本发明总体上涉及冰箱,尤其涉及机械室具有改进的空气循环结构的冰箱。
背景技术

图1和图2是说明了根据本发明实施例的冰箱结构的视图。如图所示,在冰箱的柜体10中限定的存储室被中间分隔壁11分隔为左室和右室。左室形成了冷冻室12,同时右室形成了冷藏室13。冷冻室门14通过铰链安装在冷冻室12的敞开的前面,冷藏室门15通过铰链安装在冷藏室13的敞开的前面,从而冷冻室12和冷藏室13分别通过冷冻室门14和冷藏室门15关闭或打开。多个支架16安装在两个室12和13中的每一个以及两个门14和15中的每一个的内表面上,以在两个室12和13中存储食物。

主进气口和主排气口的位置使空气通过所述机械室进行循环。
2、根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中所述机械室还包括:
压缩机;
冷凝器;和
冷却空气循环风扇,其中:
所述主进气口、冷凝器、冷却空气循环风扇、压缩机和主排气口沿空气流程顺序地设置。
3、根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中所述机械室沿所述柜体的顶部的前面部分水平地和垂直地限定而成,所述主进气口和主排气口并排地位于所述机械室的上表面。
4、根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中所述机械室还包括:
噪音缓冲板,其将所述机械室分为前室和后室;
所述噪音缓冲板具有多个通风孔,使空气在所述前室与后室之间流动。
5、根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中所述通风孔制成通过所述噪音缓冲板,从而多组通风孔分别形成在所述噪音缓冲板的每一侧,以与所述主进气口和主排气口相对应。
6、根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中所述前室还包括隔板,将所述前室分为前进气室和前排气室。
7、根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其中:
所述主进气口位于所述前进气室上,并且
所述主排气口位于所述前排气室上。
8、根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中所述冷凝器、冷却风扇和压缩机顺序地设置在所述机械室的后室,所述冷凝器邻近所述主进气口,并且所述压缩机邻近所述主排气口。
9、根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其中所述主进气口、所述前进气室、第一组通风孔、所述冷凝器、所述冷却空气循环风扇、所述压缩机、第二组通风孔、前排气室和主排气口沿空气流程顺序地设置。
10、根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,还包括在所述机械室的上表面的两侧边缘分别设置的子进气口和子排气口,从而通过所述机械室实现空气的辅助循环。
11、根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,还包括在所述机械室的上表面的两侧边缘分别设置的子进气口和子排气口,从而通过所述机械室实现空气的辅助循环。
12、一种冰箱,包括:
在其中限定储藏室的柜体;
在所述柜体顶部限定的机械室,包括
压缩机,
冷凝器,
冷却空气循环风扇,和
噪音缓冲板,其将所述机械室分为前室和后室,所述噪音缓冲板具有多个通风孔,使空气在所述前室与后室之间流动;
隔板,其将所述前室分为前进气室和前排气室;
位于所述前进气室上表面的主进气口;
位于所述前排气室上表面的主排气口;和
在所述机械室的上表面的两侧边缘分别设置的子进气口和子排气口,从而通过所述机械室实现空气的辅助循环。
13、根据权利要求12所述的冰箱,其中所述通风孔被设置为第一通风孔组和第二通风孔组;
所述第一通风孔组位于所述前进气室和所述后室之间;
所述第二通风孔组位于所述前排气室和所述后室之间。
14、根据权利要求13所述的冰箱,其中,通过冷却空气循环风扇的力量,冷却空气
通过主进气口被吸入前进气室,
经由第一通风孔组通过噪音缓冲板并进入后室中,
冷却冷凝器,
通过冷却空气循环风扇,
冷却压缩机,
经由第二通风孔组通过噪音缓冲板并进入前排气室中,
经由主排气口离开机械室。
15、一种冰箱,包括:
在其中限定储藏室的柜体;和
机械室,包括
压缩机,
冷凝器,
冷却空气循环风扇,和
噪音缓冲板;
所述噪音缓冲板位于所述机械室中,用来减弱来自压缩机、冷凝器和冷却空气循环风扇的运转噪音。
16、根据权利要求15所述的冰箱,其中所述噪音缓冲板还包括多个通风孔,使空气在机械室中循环。
17、根据权利要求16所述的冰箱,还包括主进气口和主排气口,主进气口和主排气口的位置使空气通过机械室循环。
18、根据权利要求15所述的冰箱,其中所述噪音缓冲板的位置将所述机械室分为前室和后室。
19、根据权利要求17所述的冰箱,其中所述压缩机、冷凝器和冷却空气循环风扇与主进气口和主排气口通过所述噪音缓冲板隔离,以限制传递至柜体外部的运转噪音。
20、根据权利要求17所述的冰箱,其中所述主进气口和主排气口位于所述柜体的上侧,以使所述冰箱具有令人满意的正面外观。
