气囊织物的编织方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种编织织物的方法,该织物构造成在至少一些部分上为多层,特别是包括在布边部分将上层和下层交织成单层的整体编织气囊(OPW表示整体编织)。
背景技术
在制造具有一定构造的多层机织织物(例如整体编织(OPW)气囊)时,当构造具有不同数目的织物层的多个部分时(例如具有交织隔离物,和/或使用不同材料和/或不同细度),在所有情况下彼此接触的多个部分的各个层具有不同的组(set)和布面覆盖系数,其结果是可能起皱。这是因为:当纱线材料的现有质量与之前相比被分配更多或更少的层中时,或者当粗支纱(即具有更大质量的纱线)被用于相同组时,每层的质量与单位表面积之比逐渐增大或逐渐减小。
其结果是带来许多缺点。因此,在上述位置或部分,纱线在编织中的卷曲以及在后续工序中的收缩可能偏离没有皱褶的织物表面区域,其结果是在这些位置的特定的技术性能不能满足要求。
此外,叠加的皱褶还会损害织物在上述位置的强度。
除此之外,气囊可能由于上述的皱褶而不能展开,这将导致气囊的保护减少。
另一个缺点是层压于织物的薄膜的粗缝(tack)可能会受到皱褶部分的不规则表面区域的损坏,可能设置的涂膜在这些部分会偏离皱褶部分的不规则表面区域,和/或涂膜的粗缝可能受到损害。这也会导致达不到技术性能,具有上述缺陷的产品和物品将成为废品。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种在至少一些部分上构造成多层的编织织物,特别是包括上层和下层的OPM气囊,其中现有技术中公知的缺陷被消除了或者是至少极大地减少了。
该目的通过权利要求1中所述的方法而实现。应用根据本发明的方法可以消除不利的皱褶,该皱褶是成品中种种缺陷的来源。现在,通过应用根据本发明的方法,织物的组(Set)中的差异得到了补偿。现在,气囊在整体上得到了一致的卷曲和收缩。通过捕获的皱褶,织物的强度不再减小,因此可以满足所述的性能要求。可通过应用根据本发明的方法而得到的OPW织物的平滑表面,其结果是,确保了气囊或者OPW织物的全部部分的一致的涂膜。现在气囊的整个表面能始终如一地层压有薄膜,从而保证OPW织物的一致密封。在制造的较早阶段,根据本发明的编织方法防止了气囊因为在产品中有皱褶而成为废品。
根据本发明的方法的进一步的实施例的优点是,在两层织物12中编织棱纹平纹配料,在四层织物14中编织平纹织物L1/1,从而作为特别有利的织物组合以及作为防止起皱的极好手段。
应该理解,这样的织物组合当然也包括其他织物与平纹织物(plainweave)的组合。

现在参看图1,其中示出了在气囊中的两层部分2和四层部分4的交织,该气囊通过公知现有技术的方法编织而成,其中在示出织物的两个部分2和4中使用了平纹织物L1/1,由于在通过这种方法编织的气囊的两个部分的织物组的差异,成品严重起皱。
参看图2,示出了在根据本发明的方法编织的气囊中的两层部分和四层部分的交织。在图2的左边示出的两层部分12中,使用的是平纹织物L1/1和双线构造的棱纹平布RL 1/1的组合,同时在图2的右边示出的四层部分14中,使用的是平纹织物L1/1。通过应用本发明的方法而生产的如图2所示的织物的特征在于,通过根据本发明的方法减少两层部分12的组而得到一致的组,从而使其与四层部分14的组相适应。通过利用本发明的方法,减少了相关组的差异,结果是有利于成品没有皱褶,从而OPW气囊能够没有限制地使用。

Claims (3)

1.一种编织织物的方法,该织物至少在一些部分上构造成多层,特别是包括单层、两层、多层部分的整体编织气囊,该方法包括步骤:在上述两层或多层部分中编织除平纹织物的织物和织物组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在两层织物(12)中编织配织的棱纹平布,在四层织物(14)中编织平纹织物L1/1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,选择不同纱线材料和/或不同材料细度,和/或线的现有数量被分为织物层的另外数量。
