Abstract
一种用于洗衣机的蒸汽发生器,包括:具有用来给水的供水口和用来排放蒸汽的排汽口的密封容器;设置于密封容器内用来加热供给到密封容器内的水的加热器;以及用来将密封容器内的剩水排到外面的排水单元。因此,蒸汽发生器内的剩水被排到外面从而使蒸汽发生器保持清洁。而且,设置利用虹吸原理的排水单元从而将蒸汽发生器内的剩水自然地排出而不需另外的阀门装置,从而降低了生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于洗衣机的蒸汽发生器,特别是涉及一种可以通过直接喷射蒸汽到衣物内来加热衣物的用于洗衣机的蒸汽发生器。
背景技术
图1是根据现有技术的洗衣机的截面图。
根据现有技术的滚筒洗衣机包括:用来形成其外观的机壳102;设置于机壳102内用来贮放洗涤用水的缸筒104;以可旋转的方式设置于缸筒104内用来对衣物进行洗涤和脱水的滚筒106;以及由传动轴108连接于滚筒106用来旋转滚筒106的驱动电机110。
缸筒104由减振器120和122以减振的方式支撑于机壳102内,并且用来加热缸筒104内的洗涤用水的加热器130设置于缸筒104的下部。
在缸筒104的下部必须提供足够的空间来安置加热器130,并且缸筒104内的水位必须保持在一定量之上从而使加热器130能够充分地浸入洗涤用水。
将对现有滚筒洗衣机的运作加以说明。首先,当洗衣机开动后,洗涤用水被供给到缸筒104中。然后,如果缸筒104的水位达到预定水位,加热器130开始运转从而加热洗涤用水。同时,驱动电机110以正向旋转或反向旋转的方式驱动从而执行洗涤操作。因此,当洗涤用水的温度达到预定温度时,加热器130关闭。
但是,在现有的洗衣机中,需要在缸筒104的下部提供用来容纳加热器130的空间,所以洗衣机的整体体积变大。另外,还需要将洗涤用水供给到容纳加热器130的空间,因此加大了洗涤用水的浪费。
而且,洗涤用水由加热器130进行加热从而增加了加热器的能量消耗,增大了洗涤剂用量,并使洗涤时间延长。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于洗衣机的蒸汽发生器,通过直接喷射蒸汽到衣物内来加热衣物,可以减小洗衣机的整体体积,减少洗涤用水量,最大限度地降低能量消耗,并使洗涤时间缩短。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种用于洗衣机的蒸汽发生器,通过自然地执行蒸汽发生器的排放操作而不需另外的阀门,可以降低成本。
为了实现这些和其它优点并根据本发明的目的,如在此所概括和广泛描述的,提供一种用于洗衣机的蒸汽发生器,包括:密封容器,该密封容器设置有用来给水的供水口和用来排放蒸汽的排汽口;加热器,设置于密封容器内用来对给入密封容器内的水进行加热;以及排水单元,用来将密封容器内的剩水排到外面。
排水单元包括:穿过密封容器下部所设置的虹吸管;和以一定的间隔设置于虹吸管的外圆周表面用来形成使水沿其上升的通道的虹吸管罩。
排水单元还包括用来支撑虹吸管罩以使虹吸管罩与虹吸管之间保持一定间隔的支撑肋。
虹吸管的上端位于密封容器内,其下端位于密封容器外,在密封容器内的虹吸管的高度大于给水水位。
虹吸管罩的上部封闭并覆盖虹吸管。而且,虹吸管罩的下端与密封容器的底表面保持一定间隔以引入水。
支撑肋以一定的间隔沿径向成型于虹吸管的外圆周表面,且具有用来安置虹吸管罩下端的安装槽。

具体实施方式
现将详细参考本发明的优选实施例,这些实施例的例子在附图中示出。
图2是根据本发明的洗衣机的透视图,其前面敞开。
根据本发明的一个实施例的洗衣机包括:用来形成其外观的机壳10;由减振器12以减振的方式支撑于机壳10的用来贮放洗涤用水的外部缸筒14;以可旋转的方式设置于外部缸筒14内用来对衣物进行洗涤和脱水的内部缸筒16;以及设置于机壳10上部用来将蒸汽喷入内部缸筒16中所放衣物的衣物加热单元。
连接于供水管18的洗涤剂盒20设置于外部缸筒14的上侧从而将洗涤剂随洗涤用水给入外部缸筒14。
加热单元包括设置于机壳10上部用来生成蒸汽的蒸汽发生器24,和用来将蒸汽发生器24所生成的蒸汽喷入内部缸筒16内的喷嘴26。而且,用来泵送从外部缸筒14排出的水并从而通过喷嘴26再供给到内部缸筒16中的循环泵28设置于机壳10的下侧。
喷嘴26被提供有通过循环泵28的抽汲能所循环的循环水并且设置有用来防止蒸汽发生器24所生成的蒸汽回流的分流单元30。
循环泵28与用来排放外部缸筒14中所贮洗涤用水的排放管36相连接,并通过循环管38连接于分流单元30。
蒸汽发生器24连接于供水管32以从外部接收水,并通过供汽管34连接于分流单元30。在这里,供水管32的一侧安置有用来打开和关闭供水管32的供水阀(未示出)。
图3为透视图,示出局部剖切的根据本发明的洗衣机的蒸汽发生器。
蒸汽发生器24包括:密封容器50,供水管32和供汽管34分别连接于该密封容器50;设置于密封容器50的底部用来对供给到密封容器50内的水进行加热的加热器52;和设置于密封容器50内用来检测供给到密封容器50内的水位的水位传感器54。
密封容器50的上层容器56和下层容器58以密封的方式安置并在其中有一定的空间。连接于供水管32的供水口60成型于上层容器56的一侧,并且连接于供汽管34用来将密封容器50内所生成的蒸汽排出的排汽口62成型于下层容器58上。而且,用来向外排放密封容器50中的贮水的排水单元70设置于下层容器58的一侧。
排水单元70通过向外排出剩水来使密封容器50内保持清洁以保护密封容器50内的加热器52。用来自然排放而不需诸如电磁阀等的另外的打开/关闭装置的排水系统设置于排水单元70。
也就是说,如图4中所示,排水单元70通过虹吸作用来将密封容器50内的剩水排出。
排水单元70包括垂直穿过下层容器58的虹吸管72,以一定的间隔设置于虹吸管72的外圆周表面用来形成使水沿其上升的通道的虹吸管罩74,和用来支撑虹吸管罩74以使虹吸管罩74和虹吸管72之间保持一定间隔的支撑肋76。
呈柱形管状的虹吸管72的上端位于密封容器50内而其下端位于密封容器50外,从而形成排放口80。在这里,垂直设置于密封容器50内的虹吸管72的高度大于给水水位(L2)。即,在蒸汽发生器24生成蒸汽时,水仅被供给至给水水位(L2)从而不会在虹吸管72中产生虹吸作用。而且,在排水时,当进一步供给水而超过给水水位(L2)从而达到排水水位(L1)时,就会产生虹吸作用从而自然地执行排水操作。
虹吸管罩74的上部封闭并覆盖虹吸管72。而且,虹吸管罩敞开的下端与密封容器50的底面保持一定的间隔以引入水。
而且,多个支撑肋76以一定的间隔径向成型于虹吸管72的外圆周表面,每个支撑肋76都具有一个用来安放虹吸管罩74下端的安装槽78。因此,在虹吸管72与虹吸管罩74之间形成一定的通道82,水沿着它上升,并且在支撑肋76与密封容器50的底面之间保持一定的间隔从而引入水。
该蒸汽发生器不仅可以用于优选实施例的滚筒洗衣机,而且可以用于其它洗衣机。
下面将说明根据本发明的蒸汽发生器的运行。
图6是根据本发明的洗衣机的蒸汽发生器的排水单元的运行状态图。
首先,通过供水口60将水给入密封容器50至给水水位(L2)。然后,加热器52启动从而加热密封容器50内的贮水并由此生成蒸汽。同时,所产生的蒸汽通过排汽口62排出从而喷入内部缸筒16。
在这里,为了保护加热器52,在密封容器50内贮有足够浸没加热器52的水。
在蒸汽生成过程结束后,开始执行将密封容器50内的剩水排到外边的排水过程。
下面将详细说明排水过程。
首先,超过给水水位(L2)的水供给到密封容器50内从而充满密封容器50直至排水水位(L1)。然后,通过排水单元70的虹吸作用,贮于密封容器50内的水被自然地排出。即,如果水充满密封容器50直至排水水位(L1),密封容器50内的水就会充满虹吸管72与虹吸管罩74之间的通道82至相同的高度。这时,如果通过虹吸管72的上端排水,密封容器50内的水就会通过虹吸管罩72沿通道82全部排出。
在根据本发明的洗衣机的蒸汽发生器中,蒸汽被喷入内部缸筒从而来加热衣物,因此减小了洗衣机的整体体积,减少了洗涤用水量,最大限度地降低了能量消耗,并使洗涤时间缩短
此外,通过在蒸汽发生器内设置排水单元来将蒸汽发生器内的剩水排到外面,使蒸汽发生器保持清洁。
另外,通过设置利用虹吸原理的排水单元来将蒸汽发生器内的剩水自然排出而不需另外的阀门装置,降低了生产成本。
由于本发明可以以多种形式实施而不背离其实质或本质特征,还应当理解除非另有说明上述实施例并不为上述具体说明所限制,而是应在其实质和所附权利要求确定的范围内广泛地解释,因此所有落入权利要求的界限和范围或者这种界限和范围的等同物内的变化和修改都将被包含于所附权利要求中。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于洗衣机的蒸汽发生器,包括:
密封容器,具有用来给水的供水口和用来排放蒸汽的排汽口;
加热器,设置于密封容器内用来加热供给到密封容器内的水;和
排水单元,用来将密封容器内的剩水排到外面。
2.如权利要求1所述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于,排水单元利用虹吸原理将密封容器内的剩水自然排出。
3.如权利要求1所述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于,排水单元包括:
穿过密封容器下部设置的虹吸管;和
以一定的间隔设置于虹吸管的外圆周表面用来形成使水沿其上升的通道的虹吸管罩。
4.如权利要求3所述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于,排水单元还包括用来支撑虹吸管罩以使虹吸管罩与虹吸管之间保持一定间隔的支撑肋。
5.如权利要求3所述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于,虹吸管的上端位于密封容器内,其下端位于密封容器外,并且在密封容器内的虹吸管的高度大于给水水位。
6.如权利要求3所述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于,虹吸管罩的上部封闭并覆盖虹吸管,而且虹吸管罩的下端与密封容器的底面保持一定间隔以引入水。
7.如权利要求4所述的蒸汽发生器,其特征在于,支撑肋以一定的间隔沿径向成型于虹吸管的外圆周表面,且具有用来安置虹吸管罩下端的安装槽。
