Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,并且本发明尤其涉及用于将非金属合成板材紧固在木头或金属上的螺钉,所述板材由聚碳酸酯、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、玻璃纤维(GRP)或类似材料制成。
背景技术
众所周知使用螺钉将例如瓦楞板的板材固定在挂瓦条上,该螺钉穿过这种波状材料的凸脊并在其相当大的螺钉头部之下设置由可压缩材料制成的密封垫片装置,从而减小通过这种屋顶渗漏的可能性。
这种螺栓或螺钉通常采用自攻螺钉的形式,这种螺钉进行紧固直到实现良好的密封为止。但是存在的困难在于:在使用由合成材料制成的更为脆性的板材时,螺钉通过该材料可以造成螺钉附近的材料被破坏。另外,热膨胀或收缩可造成通过其中的螺钉附近的材料损坏。
为了方便起见,这些非金属材料这里称为合成材料,认为该术语包括聚碳酸脂、PVC和GRP和类似材料。
不管用作屋顶或用作墙板,这些板材具有可与金属波状板材相比的共同特征,合成波状板材相对脆性。这意味着当紧固用于屋顶的标准螺钉以便将合成板材连接到挂瓦条上时,存在着使得材料破裂从而损坏材料的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的螺钉,该螺钉特别针对用于合成板材,并减少由现有技术螺钉造成的损坏的问题。
在一个方面中,本发明是用于连接合成板材的螺钉,该螺钉以整体压制形式制造,并且该螺钉包括头部、杆部和尖端,该螺钉设置至少一个切削构件,该切削构件从杆部径向向外延伸,并与头部分开足以容纳垫片装置的距离。
如果使用垫片,该垫片最好是可压缩的。
最好是有两个位于相同的平面内的所述切削构件,使其直径大于螺钉柄部的直径。
最好是这些切削构件具有相对于头部向下指向并能切透合成材料的切削边缘。
同样最好是螺钉的头部是标准屋顶螺钉的形状,其具有相对大的头部。最好是螺钉的大部分是自攻的类型,并且最好是对螺钉尖端进行成形以便用作钻头尖。
在另一方面中,本发明是用于连接合成板材的螺钉,该螺钉以整体压制形式制造,并且该螺钉包括头部、杆部和尖端,该螺钉设置至少一个切削构件,该切削构件从杆部径向向外延伸,并与头部分开足以容纳垫片装置的距离,通过设置基本上延伸到螺钉尖端的螺钉头部的螺纹以及至少一个从螺钉尖端附近的螺纹延伸的切削表面,所述螺钉能够用来穿透木头和金属。
最好是在螺钉柄部的相对侧上设置两个这样的切削表面以有助于螺钉的钻削能力。如果使用垫片,该垫片最好是可压缩的。
为了更好地理解本发明,我们将通过本发明的一个特定实施例的非限定性实例并参考附图进行说明。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,本发明的优选实施例是适于将波状屋顶合成材料连接在金属或木质挂瓦条上的螺钉10。
这可以通过设置基本上延伸到螺钉12的尖端的螺纹11以及从该螺纹延伸的切削表面来实现。连续的螺纹11相对于标准螺钉在螺钉尖端附近的螺钉的任一侧上局部切除14,使得螺钉的任一侧上形成切削部分15。因此靠近尖端12区域的螺钉10的区域形成有效的钻头尖,如图3所示。
在所示的螺钉实施例中,柄部的尖端在任一侧的几个毫米的距离上设置切削齿15。在此区域之上,设置标准自攻螺钉类型的条带11,它沿螺钉柄部终止于三分之二的长度上。
此配置使得在使用木质挂瓦条时螺钉将在首次接触之后马上自攻,而使用金属挂瓦条时,首先需要形成开口,并接着螺钉自攻。
在螺钉的钻削区域之上,两个共面的切削构件20位于螺钉柄部30的任一侧上,如图4所示,并从柄部横向延伸。这些构件20其外端21向下指向,并沿内表面以及位于螺钉任一侧上的切削构件的尖端设置切削边缘22,使得当螺钉旋入挂瓦条或类似物并且紧固时,这些切削构件最终将接触波状屋顶材料并将其切透。
需要设置这种切削边缘的原因是两方面的。首先与标准自攻螺钉相比,在合成材料中形成更大的开口,因此使得材料膨胀和收缩而不损坏材料。另外,传统上钻制自攻螺钉的杆部通过的小孔需要人们使用两个工具,一个工具钻制最初的孔,而另一工具驱动螺钉。
通过本发明的螺钉,螺钉的钻削点将通过合成材料并进入金属或木质挂瓦条,并且只有当更宽的切削边缘接触合成材料时,才开始在该材料上切削形成与其相同直径的孔。因此,只需要一个工具,另外片材受到保护而不损坏。
本发明的螺钉具有标准头部50,如图2所示,其宽的底部52设计成防止水进入螺钉孔。在此宽底部52和切削构件20之间定位有可压缩材料制成的垫或垫片40,该材料通常是橡胶,但可以是所需的任何特定材料。当紧固螺钉时,垫片横向延伸,并覆盖由两个切削构件在该材料上切削的孔。
当本发明的螺钉在板材上切削比用于金属板或片的常用螺钉所形成的孔更大的孔时,可以看到通过可压缩垫或垫片上的螺钉头部的压力作用在该材料边缘上的载荷在屋顶材料的大面积上均匀分布,同时足以用来密封更大直径的孔,而不产生任何渗漏,同时它不在该材料上产生标准屋顶螺钉头部所产生的压力。
切削边缘之下的螺钉的其他部分或多或少类似于标准类型的自攻螺钉,标准螺钉通常用于这种应用并且在需要时紧固到框架或挂瓦条上。
本发明的螺钉以简单方式在合成材料上形成大直径开口,该开口大于在单个操作中螺钉自攻旋入其中的孔尺寸。通过此方式,不仅压力围绕屋顶材料的大面积区域均匀分布,而且减少材料热膨胀和收缩所造成的裂纹和破裂的损坏。因此本发明的螺钉不仅减少对于屋顶材料造成的损坏,而且以有效的方式得以实现。
本发明螺钉的另一主要优点在于该螺钉可以在单个操作下由金属板材压制成形,而不是通过分开的部件进行模制和组装。垫片当然必须单独添加。
在我们描述特别是屋顶螺钉应用中的具有切削功能的螺钉装置的一个特定实施例的同时,此类型的螺钉可用于将任何种类的合成板材连接在挂瓦条和类似物上。
进一步可以看出本发明的其他实施例可以在所述特征中进行变型。例如可以设置两个以上的切削构件,这些切削构件的形状可以改变,等等。但是可以看出本发明的其他实施例可以显示所述特征中的许多特征并进行组合,将理解到其中的变型和改型不偏离本发明的精神和范围。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于连接合成板材的螺钉,该螺钉以整体压制形式制造,该螺钉包括头部、杆部和尖端,并且设置至少一个切削构件,该切削构件从杆部径向向外延伸,并与头部分开足以容纳垫片装置的距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺钉,其特征在于,其具有两个共面的切削构件,该构件组合起来的直径大于螺钉柄部的直径。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的螺钉,其特征在于,该切削构件具有指向螺钉尖端的切削边缘,该切削构件适于切透合成板材。
4.如权利要求1~3所述的螺钉,其特征在于,螺钉的头部是屋顶螺钉的标准形状。
5.如权利要求1~4所述的螺钉,其特征在于,螺钉柄部的至少一部分是自攻丝类型。
6.如权利要求5所述的螺钉,其特征在于,对于靠近螺钉尖端的柄部区域进行成形以便使其用作钻头尖,并通过设置基本上延伸到螺钉尖端的螺纹以及至少一个延伸通过靠近该螺钉尖端的螺纹的切削表面,使得螺钉能够用来穿透木头和金属。
7.如权利要求6所述的螺钉,其特征在于,在该螺钉柄部的相对侧上设置两个切削表面。
8.一种用于连接合成板材的螺钉,该螺钉以整体压制形式制造,该螺钉包括头部、杆部和尖端,通过设置基本上延伸到螺钉尖端的螺纹以及至少一个延伸通过靠近该螺钉尖端的螺纹的切削表面,使得靠近螺钉尖端的区域用作钻头尖,从而所述螺钉能够用来穿透木头和金属。
9.如权利要求7所述的螺钉,其特征在于,在该螺钉柄部的相对侧并靠近用作钻头尖的柄部区域内设置两个切削表面。
10.如权利要求1~9任一项所述的螺钉,其特征在于,可压缩的垫片装置位于螺钉头部和任何所述切削构件之间。
