Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加工板材例如玻璃板的加工设备,所述加工设备具有一用于所述板材的支承装置和一个喷嘴,一股水射流从所述喷嘴中射出用于切割所述板材,其中,所述喷嘴可在一个平行于所述支承装置平面的导向装置上移动。
背景技术
例如从文献DE 100 51 942 A1中已知一种这样的装置。所述板材或玻璃板的切割边缘然后必须进一步加工,特别是进行磨削和抛光,为此它们被送到另一工作站。在该另一工作站,所述玻璃板必须相对所述刀具准确定位,以便所述精加工能精确地进行。国此不仅关系到高技术花费,而且也关系到时间耗费,因为所述玻璃板不仅被移到另一工作站,而且也必须在那里定位。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,能更简单且更快捷地对所述由水射流切出的切割边缘进行精加工。
所述目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的装置得以实现。
按照本发明,加工所述切割边缘用的刀具可在与所述喷嘴同一的导向装置上移动。这不仅简化所述装置的技术结构,而且缩短加工时间,因为所述玻璃板无需传送到另一装置上进行精加工。为此,基本上可采用与用于水射流切割相同的控制程序进行精加工。
在本发明的范围内,还可以让所述喷嘴和所述刀具在分开的滑座上在共同的导向装置上移动,但是本发明优选的是,所述喷嘴和所述刀具安装在一共同的滑座上,所述滑座可在所述导向装置上移动。这进一步简化了所述装置的工艺结构,因为对于喷嘴和刀具,仅需要使用一个单独的驱动装置。
本发明优选用于基本垂直立放的支承装置,如从文献DE 100 51 942A1中已知的那样。与此相应,在本发明的一个优选的实施例中,可以设定,所述喷嘴布置有与所述支承装置的支承表面相对的一侧,并且,在所述支承壁中设有一个凹口,在所述凹口之后有一充满水的腔室,所述腔室可与所述喷嘴同步地在一个第二导向装置上移动。
可能的是,在本发明中设有另一刀具,用于加工所述板材的切割边缘,所述刀具可在所述充满水的腔室的导向装置上移动。该另一刀具或是可以加工所述玻璃板朝向所述支承装置的侧面,在某些情况下,这不可能从正面办到。该另一刀具或是可以选择性地或附加地是一个第二刀具组,在第一刀具组因磨损或断裂不能再用时使用该第二刀具组。由此可以使必须更换刀具的时间间隔加长,从而也缩短了停机时间。但是,原则上也可考虑到,一刀具只设在所述充满水的腔室的导向装置上,而在所述喷嘴的导向装置上没有刀具。
按照本发明,可在所述充满水的腔室的导向装置上移动的所述第二刀具也可与所述喷嘴一起设在一共同的滑座上,所述喷嘴可在所述导向装置上移动。而且在这里还可使用于所述驱动装置的结构花费简化。
本发明的其它优选实施形式是其余从属权利要求的主题。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出一本发明的设备,其中,一块板材例如一块玻璃板1大致竖直地安放在一个支承装置或支承壁5上,所述支承壁安置在一个机架6上。所述玻璃板1支撑在一个水平输送器上,所述水平输送器在所示的实施例中由传送滚轮4构成。这样的支承装置5在已有技术中公知为滚轮输送面(Rollenfelder)、滚柱输送面(Walzenfilder)或气垫壁,尤其作为绝缘玻璃加工设备的部件。最不同的水平输送器的实施形式同样是适用的。
所述支承装置或支承壁5通过一个垂直走向的间隙7形式的凹口隔断。在所述间隙7之前的区域或紧邻所述间隙7的区域,在所述支承壁之前和之后安放着竖向排列的导向装置8和11。一个喷嘴2在所述导向装置8上是可移动的,而所述导向装置8安放在所述支承壁5之前,也就是所述玻璃板1贴靠在其上的所述支承壁5的侧面之上。所述喷嘴通过一个接口3从一本身已公知的且在这里没有图示和描述的高压泵供以高压水,在高压水中可以搀入磨粒。通过相继或同时地在所述导向装置8上移动喷嘴2和沿所述水平输送器4移动所述玻璃板1,可以用所述水射流在所述板体1上制造出任意形状的板材。
一滑座9上的所述喷嘴2可在所述导向装置8上移动。一个刀具12用的驱动装置10也位于所述滑座9上,所述刀具在图2所示的实施例中是一锥形砂轮。所述刀具12安装在一根刀具轴13上,所述刀具轴可沿双箭头14方向前后调节。借助于所述刀具12可以对例如由所述喷嘴2或所述水射流制造出的圆形凹口进行扩孔。替代一个锥形砂轮,当然还可将盘形砂轮或抛光轮安装在所述刀具轴13上对所述切割边缘进行精加工。
布置在所述支承壁5背面旁边的导向装置上,安放着一个充满水的腔室15,所述水射流进入其中,以便避免所述具有磨粒的水射流形成不希望的喷雾现象并反射到所述玻璃板1的背面以及产生不希望的噪音。所述充满水的腔室15可在一滑座16上与所述喷嘴2同步地上下滑动。在所述滑座16上还固定着一个用于第二刀具18的第二驱动装置17,其中,所述刀具18另一方面可沿双向箭头20的方向在一根刀具轴19上前后移动。借助于所述刀具18,就像借助于所述刀具12一样,可以从背面例如对各孔进行扩孔加工或者对任意走向的边缘进行磨削加工。替代所述锥形砂轮,例如还可使用盘形砂轮或抛光轮。原则上可以或是仅配置所述刀具12或是仅配置所述刀具18或者配置两刀具12和18。
在本发明范围内还可以这样:所述腔室15和所述刀具18可在所述共同的导向装置11上的分开的滑座上移动,但是,在本发明中更优选的是这样:所述腔室15和所述刀具18安置在一个共同的滑座16上,所述滑座可在所述导向装置11上移动。
因为所述刀具12和18直接固定在所述喷嘴2或所述腔室15的滑座9和16上,对所述刀具12和18无需自带的平移驱动装置。而且,相对简单的是,所述喷嘴2和所述腔室15以及所述水平输送器4的移动控制按照与所述刀具12和18的移动控制相对应的坐标校准进行。
所述操作例如可以这样进行:通过随着所述水平输送器4同时移动所述喷嘴2和所述腔室15,将一个圆形开孔从所述玻璃板1中切出。在该加工过程中,所述刀具12和18处于它们的回缩位置,并且因此处于远离所述玻璃板1的位置。完成切割之后,所述滑座9和16基本上向上移动所述喷嘴2和所述刀具轴12和18的轴向距离,并且随后所述锥形砂轮12和18相继移向所述玻璃板,直至将所述切割边缘在两侧磨削或扩孔至所希望的尺寸。要是所述开孔大于所述锥形砂轮12和18的最大加工直径,则所述切割边缘的轮廓曲线必须通过所述滑座9或16以及所述水平输送器4的相应协调的同时移动来实现。
图3以放大比例再次局部示出所述驱动装置10,所述驱动装置具有一个刀具,该刀具由一锥形砂轮12,一盘形砂轮12′和一抛光轮12″组合构成。因而就可用一个组合刀具执行不同的加工。位于所述支承壁5之后的刀具18也可相应地进行实施。
因为所述盘形砂轮12′具有一带倾斜侧面22的凹槽21,使用所述盘形砂轮12′,所述切割边缘既可在端面进行磨削,又可在其边缘进行倒棱加工。但是,由于一个盘形砂轮12′在其宽度基础上仅适用于一定厚度的玻璃板1,通过所述盘形砂轮12′相对于所述玻璃板1的相应倾斜可实现对所述玻璃板厚度的匹配。为了实现这一点,在本发明的装置中,此外还可以进一步设定,所述驱动装置10可通过相对于所述玻璃板1平面的相应驱动进行倾斜调整。原则上还可以,例如在正面设置一个具有一较大宽度的盘形砂轮12′,因此用于较厚的玻璃板,并且在第二或者后侧的驱动装置17上设置一个具有一较小宽度的盘形砂轮用于具有较小厚度的玻璃板。
Claims (11)
1.加工板材(1)例如玻璃板的设备,所述设备具有一个用于所述板材(1)的支承装置(5)和一个喷嘴(2),一股水射流从所述喷嘴中射出,用于切割所述板材(1),其中,所述喷嘴(2)可在一个平行于所述支承装置(5)平面的导向装置(8)上移动,其特征在于,设有一个刀具(12),用于加工所述板材(1)的切割边缘,所述刀具可在所述喷嘴(2)的导向装置(8)上移动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述喷嘴(2)和所述刀具(12)安装在一个共同的滑座(9)上,所述滑座可在所述导向装置(8)上移动。
3.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述喷嘴(2)和所述刀具(1 2)可以在分开的滑座上在所述导向装置(8)上移动。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述支承装置(5)的平面相对于垂直方向稍微倾斜,优选在3至8度之间。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述刀具具有一个锥形砂轮(12)和/或一个盘形砂轮(12′)和/或一个抛光轮(12″)。
6.按照权利要求1至5中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述喷嘴(2)布置在与所述支承装置(5)的支承面相对的一侧;并且在所述支承壁(5)中设有一个凹口(7),在所述凹口之后有一个充满水的腔室(15),所述腔室可与所述喷嘴(2)同步地在一个第二导向装置(11)上移动。
7.按照权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,设有一个刀具(18),用于加工所述板材(1)的切割边缘,所述刀具可在所述充满水的腔室(15)的导向装置(11)上移动。
8.按照权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述充满水的腔室(15)和所述刀具(18)布置在一个共同的滑座(16)上,所述滑座可在所述导向装置(11)上移动。
9.按照权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述腔室(15)和所述刀具(18)可在分开的滑座上在所述导向装置(11)上移动。
10.按照权利要求1至8中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述刀具(12、18)安装在一个刀具轴(13、19)上,所述刀具轴可在其转动轴线方向上移动。
11.按照权利要求1至9中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述刀具(12、18)可绕一条轴线转动,所述轴线布置成平行于所述支承装置(5)的平面。
