隔间(C),粉末经过所述入口件吸入,所述部件(B)带有支持面,泡罩带以能够保持可靠安装的方式放置在该支持面上。
2、如权利要求1所述的吸入设备,其特征在于,所述入口件包括三个可以彼此锁定的部件(1、2、3)。
3、如权利要求1所述的吸入设备,其特征在于,所述入口件包括突起(22)。
4、如权利要求1所述的吸入设备,其特征在于,所述泡罩带支持面包括安装点(13、21、24)、容纳泡罩的空腔(14)和带引导件(15、16)。
5、如权利要求1所述的吸入设备,其特征在于,所述单剂量泡罩带包括可以彼此分开的基片(17)和盖片(20)。
6、如权利要求5所述的吸入设备,其特征在于,所述基片(17)包括容纳粉末的泡罩(18)和安装排列(19、23),所述盖片(20)仅仅在泡罩(18)的区域气密地密封基片。
7、如权利要求5所述的吸入设备,其特征在于,通过从基片(17)拉开盖片(20)露出粉末。
8、一种单剂量药剂包装,其与干粉吸入设备一起使用,其特征在于,具有基片(17)和盖片(20),所述片彼此气密地密封,所述基片(17)包括粉末容纳泡罩(18)和安装排列(19、23),所述盖片(20)围绕泡罩覆盖基片,并能够从基片拆下。
