Description
技术领域
本发明涉及通过拉吹由树脂模制的预制件制造的管形容器以及该预制件。
背景技术
现有的管形容器是采用预制件通过拉吹模制制成,预制件的鼓形部分是圆柱形。在通过拉吹模制将预制件的鼓形部分形成壁厚度较薄并且比成品长度更长的圆柱形鼓形部分之后,通过切割制造在鼓形部分下端敞开的主要模制产品,在下端的开口通过压平并且焊接下端壁来形成扁平底端而被封闭。
结果,在第二工序中的切割产生许多碎片,从而易于造成材料浪费。而且,即使碎片可以用作回收材料,回收成本较高,因而造成成本比常用形状的包装容器的成本相对而言要高。
此外,在容器填充了内容物之后通过焊接封闭下端开口的情况下,碎片等可能很容易混入内容物中,因此,由于污染难于使用这种容器用作食品等的包装。
发明内容
本发明设计用于解决上述现有技术的问题,并且本发明的目的是提供一种新型管形塑料容器及其预制件,该预制件可以用作现有形状的拉吹容器,而即使在拉吹模制的管形容器的情况下,也不需要另外的加工。
根据上述目的的本发明的管形容器包括圆形嘴部和具有底端的鼓形部分,鼓形部分拉吹成薄壁厚度、并且连续地连接到所述嘴部,其中,所述鼓形部分与所述嘴部之间的延伸部分形成为横截面为同心圆的凸肩部,所述鼓形部分的周边壁形成为锥形扁平楔形形式,并成形有底端。
本发明的预制件包括圆形嘴部和具有底端的鼓形部分,鼓形部分与所述嘴部一体地形成并且连续地连接到所述嘴部,其中,所述鼓形部分与所述嘴部之间的延伸部分形成为横截面为同心圆的凸缘,所述鼓形部分形成为横截面为椭圆形的扁平楔形形式,所述鼓形部分的周边壁厚度比所述嘴部壁厚,鼓形部分的底端形成为壁厚度比鼓形部分薄的扁平底部,所述鼓形部分向着底端倾斜地逐渐变细。而且,下部鼓形部分的前后壁形成为比鼓形部分的上部壁的厚度厚,并且两个侧壁逐渐倾斜地形成。
对于上述树脂,可以使用聚丙烯、聚乙二醇对苯二甲酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯或其它热塑性树脂。

具体实施方式
图1显示了由聚乙二醇对苯二甲酸酯制成的容器1,它包括呈短圆柱形的圆形嘴部2,在圆形嘴部的外周边上设置有螺纹;以及通过拉吹模制延伸到嘴部2并且带有底部4的薄鼓形部分3。对于管形容器而言,嘴部2具有相对大直径的开口(例如,内径为18mm),并且其尺寸使得容器可以从嘴部2被充填内容物。
此外,鼓形部分3的壁厚度基本上与薄膜或者薄片的厚度相同,鼓形部分3与嘴部2之间的延伸部分形成为横截面为同心圆的凸肩部5,鼓形部分的周边壁形成为锥形扁平楔形形式,并成形有底端4,从而使从嘴部2充填在容器中的内容物可以通过挤压容易地被挤出。
在这种管形容器1中,由于鼓形部分3和底端4已经一体地形成,如现有技术中的通过压扁并且焊接鼓形部分下部来封闭通过切割圆柱形鼓形部分的薄壁下端形成的开口的第二道加工变成不必要,因此没有碎片产生。这样,消除了材料浪费,也没有碎片混入到容器中的内容物中,因此,管形容器1可用作食品包装容器。
图2和3显示了所述管形容器1的预制件11,其中预制件11包括呈短圆柱形的圆形嘴部12,它将变成管形容器1的圆形嘴部2;以及与底端14一体地形成并且连续地连接到嘴部12的带底部的鼓形部分13。鼓形部分13与嘴部12之间的延伸部分形成为横截面为同心圆的凸缘15。鼓形部分13从凸缘15向底端14成大约3.3度的斜度逐渐变细,同时鼓形部分13的两侧壁13a,13b成大约0.5度的斜度倾斜地向内形成,从而使鼓形部分显示为扁平楔形形式,其横截面为椭圆形。鼓形部分13的周边壁厚度比嘴部12的壁厚,底端14扁平地形成为壁厚度比鼓形部分13薄。鼓形部分13的前后壁13c,13d的下部向着底端14比鼓形部分13上部形成为壁厚度逐渐厚15%到最大20%,并且优选地厚大约18%。
上述预制件11可以通过现有注塑模制方法很容易地模制。所获得的预制件11可以在注塑模制之后立即或者控制温度之后、或者重新加热预制件之后如图4和5所示地被拉吹模制成管形容器1,即,通过颈模16固定住嘴部12,将预制件11插入用于管形容器1的具有腔20的吹塑模21,使得吹塑模和预制件前后面对齐,以及通过从在闭合模具的过程中从上方插入嘴部中的吹芯22鼓风、并且通过与吹芯22一起插入在鼓形部分中的拉杆23的轴向拉伸(大约是2.5倍长)使预制件11在腔中充分拉伸和膨胀。
此外,通过使用鼓形部分13的前后壁13c,13d象扁平楔形形状一样逐渐变细的预制件11,可在腔面与预制件11之间尤其是在腔20的宽度逐渐变窄的底部存在用于膨胀的空间。而且,由于具有更多的热量保持在鼓形部分的厚壁上,具有更大壁厚度的下部可以平滑地被拉伸,从而使得下部可被拉伸而不会固化,即使它与腔面在下部长时间接触。因而可防止管形容器1的下部厚度不均匀。
因此,在通过拉吹预制件11模制的上述管形容器1中,可获得鼓形部分13均匀的壁厚度分布,并且由于鼓形部分13和底端14同时模制而无需后续的加工,当它用作填充内容物的包装时可以节约成本。
工业应用性
本发明的优点是,通过拉吹模制的树脂管形容器可用作具有底端的容器,而不需要在通常结构的包装容器的情况下的第二次加工。
Claims (3)
1、一种管形塑料容器,包括圆形嘴部和具有底端的鼓形部分,鼓形部分拉吹成薄壁厚度、并且连续地连接到所述嘴部,其中,所述鼓形部分与所述嘴部之间的延伸部分形成为凸肩部,所述鼓形部分形成为锥形扁平楔形形式,并成形有底端。
2、一种用于管形塑料容器的预制件,包括圆形嘴部和具有底端的鼓形部分,鼓形部分与所述嘴部一体地形成并且连续地连接到所述嘴部,其中,所述鼓形部分与所述嘴部之间的延伸部分形成为横截面为同心圆的凸缘,所述鼓形部分形成为横截面为椭圆形的扁平楔形形式,所述鼓形部分的周边壁厚度比所述嘴部壁厚,具有底端的鼓形部分的底端形成为壁厚度比鼓形部分薄的扁平底部,所述鼓形部分向着底端倾斜地逐渐变细。
3、如权利要求2所述的用于管形塑料容器的预制件,其特征在于,在所述鼓形部分的前后壁中,所述鼓形部分的下部壁的厚度形成为比所述鼓形部分的上部壁的厚度厚,并且两个侧壁逐渐倾斜地形成。
